There were two different facilities there that could connect to the radio network on your phone. For those who don\u2019t know, every cell phone in the world, at least the major producers has a radio access network attached to it and that\u2019s where your emergency notifications come through and things like amber alerts here in the US.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So one of the facilities in Cuba was on the old Russian military base there, however it wasn\u2019t the Russians who were doing it, it was 15 military operatives and it worked on an MNO network. I am just an independent blogger and truth seeker and not affiliated with Kim Goguen or her team. When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I\u2019ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
