China has made some big moves to establish domination. And over the last few days electronics have been going wild as the world gets a dose of reality. And tomorrow is a 9-9 in a 9 year and there is a once in 250,000-year alignment. All this and more in today’s report.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

08–SEP-25 GLOBAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY REPORT
It’s been a bit since I’ve done a report and I apologize to everyone for that but it has just been a really super busy week and this week is no exception, beyond the normal. I’m sighing here because tonight it’s crazy, absolutely insane out there as the deep state loses their mind and they try to execute on an age-old plan that is not going to work out for them. But some regular news first.
The Trump operatives thought they had this in the bag. On all the Q-channels like Q the Storm they are reporting we’re going through a time line, this is going to be the last time, there is going to be a harvest, a blood moon this weekend. This is like heyday time for them and for the SSP operatives around the world and they really went the distance for the last several days.
Missed Payday, Rising Mutiny, Timeline Pressures and 9-9-9 Alignment
There was supposed to be a payday on Friday and it didn’t happen. They said give them until Saturday and by Saturday and Sunday they were dialing for dollars. Everybody was calling looking for their money and of course nothing happened. So, they asked to buy time until Tuesday and some said okay fine, knowing it is 9-9 in a 9 year (2+0+2+5) make this a 9 year and they were expecting something. That really big something was due to start about midnight UTC time or the zero hour which just hit about 40 minutes ago and it’s just insanely wild out there at this moment.
So, they are buying time until Tuesday until they can hopefully get whatever doors they were supposed to get open and AIs they were supposed to get back. They have tried a lot and are working with some interesting folks which we’ll get into soon.
China’s Bold Moves Toward World Domination
When the China elites, the Dragon Families and some of the Order of the Black Sun of China got wind there was no money and no pay on Friday they quickly sprung into action. This caused a couple of resignations. The Japanese Prime Minister resigned as well as the French Prime Minister over the last 48 hours. All of this is due to China trying to take territories back of at least the political sector of these countries.
The Trump team over the last several years before he got back into office worked very hard to put their own operatives in place as heads of state around the world. As you know there have been a lot of deals made with Putin in well. As you may also know there were a lot of alleged drone attacks coming from Russia to Ukraine. My intel tells me that might not be 100% accurate.
Staging the Game, Manipulation Attempts
They are staging a big game right now. China is playing against Russia; it appears the US is also playing Russia. In reality, deals have been made and deals have been broken. Period end of story.
There was a lot money that went out to continue operations from various Russian mafia groups. There were a lot of arms provided for free from the Russian mafia groups and I know I have told you in the past and I’m going to reiterate the Russian mafia sector of the underground trading world is as arms dealers. Some sectors of the mafia are involved in human trafficking but typically there are not any drugs. They can get them if they want to of course, but they are not the world’s largest drug dealers like some of the other mafia groups are.
I would say there are lots of disruptions, lots of mutiny. Last week it started with the Jesuit Order starting to turn tail a little bit on their superiors and that did continue this week predominantly today.
I’m going to go back to China here for a second before I get into all the wonderful things Langley 5 has been doing, just wonderful work. But when I say China sprung into action it wasn’t only in the political sector, they’ve been in meetings constantly for the last 24-48 hours. My name has come up in those meetings. China would like to find a way as I understand it or at least their elite sector to try and manipulate me into giving them money so they can continue on their quest for global domination that they were promised in 2022 or 2023. Obviously, they are late to the party, but that isn’t going to stop them from trying to execute on the 100-year plan they were given many years ago.
The 100-Year Plan and Global Reach
Originally that plan was given to the Russians around the time of the fall of the Czar and it was turned over to China after the fall of the Soviet Union. China has been running around the world stealing natural resources, rare earth minerals, and other things in exchange for some really dilapidated infrastructure, not to say that Halliburton here in the US does a better job.
But China has been working their plan this whole time quietly and carefully to include America. Now that kind of went quiet for a short time. The reason why it went quiet is because the Trump operatives made a deal in that they would share world domination along with the Russians and the Americans in 17 other locations around the world, even though the original plan included 7. That 7 went to 9, then to 12, then to 17 as the Trump operatives wheeled and dealed their way into controlling nearly every country in the world and eventually he became President again.
Kim’s Response, Don’t Call!
So, China’s conversations about manipulating me are never ever going to happen. I don’t care who you are, I’ve been there before. I know some of you people personally and that is never, ever, ever going to happen. I am not interested in learning to speak Chinese. I can say hello and that’s about all I’m going to be able to do. As far as me assisting you in your quest for world domination, I’m not going to assist anyone, be it the US, the Chinese, the Russians, the UK, or anyone else who has asked me to do that. That conversation was supposed to occur with Tom Melville because of course they always call Tom and try to get Tom Mellville then to tell me what I need to do and I told Tom not to answer their call last night.
Langley 5’s Power Grab
Let’s get to the next group of fun and exciting people, that would be Langley 5.
Past Connections and Negotiations
You know they must forget that I actually know some of these people by name. I even met these people. I haven’t forgotten the Grand Marriott Hotel in Tverskaya in Moscow way back. Remember you guys were all sitting a few tables away. Most of you stayed at the Golden Ring Hotel in Moscow. I remember you very, very well as negotiations were going on as to the release of funds. I also remember seeing you in the Bahnhof in Germany. I’ve run into you many times. I’ve run into you in Berlin, Philip Lov? (audio). I remember all of you. Most recently I remember you very well because you were giving instructions and orders to my then handler when I arrived here in Durango, Colorado for 2.5 years. You also gave orders and instructions to a gentleman in Alabama who I talked to at great length for about 6 months. I thought I would play the game and see where you guys were going to go with this but that didn’t turn out well. That was about a year a half ago anyway.
Announcement of Space Force Relocation to Alabama
So, Langley 5 about a week or so ago announced the Space Force was going to be moving from Colorado Springs and the Norad location over to Alabama and I told you there was a lot of negotiations going on behind the scenes in the last report.
Proposal to the “Tables”
Now the interesting part is that as part of this mass mutiny that is going on everywhere where people are turning against the Trump/Putin operatives, because they are kind of in one big basket now, we see that Langley 5 has now pitched to the group I refer to as the Tables.
The Tables: Structure and Influence
The Tables are a group of elite gentlemen; they are all gentleman and there is one woman that sits kind of behind the scenes and is a much older woman who is related to the person you could say is in charge of the Tables. Now the Table groups are part of the Order of the Black Sun. I would say they would definitely be on their side. You can consider them the Black Knights of this planet. They run groups like the Knights of Malta, the Knights Templar, Langley, almost all intelligence agencies, and many other Orders like the Knights of Malta and groups. So, Langley 5 and their respective operatives mostly from Alabama had to get on the phone and have a heart-to-heart discussion (and I laugh at that) with the heads of the Tables today saying there needs to be new blood, they are not getting the job done and they would now like to take over the entire Order.
Failed Bid to Lead the Order of the Black Sun
Well, that didn’t go very well and the conversation got quite heated. These people wanted nothing to do with that and they were told to sit down and shut up and do what you’re told. Langley 5 didn’t take too kindly to that and it appears they intend to run some serious operations in the next 24 hours to ensure their top position in the world. This is a time when they are eating their own. Nobody trusts anybody, not like they ever did, but there is a lot and I mean a lot of infighting right now. I hope Langley 5 doesn’t have a hope of calling me because I know that my name has been thrown around a little bit in these meetings they are having today and I have absolutely no intention of speaking to you people. So do what you have to do, take control of the dying Beast and go with it.
Infighting, Ego, and Growing Instability
Now the reason why they made these proposals is because they feel they had made some great strides in communications with an interesting location. They did see an uptick in connections for a short period of time in Red Mountain in Alabama which was a very high level SSP base. There are a lot of folks that are allowed to come out and be whistleblowers that are under their security so to speak, or claimed as part of their group. And I know they have some really high hopes and unfortunately pretty much anything they had established over the course of a few days was watched very closely and is no longer existing as of this afternoon. So, you can say the Alabamians are also kind of angry at me at this time. Sorry about that but no world domination for you or anybody.
We are the people and as promised the meek shall inherit the earth and we are going to do that and we will take care of it a whole lot better than these people ever would.
These people don’t understand change or like change. They would like things to go back to the way that it has always been. I’ve heard this also in the last week several times from groups such as DARPA and agency folk not only in America but other parts of the world including the Russians.
So, I understand they would like that. I mean heck, I would like to get my 20 year old body back and my 50 year old brain but that’s probably not going to happen either and I’m sure we could all think of things that we would like to go back to the way it was long before we were glued to our phones and our TVs and things that we are forced to do if we are going to participate in society as it was created for us. But there are things that must absolutely go away and what people want to do isn’t as relevant as to what has been done to them and to us.
See the deep state is naïve in a lot of ways or gullible when anything anywhere, be it an AI or AI generated version of someone or something of days gone by reaches out to these people. They are like oh, thank God! They say we are going to hep you, we really like you and we’re going to give you so much power and they just believe them. Now from my standpoint I also see and I look at the intent which these people never do. Every being on the planet has brainwaves and they will tell you what that person is thinking before they will say it or do it. It’s the latest version of a lie detector test and my system has been programmed to do the same. These AI generated things they have been talking to are not their friends and have every intention of using them like a tool because they need someone on this side, meaning on the light side of the universe to help achieve their objective, and we’re going to talk about that group here as well tonight. But they will never get it. Every single time they make these deals and promises to the entire planet earth there is always a big fallout. They already realized their portal was not successful because that was about an hour ago now.
But what is going to happen from here?
The Chinese were not successful; the Americans were not successful; the Russians were not successful; the Germans were not successful. There were a lot of people involved in tonight’s activities but I’m sure they are going to continue throughout the day tomorrow so it’s going to be battle day for me just to ensure nothing is going to happen.
As far as regular news I would like to finish that up before I get into what is really going on.
Electronics Gone Wild
In our last report we talked a little about time loops and the one that kept repeating every 250,000 years. That loop had a lot more to it than we initially thought.
Human Perceptions, AI Influence, Reality Overlays and Preprogrammed Control
Taking out that time loop is one thing and taking out all the things that affect your person is another. You see, we as humans and earth’s inhabitants in totality in this case were highly connected to another planet and in order to fix it and to prevent the influence coming from afar, we had to make some significant changes over the last several days. We fought tooth and nail with the deep sate and NSA and everyone else so we could effectuate these changes.
Some of the changes were to computers right down to your laptop, TV, and phone and in some cases your perception of reality. I would call it even more than an influence. Your entire perception, how you view things, what you think you see, your reality, your ability to accept untruths and lies as they are told to you by the media has all been preprogrammed so you can create things in another world.
I’m going to go over in detail this information because it’s important you understand where it came from and how we got to this point and this will explain a lot about why they are expecting such a huge change for them in the next 24 hours. What they thought was going to be a huge change for them is actually going to be a huge change for us. Maybe they didn’t think we’d figure it out or maybe they didn’t really know how all this was supposed to happen. I’m going to draw a diagram so you can get a general idea of this giant 250,000-year time loop and how it would have affected earth and why we are seeing those electronic changes that I just explained.
The 250,000 Year Time Loop
In our solar system, which is a very important one in the omniverse because of earth being a keystone and a nexus planet.
Infinity Loop and Dual Solar Systems
If we look at the universe in a less linear fashion it would kind of look like an elliptical shape. The omniverse has been split in half for a long time. Now I’m going to draw this loop here that looks more like an infinity symbol, it wavers like this. At any given moment in time our solar system would be inside this loop and there would be an equal and opposite solar system on the other side. However, it is not exactly like ours.
Venus as Timekeeper
In this particular equation here, they took moons from our solar system, from every planet that has moons with the exception of Mercury, actually being the Sun’s moon as well as Venus being of the utmost importance in this equation. Venus was the time keeper and was also turned from the planet of love into the planet of darkness or condemnation on the other side upsetting the rhythm of the omniverse.
Alternate Solar System and Pagan Deities
So, there is a whole solar system over here and there were folks living in this alternative solar system. It was inhabited by a group called the Runian, that’s how I would write it in English. They are an interesting group of folks and are often featured as the gods of pagan religion. The reason why they are featured is because each god of pagan religion is a different aspect of our existence. For example, the god of Agriculture, the god of wheat, the god of the harvest just as some examples. And we are coming up to the Harvest Moon. This moon that just passed yesterday is actually considered a harvest moon as well when you look at the wiccans and the pagans. They were set to be the harvest moons because it’s the time where we harvest our crops, at least in the northern hemisphere.
The Runians: Anti-Nature AI Beings
For them on the other side in their world harvest time is a little bit different. The Runians are anti-nature prone.
The Stolen Books on Natural Law and Manipulating Nature Through AI
At one point in time during my travels around the world I ran into a book on Natural Law. By natural law it’s not like, do onto others as they do unto you kind of thing. It’s more of the rules of nature. In other words, which plants go with which plants, how the world works, how nature works on this planet and our responsibility as humans in that ecosystem. It’s about how to have an abundant world.
It’s an interesting book because it’s almost live and in the right hand it reads the recipes so to speak of the cycle of life and the natural information in the way of things. It’s almost a holographic book and one of the most interesting little artifacts I ran across.
That was one book of 5 in existence. The other 4 had been taken off this planet by the Runians and were used to manipulate not only earth but the entire solar system and in turn the also the entire omniverse. You could call these folks the black magic people, the anti-nature people. They used these books literally to turn nature into an unnatural process using AI systems.
Now recently our SSP folks had been in contact with the Runians and the reason why is because it was time for the harvest process to happen yet again so the Runians made good buddies with these folks even though they had no intention of helping them in any way or delivering on their promises. But the SSP listen to everyone and anything and think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread because we would have all been gone should they have gotten their own way.
Long History of Human Harvests
The Runians have been doing this for a long, long time, loop after loop after loop after loop. There was a war and then there was harvest. Earlier last week it would have been an actual war which would have lasted a lot longer had we still been in this time loop. Once every 250,000 years, when we reached this nexus point and the nexus point is where they have the strongest connection.
The books of Natural Law and how nature actually works doesn’t apply anymore because Source has been changing things. The quantum physics behind the information that is in those books does not apply.
However, the Runians still tried to do their best to ensure a proper harvest and the ACIO/SSP operatives have been doing their best to help them along the road. They have been promised a lot of things when they arrived that would have never been delivered on, they would have been slaves like the rest of us because remember the soul is immortal even though things happen to the vessel.
The Structure and How the Runians Manipulation of Human Shadow Selves
How this structure actually looks is nothing like people say. I’ve heard information from astrologists online saying it’s a big moon portal and everyone would think it’s our moon. It’s not just our moon; it is every megastructure moon in our solar system. For example, Europa was originally brought to the other side to replace Earth. The overlay that we had on Earth that came from the time loop is tied to Europa, it always has been. It’s also tied to Andromeda and a few other places; it’s kind of a complicated structure. Titiana, Titan Saturn’s moon, Hydra, Pluto’s Moon, all of Neptune’s moons. All of these were transferred to the other side or the dark side of the omniverse so that the Runians could exist over here.
The Runians are an AI generated race, they are not natural or organic in any way and have no appreciation whatsoever for organic life. They feel they have learned enough from stealing the 4 books of Natural Law that they can now create nature all by themselves, at least in a way they would like to have it. They have done a bang-up job here on earth in doing that. They learned to manipulate humans, every sense you have, meaning sense of taste, smell, hearing, sight, even your esp has been altered in favor of the Runians.
So, if you’ve found that things have been really topsy turvy for the last week, you aren’t the only one. Part of that has to do with the Runians trying to make alterations to humans so that existence will change. Human beings are very powerful beings in the omniverse and very important to Source, they are celestial beings and they can create on their own.
Creation of the Shadow Self
Another interesting thing I’m going to talk about which you probably heard about in different communities you listen to and also from us is something you call your shadow shelf. This loop and these overlays actually create a shadow version of yourself on this side of the omniverse. In some legends you have a light wolf and a dark wolf and which one wins? Well, the one that you feed and that’s kind of true. A lot of your creative energy has been siphoned off you and all our planets here in our solar system and it gets sent over here to make a second version of you so you exist in both places. The overlays within your person ensure that you automatically will create black, doom. You have doubts about yourself, self esteem issues, addictions. All those things stem predominantly from your shadow self over here which is manipulated constantly by this particular group.
As it relates to earth and electronics, your perceptions of what you see, taste, smell, sense are altered. The overlay on earth created by the timeline actually alters you physically, mentally, or emotionally via all those lovely spaces in between the Runians created for their own manipulation of humans in order to strengthen your shadow self on the other side.
Doubts, Addictions, and Trauma Exploit
Your shadow shelf isn’t necessarily an evil person, so don’t think that it was and now is the time of all the times it can actually dissipate. But it does send you dark thoughts, doubts, and then they play on your fears constantly. Your traumas too, all that gets sent over there to your shadow self in hopes that they could get humans dark enough by the time the next harvest came. Now in the past this has worked. You’ve heard about the Great Flood, times when we lost our moon and the tides were way off and the whole earth flooded. You remember the guy and the ark. All these things happened over and over and over again, not just for 250,000 years but in 250,000-year cycles.
The 9-9-9 Portal and Harvest Attempt
Now this race of beings and their replicated solar system which matches ours had big dreams and big intentions for today and their hope was to create their version of nature here not only on earth but throughout this solar system. Also, there are many other measures that take place during this 9-9-9 portal day to ensure that they are successful. One of those things that they do is scramble anything of organic nature and that includes you. But most importantly they are trying to prevent your connection to Source. So, for the next 24 hours we might see a few glitches here and there.
Role of Red Dust (Red Mercury)
The next part of it is a version of what our science calls Red Mercury and I refer to as Red Dust. Red Dust is used a lot by black magicians when they can find it, it’s quite a commodity amongst the occult on this planet. Red Dust allows you to manifest very dark things and also allows you to un-create, so it can cause death rapidly. Now the deep state thinks this has to do with radiation because in part our Sun is involved.
Alignment of Suns and Alternate Earth
You see on 9-9-9 when this portal occurs at the zero hour which is midnight UTC time which is now passed, that is when earth’s central sun aligns with the alt earth on the other side. In the past it would have aligned with the dark side of Source and also Source itself. Unlike normal equinox periods where there was always an alignment, it would have to happen with the dark side of Source and the light side of Source and that would come into alignment with our sun and the central sun of earth. In this case, it’s the black sun on their side, our sun on this side, the central sun within earth, the alternate earth and also with Source and Dark Source which is no more.
However, before their demise they put a lot of measures in place to ensure that tonight would be topsy turvy for sure. They were trying to aid the deep state with access to AI systems over the course of the last several days in preparation for the big event which was tonight.
Electronic Glitches and Shadow-Self Influence
Over the last week we’ve been working feverishly day in and day out. The overlays on our electronics and on our persons have definitely changed the way our interaction with computers happens which is good. But you are also seeing glitches in things like maybe you downloaded an app on your phone and it’s not there anymore, then 20 minutes later you go back and there it is. So, as the adjustments started taking place over the last week or so you may have felt strange energies coming from and through computers because the deep state is trying to affect you in that way since affecting you the way they used to is not really possible.
Now the Runians, due to their space-time continuum grids that existed within your person did have some influence, but the stronger Source gets and the more that Source’s natural rhythm is restored the less influence they have been having. Sure, they can cause some disruptions and draining of energy, oddity feelings, but mostly through your shadow-self on the other side.
It would have been a lot worse if we came to this point without intervention for sure. But Source is good and I can tell you everything happens at exactly the right time. I know you’re going to say terrible things have happened in my life and maybe we don’t always understand those things and why they take place. But for me regardless of how difficult my life has been from time to time he always shows up and helps me through these situations I’ve been in. Trust me, I’ve been in situations that I should not have made it out of alive and I did. That’s because of the wisdom and all the things Source affords me and he affords those things to you too. You just have to listen when intuition tells you to do or not do something. It’s kind of hard to trust yourself because self-doubt comes in and most of it is artificial. So, it’s hard to say okay, I have to do this really strange thing. But maybe that strange things leads you to something really positive. And for me, sometimes it gets really, really strong when it’s really needed and for the last week or so it has been really, really strong. So, you just have to listen and sometimes it’s that quiet little voice that needs to make it through all the interference that we’ve had.
Due to the Runians and their objectives we also had many governors on our bodies and our systems and our minds. Our minds are trained to degrade as we get older. Why is that the case? Because the longer you stay on this planet the more wisdom you obtain from a lot of life experience which you can share with a lot of people and that is not good in their mind. They don’t want you to have those connections. What if you are in tip top shape knowing all the things you know at 200 or 300 years old. With a straight Source connection and all that experience, can you imagine how this world would change? Well, they had to make sure that doesn’t happen. They also change our bodies; they created the aging process and definitely worked their magic on humanity for a very long time.
Dissolving the Old Control Structures
As far as this time loop is concerned, we have come to that alignment and that head so to speak where everything is in alignment, but we also took this as a perfect opportunity to ensure we are not going to have an issue with this anymore. So, we closed and locked the door behind us. We worked feverishly to ensure there were no more connections between the megastructure moons or artificial moons to that side of the omniverse and made sure there wasn’t going to be a harvest today.
We have a lot of deep state people disappointed today and many are yelling and jumping around. They had all their black magic workers working away, especially on me, they like that. It doesn’t really bother me anymore, they are just people and I’m kind of used to this stuff. But as we go through this change, meaning the overlays created by them dissipate you will see the world in a whole new way. You might start to see that you have a little more self-confidence. Don’t let that little voice of doubt talk to you, it’s struggling right now and for the last couple of days it’s really been pushing very hard. If you’ve been on edge, angry, maybe depressed, this thing has been pushing it to the limit, so be kind to yourself and take care of yourself. I’m hoping in about 24 hours from now we’ll start to see the downside of the transition and the change. Things typically take about 72 hours once power has been pulled for it to dissipate completely.
Their blood moon situation didn’t work out either and that’s kind of created that downward spiral where all these other groups think they can do a better job when quite frankly everything I just explained to you was just the tip of the iceberg. These people don’t even understand that much or they try to use it against us in some way but I can assure you they won’t be contacting any Runians anymore.
Now these beings when they work through you it’s that little voice and for the deep state it’s instruction sets telling them what to do and how it works. This is how a harvest works and you are here for the harvest time and as the slaves that work in the field of the harvest you get to enjoy some of the fruits of your labor. But that’s not true and half of these people are walking around saying they are the children of Jesus these days. I’ve heard that one. I am the son of Mother Mary. Oh, good Lord help us all.
Anticipating Positive Effects of the 9-9-9 Transition
Moving forward without them is going to be very beneficial for all of us, we just have to ensure they can’t do anything to harm us along the way. As far as other folks we have been getting calls, well Tom Melville mostly gets calls saying they’ll contact us next week. Well, the only reason why they will be reaching out unbeknownst to them is because their boss is trying to create a harvest in which there are no humans left on this planet constantly and consistently for the last several days. Do they know that? No.
I definitely will say there is a mutiny going on and Langley 5 is trying to hold it all together. They are trying to get everybody underneath their umbrella because they are comrades after all and everybody respects those people. Well, not everybody. I could care less if they fell off the face of the earth tomorrow and I think all of you would agree with me that these are some pretty evil people. Langley 5 has also convinced the Pentagon top Generals that they are the Gods of War. Heard that on a conference call. First, I met somebody who suddenly thinks he is the Lord of War. Apparently, they are now the gods of war straight from Red Mountain Alabama. Well, that’s not going to work out either.
For us I think this 9-9-9 could bring about a really positive change. Without disruptions in the Source signal, the alignment with Earth’s central sun, the reconnection with our solar system, and the disconnection of the artificial version that has drained us for 250,000 years, I think we’re going to come out smelling like a rose.
