This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on November 20, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. Kim gives us the scoop on her two requests to fund governments. At this point though Kim hasn’t seen anything that tells her they will come through with her 2 requests at this time. In fact, she sees more and more people hating her for what is happening because they can’t stop it and the purge continue.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Kim started out addressing that momentous statement put out by Sunny on her behalf Friday which has seemed to go viral much to the dismay of many people. The point has been taken by both the Trump Team and the Pentagon. The Pentagon seemed more compliant with the changes, although obviously General Brown is unhappy with his new retirement status. And it seemed to be going extremely well, until it wasn’t.
Request #1 | Announce Trump Died
Trump Family Update
The Trump family was visited by the GIA and afforded protection from the operatives who are now running them into the toilet, and they were told they had to make the announcement and they did comply. Don Junior went to the White House by 4pm as requested by the GIA and he was ready to give the speech, that is until the Trump team of lawyers said stop! Because they told him to stop obviously nothing happened. Just wait, just wait they said, and then the hacking ensued. The remaining people, obviously not the lawyers per se, but the remaining operatives hacked all night through to Saturday morning and nothing came of it. So, on Saturday morning the lawyers called the GIA and asked for more time. The GIA asked, time for what?
Trump Team of Lawyers Tries to Buy Time
Oh, these things take time to put together, we can’t do it this quickly, we have a lot of assets (aka operatives) in place. And Kim, acting as Director of the GIA said no! You had 2 years to sort it out. The GIA would be happy to pay a lawyer for you, as she knows they have not been paid in 2 years, and to pay the operatives separately, but we are not going to delay this anymore.
Langley Wants to Buy Time Too
Then Langley called and they wanted to delay the announcement as well, in order to buy themselves some more time to hack. Hacking hasn’t worked in 17 years so far so, but why not keep going. Then they came back to the GIA and told them they wanted to delay until after the holidays.

Did you ever notice Heads of State tend to die in December? It’s not just here in the US but everywhere in the world. Governments are typically out of session at the end of November and typically don’t get back in session until January. This isn’t just the US Congress but many governments around the world, therefore there is less disruption when a head of state dies over the holidays.
For example, Nelson Mandela actually died in June and Kim knows that from his family, but it wasn’t’ planned until December. Bush Sr. died in 2014 however he didn’t officially die until December 2018. Mrs. Carter also passed away right before December and Kim doesn’t doubt that her husband isn’t far behind and you know there will be a big funeral for that one. Now we also have other dead people walking around, Trump being only one of them.
Trump Actually Died in January of 2022
If you haven’t been following Kim for too long, she reiterated that he died of natural causes. He actually had prostate cancer years before and it returned and metastasized to his other organs and that’s how he passed away. He died surrounded by a small group of people and family in Bedminster, New Jersey on January 28th officially. They took him off-life support and then it took a day or two for him to pass. That’s what happened to the real Donald Trump.
Since then, the American people have been lied to. They have been touting around operatives wearing masks since that time. If you remember right before it happened, he would do these MAGA rallies where it sounded like campaigning but it really wasn’t, and that was just to remain relevant. And do you remember when he was onstage wearing his pants backwards? That went viral. Well, that was before he had passed away and he was obviously having some incontinence issues due to the cancer and that is a fact. There were a lot of signs, but people didn’t want to believe it and everyone wanted to say Kim was crazy. (Not me! – just sayin). But remember, Kim is the Director of the GIA and has the highest clearance in the world, much higher than regular governments do and she knows what is going on with the Key Intelligence and Military System that she built. So that is the situation behind Trump’s death. There was nothing nefarious.
Those running the Trump team are still trying to delay this information from getting out and they are trying to convince people he’s coming back in 2024 to make things right because they are still taking money from people. They are selling MAGA hats, Christmas ornaments, other Trump paraphernalia, campaign donations, and there is even a Trump store in Texas.
Delay Tactic Won’t Work Due to Macroeconomics
Kim has been listening to these people intently for the last 3 days and nobody has a plan on how that is going to happen, so if they can delay a week or two, they think there would be no possibility of them announcing his death at all. They said they wanted to wait until after the holidays, but that is a full on lie because if we had moved into January, it would be the end of 2024 before anyone said anything because all presidents die in December. I guess they still think the old rules apply. By then the selection for President would be over and in their tiny minds they think Trump would be in office and Kim would be forced to do something, like save the governments?
Well, Kim is going to give it to them straight because she already knows what they are going to say. They clearly have no economic sense in any way, shape, or form, at least as far as it relates to macroeconomics and running a country. But they will not make it until the end of 2024 on borrowed time, promises, fake servers at the NSA in Maryland, and fake servers at UBS in Switzerland which are just numbers on a screen.
Did it buy them time before?
Yes, but they are out of time because the Treasury has been giving IOUs to banks to pay Veterans pay, Social Security, and minimal bills. They give IOUs to Bank X and Bank X allows those checks to go through. The same thing with the Post Office and several other federal divisions. They plan on cashing the IOUs for the liquidity to come back at a later date.
Kim has been allowing this process to happen to the tune of $580 billion, but that $580 billion is not worth $580 billion anymore. Why is that? Because the US went to a negative credit rating, so now it’s worth even less. When the US Credit rating went to zero officially, the asset was devalued at that point and that is the end of that IOU and the bank is going to go under. The banks are already very close to going under. They don’t have any assets worth anything and a lot of treasury assets have expired. They are just trying to keep up the smoke and mirrors as long as they can because they had control over the Boards of the Media companies. Well now the Board of all the Media companies is the GIA, so how much control do you really have? Very little. They gave them leeway until EOD on Monday and that will pass and nothing will happen.
Later on this afternoon they started rethinking things.
They aren’t 100% on the ‘No’ side but are pretty close to it. But there are other things they didn’t take into account and should: The cost of the current small war in the Middle East is between $30-50 billion per day, not including arms. Where are they going to get the money to pay for this? How many more IOUs can the banks cash?
They already got to the point where they are delaying customer deposits to cover the check. Now they keep trying to trade against these deposits, which in the banking world is called overnight swaps, but there is no more swapping happening. So, they delayed it but nothing is happening. They have delayed payments in apps like Zell and a few others, trying to trade against money because some stupid Monarch operative is trying to set up trade after trade for about 4 years now and it never happened once. Yet he gets up everyday and does the same thing. They still think financially it’s 1985 and it’s not. The system has changed. They tried to sell treasury notes last week and nobody came. They couldn’t sell enough to keep the lights on in a single Treasury building never mind all of them around the world.
Despite all their hacking and trading failures they promised the government they would have some money the end of the day.
That is kind of the state of affairs with the Trump team.
Recapping Kim’s Offer
Kim offered to back pay lawyers’ fees because they haven’t been paid. She offered to pay the operatives to orchestrate her plan including Trump’s death announcement and what happens after. She offered to do all of this and they still will not do it. But what can expect as these are the same people who dragged Trump’s cold dead body to Beliz a few months ago to get something in his corpse which would get him to wake up. Then they dragged him to several places in the US too, thinking there was something that would inhabit his body and he would come back, but nothing happened. So, you can’t put anything past these people and she can’t instill common sense into their heads. They just know they want something but they just have no idea how to get it.
Inaction on Trump Team Leaves Entire Planet in a Bit of a Quandary
Kim doesn’t think her requests are unreasonable. To reiterate, in order to fund governments those requests were to replace Joint Chiefs of Staff, Charles Q. Brown Jr. and the Trump family needs to announce Trump is dead. But they have not granted either of those requests which leaves us in a bit of a quandary because governments are going to go through a transition, probably starting with the United States. There is no way they can pay their debt. They have a lot of treasury notes that have expired which means they are not an asset to the system anymore in a fiat system, which they are still trying to work in and she doesn’t really understand that. Either they are going to do what is right or we are not going to have governments anymore.
Request 1 | Replace Joint Chief of Staff Charles Brown
She now knows she will never turn Mr. Brown away from the Rothschild family et al, or anyone from that group. There is way too much information about him available through intelligence services and systems, just way too much. That’s the first thing.
Request 2 | Trump’s Death Announcement
Since the GIA along with our Legion of Angel friends are now in the media business, they can do the announcements. They agreed to place their own selves in as journalists and get the information out. In addition, the Archivists also have agreed to give their good friends the Legion of Angels a copy of Trump’s 40th birthday tape, that can go live on air.
The GIA also has proof of Ivana’s death which they can share. They know everyone who was involved. They also have information on the law firms too, like where they send their operatives out to and what they like to do. Of course, they have their own operatives too and they do so much money laundering it’s ridiculous, not just with campaign funds, but all kinds of things.
To get it done, she has to pick her battles here.
Kim knows they think she will concede instead of letting governments fall because she overheard them. They talked about what they could possibly give her, money, a jet? But she only asked for 2 things and she was very clear these 2 things have to happen in order for the government to receive funding.
Kim’s Plan If They Decide to Play Along
Kim actually has a plan unlike them and she can share with us part of it. If they cooperate it would be advantageous to them and if they don’t it’s going to happen anyway but they won’t get a thing.
Replace Joint Chief of Staff
By putting an appropriate person in as Chief of Staff over in the Pentagon the announcement of Trump’s death has to happen. However, you still have to think about the militia and the patriot community. Everyone is going to go bonkers, that is until they don’t. What does she mean by that? Well, Americans have a short memory of things.
The Military Can Look Like They Are Draining the Swamp as Promised
If the announcement of the death happens, a few hours later the Military can step up and say America is under attack by the deep state who is trying to crash the financial system. They can say, we need to rid the country of the deep state and look like the heroes in the process.
Technically they were taking orders from the deep state to do this, so technically Kim is not lying having a politician or a military person getting on TV and saying we are under attack by the deep state. Trump had that out all over the news right? He’s going to drain the swamp. Kim just always used other terms for the deep state like: cabal, illuminati, Order of the Dragon and Order of the Black Sun, but not the deep state much. That didn’t come into our lexicon until Trump got into office and it’s all over the media now. Even the average everyday person knows the term deep state.
Remember politics is always a movie
The military can make it happen if they are firm, succinct and actually walk the walk, because of course the GIA will be right there with them on the front lines telling them what to say.
Kim can guarantee if they do it right and the speech is right there will not be one patriot who is going to complain because for the first time since 2020, the election, lockdowns and everything that happened before that, they are seeing action and it’s happening in mainstream media. That is what the patriot community really wants. They want someone, anyone to take action. That’s what all Americans want, and frankly that’s what the world wants.
Someone actionable and decisive who doesn’t play around. No more tomorrow games, not I’ll be back in the White House in 2024. If someone, anyone gets the job done, all that Trump nonsense will go out the window. Americans need to know action is being taken and they will be happy. Then you need to make a difference in their lives and pretty quickly. So student loans, and a bunch of things need to go away to start.
This will solve your problem because Kim has the rest of the plan. And she has a budget for state funerals. She doesn’t care if you do 1 or 10 state funerals. By the way include Pelosi in there as she is also died awhile back. Hey let’s do a bunch at once, maybe one big coffin and we can save the Secret Service a lot of money. She was kind of joking, I think, but that’s a great idea, right?
Kim’s Plan If They Do Nothing
If they don’t do anything the GIA will leak the information so its over anyway and it will be too far to stop it. In this scenario they end up with nothing because Kim won’t be paying any fees at that point, she certainly won’t be paying for any state funerals, and she will not be helping the government either because they didn’t comply with the program. The rest of it is the movie and you cannot stop in the middle of the movie. You have to be ready, willing, and able to complete the rest of the plan or you are going to torch the country anyway.
So, while Kim understands they’ve been able to play this rotation of IOU game, she’s been watching and let it happen because for the most part this is for the average everyday citizens in the US and federal programs, but they cannot fund the war with it, and they’re still not paying any operatives. They did manage to pull $500 billion out of the banking system which went into government programs and is another long story for another day, but now what are they going to do because they have even less liquidity in the US.
Which Road Will They Choose?
The GIA is in the Treasury department in position ready to go. They have a copy of the budget which she should be getting today as well. Everyone is ready to go but no one is doing anything until this team of lawyers decides that it’s a good idea to do something. But they are out of time because this is going to happen whether they want it to or not, that’s the bottom line. It’s just a matter of which way it will happen. Just another tidbit, Kim has the doctor who was there when they pulled the plug off life support. She has all the people.
And regarding the GIA having control of the media companies, if you don’t believe her, go call the media companies. They’ll say see that blonde lady, she’s the director and they will tell you her name. So, no she is not going to wait until next December. And while she’s at it, we obviously have other dead people walking around and maybe they should all go at the same time. Quite frankly if the Military steps up and starts taking decisive action per her plan it makes good TV because politics is a movie. So, she could actually just never fund the government. What she is definitely not going to do is concede to save them.
So that is what is now unfolding. We’ll see which road they choose and what information comes out. At this point though Kim hasn’t seen anything that tells her they will come through with her 2 requests at this time. In fact, she sees more and more people hating her for what is happening because they can’t stop it. The GIA, aka Legion of Angels, Archivists, and The Coalition are getting rid of people as there is no tolerance and they know it. It’s one after another and they are angry because they can’t stop it. No one can, unless God says no. Otherwise, she is not going to stop.

I’m very very very discouraged by the past weeks updates. And it is starting to feel like we are once again chasing a moving goal post!.
Kim said she always does what she says……and she was very clear that Trump’s death would be announced.
“Hostile take over!” Were here exact words.
I’m sorry everyone but, why are we tolerating people that are actively trying to harm us? Why would any agreement be made to lie to people and allow Trump.to die a hero? What happened to the GIA taking over all media’s? What happened to everything she announced when she announced we had more help?
Look, I’m not someone who wants violence. And I’m not someone who lives in anger. But this is just beyond

I have been skeptical of Kim for good reasons. But, I’ve continued to follow UNN because I she has been accurate on so much. And I’m not going to lie, when she said Trumps death would be announced she was pretty convincing. I allowed myself to believe her.
For me personally, if there isn’t some kind of proof to all the stuff she’s been saying soon…… I’m done supporting her channel, and I’m done listening to her updates.

Well this entire GREAT AWAKENING is proving to be an enormous 💩show. What has to happen is the patriot community needs to get themselves together and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. This continued psychological operation is going to be very very traumatic. The expectations for a new future are enormous. We do not want governments. We do not want political or people in power. And we certainly do not want anyone that goes to DAVOS to have anything to do with our lives in any way. If the white hats do not exist then tell them to come out and say so. If Nesara is not to be then you will have a civil war – because we are fine with this Elite filth that care’s nothing for we the people. Somebody better do something quickly here because tomorrow will m this information war never comes.
