This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on April 19, 2023 news on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. In this update Kim shares the Chinese Dragon people’s latest scam on their minions hoping it wouldn’t matter because the human harvest would have been completed and all their problems would have been solved. Except the opposite has happened and a slew of agreements in the Hall of Records expired leaving the crazies in a bigger bind. Plus, none of them wanted to volunteer to let yet another Anti-Christ, who was trying to break through to our physical plane possess them. Hum, could it be because they finally realize it is surely a death sentence?

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

World Bank Disbursed Packages with Bank Codes
The China Deep State and British Blue Dragons mostly, in cooperation with the American Deep State decided to manufacture some packages for their minions. And since they do not have any credibility they decided to disburse these information packages through the World Bank on Monday. Along with the packages were their bank codes which were supposed to be good, but not until after 7pm last night in their local time zones. Of course nobody’s codes worked. How shocking.
But What Was This Really All About?
The China Deep State absolutely knew those codes were never going to work. The only reason they disbursed the packages was to buy time. They are under the firm belief the Harvest is going to finish by the 20th of April, which is slightly after midnight EST today. They are banking on it. Kim said she does not even think the Blue Dragons, who are the Rothschilds even knew this and all the suckers who got these codes from the Chinese thought they were really going to work.
But the failure of these codes didn’t stop them from trying to file yet again the FedNow, Trump Bucks Agreements, etc. in the Hall of Records. They were filed repeatedly. They also attempted to replicate and raise their system and they thought the place to do this was at the The Oracle of Siwa in Egypt. They really like that place. Other deep state people are in Reno, NV and Los Angeles, CA waiting. Brigadiers from all over the world arrived on Monday and setup shop down the street from Kim because they too received codes from these same Chinese people. They wanted to get access to a white room, which is like a Command Center, to try their codes while at the same time detecting risks using the Key Intelligence and Military System. She does not know what these Brigadiers were promised along with these codes though. Perhaps money, access to computers in general or maybe they were promised control of the Key Intelligence & Military system itself? So, they can have more than just read access to see to see when the target is coming for them? Oy vey. But it didn’t work out for them. I know we are all surprised. But they still want to do whatever these people say. Again, not surprised. Even after they have been lied to so many times. I guess they think well, what’s one more day?
Kim has not actually confirmed this, but word on the street is the US Government also received codes, the US Treasury Department, Janet Yellen and the Federal Reserve and none of their codes worked either obviously. So once again the dark has not been put back in power, in fact the opposite is happening.

Just over the last 48 hours many more agreements started expiring. Kim just started reciting a list.

Matter is neither created nor destroyed unless it is by the Creator itself. So, where there is a space, and there is no matter in that space it can be filled with either anti-matter, anti-energy or anti-plasma. Or it can be filled with light plasma or light energy. So, the management over those spaces in between actually had an agreement unto itself. - The Time Construct Covenant
Time itself is a construct. It does not exist. Anti-matter is what created time. Yes, we go around the sun and have birthdays, but time itself does not exist. Cellular degeneration, time passes, things wear out, it is not a normal thing. Many other places do not experience these things even in this density. This also has to do with anti-matter and matter. - The Triune Universal Covenant
This is about the multiple universes, light, dark and neutral. In the Ascension Glossary there is an entry there of the Triune of the Universes. Triune of the Universes discusses several different timelines and the information in this part is fairly accurate. You have all the dark timelines and there are a lot of them and then you have all the light timelines and then you have the one where it is neutral and balance is required. That is the way it was. Interestingly enough, the time leap created by Anu was where they would leap right over and go through a time space continuum or temporal anomaly. This allowed them to break through and leap over the light timeline and go right into the next dark one. - The Isis Knot
Kim mentioned this one a couple of times. There was an actual anchor to Earth. It went around the Sun and over to Mars and our original Moon. It would have blocked light travel and would only have permitted dark travel.
The Harvest
The Harvest was supposed to start April 3rd and finish on the April 20th so we are at the very end of that right now, and we have a solar eclipse happening right now. What Kim and her team has been fighting against over the last few days with the crazy Chinese, British, American, and Russian deep state people are all the time-released events that worked in conjunction and were tied to these agreement. There were events tied to every single one she has been listing for us.
More Agreements that Expired Today
- Harvest Management
That was the Draco agreement, they were to manage the harvest of all of us. This is the rapture you hear about. The Thule Society was involved as well. - Solomon’s Curse
In order to gain assistance and get help from demons, which is ultimately what Solomon did, he promised this Harvest to the dark. Kim said there are many in the alt media saying the Harvest is supposed to happen next year and that is because they don’t want everyone to panic as to when the actual time was, because it’s now! But that expired as well and forever. - Fallen Angel Soul Contract Covenant
This is where our souls would be committed to the Fallen Angels, or what we call demons. - Fallen Angel Rule Over the Dead
This is where your incarnate cycle came up. The Creator in this particular agreement was allowed to rule over the living and create the living, but the rule of the dead went to the Fallen Angels. Duality in all things, until it is not. - Dominion Over Time
A lot of that was managed by Kronos for a long, long time - Dominion Over Space
Space travel/time travel, space in general - Dominion Over the Spiritual Realm
This is false light. They say Lucifer is the light bearer, well no, not true.
New Agreement Decreed by Source Replaces Law of One
The ‘Rule of One Covenant’ Replaced Time/Space/Spiritual Realm. What does that mean? The Rule of One Covenant replaced the old Law of One. Law of One had to do with the balance between the Dark Lord and God the Creator. The Law of One basically claimed whatever happened to one side the other side would do in the exact opposite and vice-versa. So, the Rule of One means there is only one Creator. No longer is there a Dark Overlord and the dominion over all life and souls which are immortal, is now with the light side of the multiverse.
Another Anti-Christ Found & Sent Back to Source
Today Kim found a creature who was in stasis. He was stuck in the astral plane and was trying break into the physical plane but couldn’t quite do it. The creature was an anti-Pleiadean, a lower astral 5th density being. But this being was chosen to play the Anti-Christ and the Chinese faction of the Order knew this was going to take place. A being like this still needs to inhabit a being of the light though, like a possession and then they would take on the role. Kim said it was rather funny though because the wingnuts all just looked at each other. No one wanted to volunteer to be the host for the Anti-Christ. But it’s their big moment! Why not? He was coming with a complete package, his own AI and everything. Their big finale and what a flop. No one wanted him.
Hum, perhaps it’s because everyone in their circle is dropping like flies and they can’t not notice. How long would it take Kim to detect something like that? She detected this being in stasis before it even hit the physical plane, so pretty dang fast. Needless to say, the latest Anti-Christ will not be coming. He refused to go back to Source though so Kim had to de-molecularize him, which basically means he is in a lot of very tiny little pieces which then were sent home.
Back to China Deep State Handing Out Bank Codes
So what was the point of China handing out the codes and telling them not to use them until after 7pm their local times? Because they thought we would all be dead. They came up with the most elaborate scheme and the only reason for it was to delay until we all died. They have all these ancient texts and scripts and it said this was the 2,000 years when we are all going to die. This harvest thing happens every few thousand years. The last time was that famous flood in the Bible. So, what did they think was going to happen to them? Kim doesn’t know. They were probably promised to be Rulers in Hell. Or maybe they had an ark?
So No Harvest?
Surprise, we’re still here! Meanwhile, the deep state is still wondering what is happening with their codes. Panic is everywhere, in Wash DC, the Fed and Central Banks around the world. There is no liquidity, no cash, no systems came back. What the Chinese did was scam the entire world for 48 hours so no one would do anything, so no one would work with Kim, so no one would look in another direction until the Harvest was complete and they could take over the world with none of us in it. Well except maybe 500,000 people or whatever their texts say will stay to serve them, I guess.
Their excuse is, oh something must have gone wrong and they are going to see what happened.
They were banking on this Harvest because that’s in their documents from the Draco. But no Anti-Christ, and the end times has been cancelled.
Well, no one wanted to volunteer to be possessed by the Anti-Christ so I guess that didn’t help either. But even if they did, they would not have lived. Then there are all these agreements that just expired in the last 48 hours which doesn’t even include those that expired over the weekend and all the corresponding events that went along with them. Those series of events which were on a time release schedule were supposed to happen even if the crazy people were not alive anymore either (which would have been the case because they too are cannon food). For example, the Energy Management of Spaces Within Spaces Agreement, which tries to make spaces in-between would be activated so it can re-install anti-matter. They were set up in a series to keep going, like a computer program. The long and short of it is we will hopefully not have many more agreements between now and midnight.
At one time this Harvest would have happened to the whole multiverse, but this time it would have been just us here on Earth. Should any of these events have taken place then the Draco, who are the bosses the Order of the Dragon would have had the right to pillage the entire planet and take us off. They would probably do a whole lot of mining, clean it out of everything and let it be a floating rock. Our rare earth minerals are valuable everywhere. We also have living water and all these things are expensive for trading.
Every 1008 Years it’s Supposed to Flip to the Light But Hasn’t Happened Until Now
It was supposed be 1,000 years of dark rule and then 1008 years of light rule. But since Anu created that leap program, they would leap right back into another dark timeline over and over and over again. Kim said it’s like a quantum physics trick, so to speak. And they would have also needed the Guardian, which would have been Solomon to renew all these agreements. But he is not here, it’s just Kim now and that is now all in the past. It’s all changed now and since Kim sits in that seat to renew agreements she let them expire because why would she want the Anti-Christ or Marduk, which is title by the way, come back. She discussed it with herself and thought, no I don’t think so.

Triune Scale of Particle Based Time
The first section of the Triune is the Particle Universal Scale of Time. (See Triune 1 Timelines) This is the external reality we experience in physical matter on 3D Earth including the nature of Timelines that exist at the Particle Universe level. We can call that the particle Timelines. Right now we can access up to the 12th Astrological precession which includes 288 organic timelines.
The second section of the Triune is the Anti-Particle Universal Scale of Time. (See Triune 2 Timelines) This is the Parallel Universe of which contains an antiparticle mirror (or double) of our Particle Universe. The parallel or anti-particle earth holds the exact mirror opposite to the time cycles we have on particle earth. We can call that anti-particle timelines or Parallel Universe timelines. Right now we can access up to the 12th Astrological precession in the anti-particle Timelines which includes another 288 organic timelines totaling 576 timelines.
The third section of the Triune is the Universal Inner Worlds Scale of Time or the In-between Spaces. (See Triune 3 Timelines) This is the domain of the Inner Worlds which intersect between the Particle Universe and the Anti-Particle Universe. The Universal Inner Worlds Scale of Time holds both the architecture of the particle timelines and anti-particle timelines. This means both combined timelines and their cellular memories can be accessed from the Inner Worlds, such as the Inner Earth Domains.
Right now we can access up to the 12th Astrological precession in the Inner Worlds timelines which includes another 288 possible organic Timelines totaling 864 timelines and ALL of those cellular memories and their DNA Fire Letters.
At certain points in the time cycle when merges occur, new architecture can be created which impacts the particle and antiparticle time field. This time is now. (The Inner Worlds are the access key to creating the Universal Ascension timeline known as Ascension Plan B.)[1]

I do not “Know” whether K.G. is “Real” or not.
I follow her on this site because:
A: Everyone on the Trump/ Q side has failed to fix anything they vowed to fix and I now longer trust them to ever fix them.
B: Kim knows that frequencies are important; 432hz for just 1 example.
C: She knows that there are multiple Planes of existence.
D: She knows about a lot of things I know about that Very few know or talk about.
E: She has been right too many times to count.
F: I have never gotten a deception vibe from her.
G: A Lot of things new to me seem to fit what I already know.
H: I believe in much the same kind of higher power/ Source.
This is enough for me to give her my attention.
I can think of no one that deserves it more than Kim.
