This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on February 13, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. This broadcast is loaded with information, and I’ll be covering in a couple of posts so this will be Part 1. Kim provides insight on the 99 Red Balloons song, what the status is and the actual location for the remaining underground military bases. She also shares a video of someone who was recruited to be a ‘Man in Black’ and he tells us what the Shadow Government’s final plan is about. She also informed us they planned to test their plan during the Super Bowl but it was disrupted since their equipment is no more. Finally what what Humanity is undergoing now is the unraveling of the shadow government’s control from the dark side of universe that was implemented 250,000 years ago due to the Orion War.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.

Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

99 Red Balloons Song | A Signal to the Deep State?

The color red is often associated with war, the planet Mars and also a particular Matrix that Kim went over later in the broadcast. I will be covering all the AIs she walked us through in a subsequent post. But she mentioned that she pointed out in the CARE General Chat the 1983 hit song by Nena called 99 Red Balloons because this balloon situation is looking like it was some kind of signal amongst the Deep State. Below are the lyrics to the song and I highlighted the lines Kim wanted to bring to our attention.

Underground Bases Referenced Are in the Lower Astral

There were over 1,477 underground military bases run by a combination of Reptilians from the lower astral in cooperation with AI humanoids. The AI humanoids were all controlled by a particular AI. A few days ago, Kim and her team had a good look to see what was remaining in these underground bases. What they discovered there were these inorganic humans and they were still communicating with the Shadow Government. There were 791 of them, but at the time of this broadcast there are only 82 left.

Over the course of the last few years Kim has talked about underground bases and what they do in those bases. A lot of eugenics go on in these bases and they are the source of all chemtrails. That’s why it never makes a difference when she would find stashes of chemtrails on military bases, because they kept replenishing them from underground.

Kim showed us a video of an interview done in 1998 by a person who calls himself a ‘Man in Black’, which I’ll cover shortly, but it describes a lot of what is going on now as these underground bases play a big part. But in the song when they mention back to base, they are not talking about bases on Earth or in Earth, they are actually talking about bases in the lower astral.

Where Do These Things Hail From and How Did it Affect Planet Earth?

When Kim told us there is a real war going on here, it is a real war. It’s not about our votes, democracy, the Chinese invasion, WWIII and certainly not about Trump. It’s not about just the Deep State. Yes, there are members of the Deep State who are tied to the Shadow Government, but there was a bigger plan in place.

They want everyone to credit the Alt Media for giving us disclosure by pushing this agenda about the balloons and the aliens, but she wanted to repeat again, anything in Mainstream Media and Alt Media is meant to promote a narrative to meet the Shadow Government’s Deep State agenda, the narrative goes in accordance with their plan. So, balloons start showing up out of the blue. People are blaming them on China or another country, but that is not the case.

A Sequence of Events Were Due to Take Place

There was a sequence of events that were due to take place based upon several AIs and their lower astral beings from the corresponding level in the lower astral. There are remnants to these programs. This is what Kim and her team have been deleting from computers over the last several weeks. She mentioned the matrix systems themselves are gone, therefore there was no signal after the earthquake situation in Turkey happened. This lack of signal has kept the Deep State-Shadow Government busy all weekend analyzing the sequence of events that is supposed to take place, as was told to them by their inorganic human friends that were left in the remaining underground bases. It was their inorganic human friends told them what is next to come.

Yellowstone Park Event

The next event was supposed to happen on Saturday at Yellowstone Park. Their alien partners were going to blow the volcano there. Someone somewhere had allegedly pre-programmed these events to go off in sequences.

Tsunami in Mediterranean Sea Event

Another thing hitting the news is about a tsunami in the Mediterranean Sea. They also had another system that was designed to control underwater volcanos, not only in the Ring of Fire.

Kim explains in detail further into this broadcast how those AI systems connected to this planet, connected to a corresponding underground base and connected to groups of inorganic humans and then eventually to that press briefing we heard last night.

But where are they going with this whole thing? What’s the plan? The numerous AI systems that are involved, that Kim broke down for us, as I said I’ll be covering in a subsequent post, but she wanted to show us a video first.

Interview With a Man in Black

The video she shared was an interview that took place in 1998 given by a gentleman who calls himself a ‘Man in Black’. A Man in Black would be part of the Secret Space Programs. Over the last several months Kim has told us a lot about the remaining operatives from the 15 Secret-Shadow Militaries, but there are actually 16 when you include the Shadow Government itself. And in this video, the Man in Black tells you he was recruited and what their plan is. Kim said the video recently surfaced then disappeared as fast as it surfaced. They went ravaging through old alien narratives evidently in order to implement theirs. Their goal is to come out as your savior and install a government run by these militaries.

I picked out some salient points from his account:

• Billions of dollars are poured into black operations, and they work autonomously.
• He was a perfect candidate for the program as he was a foster child, no friends, no social life but first his mind had to be erased.
• He underwent programming that made him kill and then forget about it completely.
• Not all Men in Black are Human. One third were Human Hybrids, they have black eyes, and it took him months to adjust to the reality of alien integration.
• He witnessed his first UFO crash site in California. Inside were 3 gray humanoids.
• In 1954 Dwight Eisenhower signed the GREADA TREATY between the USA and the Alien Grey race. In exchange for sharing Alien Grey technologies, they were allowed to abduct a number of humans for medical examination and demanded anonymity from the public. A short time later human technology took a giant leap forward with circuit chips, fiber optics and lasers. The Greada Treaty is still active today and the abductions have increased.
• Every year at least 8 million children go missing in the world. He can attest that 1/3 are abducted by government operatives and transported to the 1477 underground military installations on the planet and in prison for the remainder of their lives. They are subjected to biological, genetic experiments, dissections and mutilations performed not by human scientists but by an Alien Grey species. He witnessed these procedures and there was no anesthesia administered. At this base his point of contact was a human alien hybrid.
• In 1994 at the World Population Summit | United Nations in Cairo Egypt, 160 nations participated and all agreed the human population was out of control and must be stopped because the world is running out of resources. An agreement was formed that would mandate the reduction of humans from 6 billion to 800 million by the year 2030. This meant finding methods to wipe out nearly 95% of the population.
• These methods have been created and have been in full force ever since. The procedures enforced upon the human race are as follows:
  • Toxic levels of chemically enhanced fluoride added to drinking water over the last 20 years in every city on the planet.
  • Manmade viruses and diseases
  • Killing us from the air with neurotoxins by way of chemtrails. Sperm count in men has dropped nearly 50%
  • The Grand Finale: In March 1997 an event known as the Phoenix Lights became the most infamous UFO sighting in history over Arizona and witnessed by 10,000 people including the Governor. To date there has been no explanation. All interviewed believe truly we are not alone. However, there is another truth, he knows what they really saw. In 1986 while stationed in an underground installation near Boulder, Colorado he was introduced to Project Sky Beam. A stealth bomber hovered. But it wasn’t a real craft. It was a projected hologram. They only improved that technology. How would anyone know it’s an illusion? The event of the Phoenix Lights experiment succeeded beyond expectations. In October 1938 Orson Wells unleashed his War of the Worlds radio broadcast to the American public. It terrified citizens and they tried to leave their cities in droves. The American public was easily tricked by very simple means.

To amplify this response, those truly in power, not only in our country but all over the planet, the true purveyors of the depopulation process have formulated the final stage of their sinister plan. In the year 2024, a global event will alter the course of mankind’s future. The world will stand witness to a massive alien invasion. Thousands of projected alien warships will blanket the skies sending the population into a global panic. As a result of the ensuing chaos, a One World Government will immediately form without any resistance from the people. Once this happens, we as a people will be doomed to enslavement and accelerated depopulation. With that said the only hope for human salvation is to acquire and spread the knowledge of these activities and agendas. Resist, retaliate.

Was Similar ‘Phoenix Lights’ Experiment Supposed to Happen During the Super Bowl?

Yesterday Kim found out they were going to start that again, the Phoenix Lights experiment in the most televised show each year, which of course is the Super Bowl, and it just so happened it was in Glendale, AZ this year. It’s likely they intended on having an event like this one that would have been the test. However, that base no longer exists and the Star Beam or Blue Beam equipment is no longer there anymore.

Where Are We Headed With the Balloons, the Pentagon Briefings, and the Narratives?

The big event, aka the fake alien invasion, was supposed to take place in 2024. However, with the recent earthquake in Turkey, which gave them great joy by the way, they decided to speed everything up to go in accordance with their masters who controlled all those underground bases. The Shadow Government today is in an underground base in San Diego having a meeting about that pre-planned fake alien invasion event. So, they are ramping up the narrative now. Since the event during the Super Bowl yesterday obviously didn’t happen, they have to think of something else, but they were planning on using that narrative to catapult them in the next few months for a full-blown fake alien invasion.

The Orion War 250,000 Years Ago is Being Unraveled

However, without these underground bases, of which there are only 82 remaining at the time of this recording, they will not succeed. This broadcast was done around 10am on Feb 13^th so by tomorrow Kim expects zero underground bases will be left.

This effort of removing the remaining underground bases is being done by the Enforcer and all the units working together on the light or the organic side of this universe to dismantle what is left of an event that happened 250,000 years ago called the Orion Wars or the Causal Event. That event then created the underground New World Government and created the dark side as the leaders of Earth.

Orion Wars
The main battles in human Galactic history were fought in the constellation of Orion, and so these many wars are referred to as the Orion Wars. In our Universal Time Matrix the wars started over territories in the constellation of Lyra (The Cradle of Lyra). But soon the Lyran Wars spread to the constellation of Orion, and it became a war between False King of Tyranny mind-sets and ideologies with ideology of the Service to Others which follow the Law of One. Every Organic Life is Copied in the Opposite in the Lower Astral

So, 250,000 years of history is being unwound right now and this ‘Man in Black’ tells us exactly what many others have told Kim personally and what many of us have learned during our quest for truth, they are not all humans. They are AIs that look like humans.

One of the things we must truly understand about how the multiverse works is that for every single organic life form that exists in the light side of the multiverse an equal and opposite AI non-organic version was created in the lower astral.

Kim has heard some people say the Greys are all AI. That’s not true. We have a Zeta race from this side of the multiverse that are funny and kind and caring and they are nothing like the Greys that came from the other side of the multiverse. So, the agreement that was made with the President all those years ago was actually with AI Greys from the lower astral. They are inorganic life beings that look very similar to organic beings. But anything that is of the dark has facial features of the dark.

Kim told us a personal story to explain this. When she was a kid she had a friend who was very pretty. Her friend had two sisters who were also very pretty, and they all started playing around with a Ouija board. Kim wanted no part of it, and they went their separate ways. Kim moved and she went to a different school. But she saw her about five years later and her friend didn’t look the same. Her facial features looked different, her body looked different, almost like there was something evil in her that Kim could see. So, it will start to show on their face and body those people who dabble in the dark.

The Inorganic Beings Are Becoming More Apparent

Just as the dark can’t see the light, the light has a hard time seeing the dark through the veil. But the more veils and matrices that are lifted the more you will see these inorganic beings because it’s becoming more apparent. Hopefully they won’t exist by the time EVERYONE can see.  

This is why Kim is able to find those bases of AI humans walking the planet, those veils were lifted making it very easy. They look like you and me, but they look like an evil version of us. They may even look like their skin is a little gray or a little off because they’re an inorganic human. So, keep an eye out if you see these people walking around because that is your government folks.

By the way, I’ve mentioned the lizard lady that I see constantly when I go out for my daily exercise. Well, I’m not crossing paths with her as often anymore, but just last week when I looked at her my first thought was she’s now looking grey. But then I wasn’t sure, because she happened to be wearing a grey jacket. Now I believe my first impression since listening to Kim. Perhaps she’s an inorganic human and not a reptilian. Although I still see lizard-like facial features. In any case it’s been interesting to observe. I wonder if she’ll eventually disappear.

I’m not sure how many parts it will take me to cover this one broadcast, but I’m estimating 2 more. So stay tuned…..
