When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.

Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Deep State & Level 5 (Mariana Trench in Web World)

Now let’s talk about the Deep State and what was happening in Level 5. We know this in web words as the Mariana Trench. We also know it’s the place where militaries and intelligence agencies live, all of them. But here’s what I didn’t realize. Remember back in 2022 we talked about how I had to do assignments on the 4th of July and they had me do them for 10 years and that is what re-obligated me to the deep state so to speak. Just in case you’re new here or don’t remember this part I’ll pull them up here so you can see them again. I’m just putting up a few here but there were many of them.

Permission Was Given By Artemis to Install a System

If you start looking at this, you’ll see it was under a UN code proposed program 04050. What does that code mean? That means they had installed a system by the permission of Artemis et al during one of the year’s meetings back in 2012. They had permission to put this in between Level 5 and 4 which is in the Red line and in Artemis’ control over the zeroes in everything.

Their Assets Are Those Listing In The Red Book, So They Think

Some other things that are in this series of numbers are in what I call the Red Book. If you’ve seen the movie National Treasure (film) – Wikipedia they talk about the Red Book and the assets in the Red Book. Some of these are in-ground assets, not mined assets. So, if you crazy deep state people are running around looking for a vault, you’ll never find it. And not only that, it was cross-collateralized significantly.

Back in 2012 when I didn’t know much of what was going on, there was a person who Marduk actually put me on the phone with who was involved in having me issue these assignments. I was thinking I was doing the right thing, but I’m panicking when it came to doing things for the FBI, the CIA, etc. There was a ton of these, they weren’t just for the US, they were for Saudi Arabia, Russia, South Africa, we did them for all over the world. I did them and handed them all over and what a mistake that was.

Black Sun Still Needs Allocations Numbers to Make All their Trading Against Those Assets “Good”

So, what the deep state people have done is get permission to implement these things in what I will call the Red Line. They thought between them and the agreement they had with Artemis, they had a surefire way in to have full control over all those allocations that came out. And to be fair, for a time there was control there, but it was still money with no allocation numbers. So, what they did was issue credit lines and margin accounts against this, then they reflected them in the banks and places like Saudi Arabia and South Africa. They got the Saudi Arabian Royal family to dance telling them they’re going to be in charge of this sector etc. But they still didn’t get any allocations for this.

They thought, and probably still think, that the Fed is blocking allocations and above that the Fed Families are blocking them. They’re saying hey, we signed a contract with you to get allocations on the 4th of July to make all our money that we’ve had hanging out there and trading against, good. That’s why I had to explain to these people how that got in there and who it came from in the first place.

It wasn’t granted by any human families on earth, and you can wait until the end of days to get an allocation from anyone in the Order of the Dragon because they don’t have that agreement anymore. And they didn’t even have it with the aliens before they died, so you’re lost. Your agreement with Artemis also expired. You thought you were going to take that agreement over as well and you didn’t even know what that agreement meant until I just explained it to you. You don’t have any ability to fly through the zero density or control gateways on this planet. You only know locations where you could potentially access something. How did you think you were going to do that job? Or did you think you were going to get money because money is in the 5th density and you thought you were just going to release it?

Now why did they think all this was the case?

Con Artist Claims He Did All Those Allocations Back in 2012

Well because that gentleman Marduk had me on the phone with decided it was his birthright so he pretended to be the long-lost son of Ferdinand Marcos, who at one time was just a Pindar and he called himself Angel Ferdinand Marcos. His real name is Evelyn and his last name is not Marcos and he was in jail, in custody in Texas. Then he went to jail again in the Philippines after he got deported from the US around 2013-2014. I know that for a fact, I knew where he was and I knew he was a friend of Marduk’s at the time. Then he goes over to the Philippines and he’s been dictating what is happening in this world for all you deep state morons for 12 years. He never did the assignment, that was a lie! He inserted all these programs making himself look like the good guy, taking care of the little humans and meanwhile he wanted to be the controller of earth. It was a big fat lie. He got the first allocations from me and I’ll be damned if he’s ever going to get a second!

He Was Trading Offline Funds Against Those Assets With OITC’s Trade Group

He’s still alive at this moment but when he went to prison a couple years ago it was for doing something with historical bonds because he was working with a group called OITC, the Office of International Treasury Control. OITC had the line already in the 5th density in computers which connected to stuff in the 5th density of both the upper and lower astral. The trade group for these OITC people is called New Horizon and they’ve been trading these offline funds. What does that mean? They took those bonds, issued derivatives to the tune of 100 times the amount of those contracts that were in there. Now they are all sitting there waiting for allocation numbers. That’s why they say the RV is going to happen every week and the military is in control and all this crap.

He Issued a 12-Yr Extension to Issue Currencies to the Fed

I cannot believe you deep state people fell for this. My name is still on there. they lied about all that of course, and said they issued all those allocations, all on my back the first time. This guy even issued a 12-year extension to the Federal Reserve. Can you believe that? And a 12-year extension to issue currencies on behalf of countries and everyone bought it. The guy was in jail in Texas for committing financial fraud.

Here he is.

We replaced everything with C.A.R.E. and reprogrammed the financial system and even if I missed something I will get it within the next 48 hours. And even if it’s still there, you denominated all those derivatives and fake bonds in Marduk Money, and the financial system will no longer take your stuff even if you got allocation numbers from fake people in jail somewhere!

That’s the story from this weekend! That’s why they thought everything was going to happen by the 8th of July and now they are saying July 15th. It’s because they believe they don’t have the right to issue currency on behalf of other countries, but can take over the right when that contract expires because some guy who is jail in the Philippines said so. There is even a news report clip of the guy going to jail. The whole US military, the Fed, everybody banked on this weirdo guy because he claimed he was the long-lost son of Ferdinand Marcos.

Because it showed up in Line 5, in the Red Line and those things expired 2 years ago. You couldn’t have used them anyway unless I okayed it, and I’m not renewing that, not now, not ever. So, you can continue to try and block my money coming through, but I’m taking away all your lines anyway. So at least now you don’t have to live a lie.

So, the entire financial system of US is being held up waiting for this convict. You know what, I think you should appoint this guy as President because I hear if you’re convicted of 36 or more crimes you can be President. The only thing you have to prove is you were born in the US and this guy was actually born in San Francisco. Or whatever. But like Sunny said, being born in the US doesn’t seem to be a criterion they allowed Obama and oh, you have to be dead to be President. Oh yeah those are the new rules.

Congrats deep state crazies driving the bus. If you’re looking for allocations, here I am! This guy took them from me, assigned it to 400 elite Families and made it look like he was now in control.

I can’t help but think of that movie called Idiocracy – Wikipedia. I only made it through the first 10 minutes, but it comes to mind.
