This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on April 21, 2023 news on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. In this update Kim shares her strange phone call from people who normally wouldn’t talk to her. They asked her questions about the dollar, economy, the power of the Order of the Dragon and the Rothschilds, why the Fed isn’t creating liquidity? And well, Kim gives it to them straight. She tells the truth that China is really, really broke and their only hope is a savior.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

What Was the Bright Light in Kiev Really?
Remember Kim told us where the Destroyer landed when he originally came to Earth and started to wreak havoc? It was about 18,000 years ago when the Destroyer knocked out the moon and we got the fake one we have now a couple thousand years after. Well, this was the area he landed. There is an underground inverted pyramid just outside Kiev and there was always an issue there because of this.
It sounds like there were more than one inverted pyramid, and connected to the larger one was a very large hyper-conductor that went to the center vortex in Earth. This is related to those time-released agreements Kim told us about in the previous broadcast. Agreements that were not there before and then suddenly appear and she expires them the second they come. Well in the last few days there have been at least 100 agreements if not more that have expired and one had to do with the return of the Destroyer or Anti-Christ.
A large crystal that was in the hyper-conductor in the inverted pyramid was dismantled or de-molecularized by the Enforcer as part of one of the operations she had been running the last few days. She was not expecting anybody to see bright lights because most of the operations she and her team do are not usually seen by the public. While there has been a lot of strange activity going on around the world in general, she attributes the bright light above Kiev was due to one the operations she was running.

Operatives Call Kim and Ask a Lot of Questions
Kim said she got a strange phone call after the news. She had some people who normally would not talk to her call and ask her all kinds of questions. A lot of questions had to do with the dollar and the economy. She was asked a lot of questions regarding the Rothschilds and Order of the Dragon, the Chinese people who were in Reno handing out all these useless codes. They asked about the Federal Reserve, as to their power and why it isn’t creating liquidity? Those types of things.
Kim answered all their questions which kind of sparked a fact-finding mission for these people she calls the operatives, the doers of the world. These people are from all countries and are kind of a group onto themselves. They would take orders from the Order and then strategize and orchestrate getting the task done on behalf of both Orders. They are starting to realize the people giving them orders are not telling the truth and do not have the capacity to perform their end of the bargain. This is happening continuously. So, this could be a game changer if they act on it and walk away.
Tension About the Fed Doing a Drawback
We have come to the point where the Federal Reserve is insolvent. There is a huge problem with not being able to pay out on bonds. There is a lot of tension about the Fed doing a drawback. The Federal Reserve thinks they own all the Tier 1 Banks and the Tier 1 Banks own the Tier 2 Banks and the Tier 2 Banks own the Tier 3 Banks, etc. So, in their minds all the money in those banks is theirs, including ours. That is what a drawback means.
However according to Kim, the reality of the situation is the Boards of the Tier 1 Banks would have to allow for it to happen and actually send them the money because electronically speaking the Fed does not have the capacity to do it without the bank’s knowledge anymore. That is one thing. The second thing is Kim would be right there at that point and she would reverse out the actions. She will not allow that to happen. She already did this with what happened at Signature Bank, she reversed out everything. So, she is prepared for them to make this mistake again.
Kim told the operatives the reason why the Federal Reserve wants to do this is because they know they don’t have any control over existing currencies allocation numbers, so they thought if they made a new one, they could make it work. All their agreements expired and they can check with the Archives, both with the Government and with herself. They said, Oh.
Kim asked them where they think the gold is coming from to back this new currency of theirs? They responded by saying the Chinese Sovereign Wealth Fund. Then Kim told them the truth; that China is broke, like really broke. They still owe $7 quadrillion to the Trust and they haven’t even tipped the iceberg on that number. There was huge debt call that happened over a week ago and they are in serious trouble. So, if they actually had a Sovereign Wealth Fund that actually had Gold in it, don’t you think they would fix their own country before the US and the dollar or any other country for that matter?
She informed the operatives that they used to have a system called the Omega system and they are waiting for an astrological alignment of sorts in order to get their system back. That is what they are waiting for and you all are waiting for too. To which they replied, so you mean to tell me these people are waiting for some kind of alignment? Yep, probably with Uranus at this point. They wait for their special day and eat the face off some babies and do some evil things and then they think some demon is going to come save them. The whole economy of Earth is waiting for this to happen and then it doesn’t happen and they give you a new date. It’s a new moon, a full moon, a solar eclipse. Their response, you’ve got to be ‘bleeping’ kidding me. No, I’m not that what’s you are all waiting for too.
Will the Operatives Walk Away From the Order?
They are out of time; the world is out of time and these operatives are at the forefront of this so they recognize that fact. So, there was a lot of fact finding going on over the last few days and a lot of international ‘zoom type’ calls with hundreds of these people around the world discussing what to do. If they are going to make a decision to walk away from the Order and look at working with Kim, they are going to do it all together and that’s a very good thing. If this were to actually happen Kim said it would be a marriage made in heaven, well almost because what we could accomplish with all Kim’s systems and groundwork planning in conjunction with their networks, as they are in everything, we could change the world at a rapid pace. But if they split up and some stay and some go, they will end up working counter to each other.
These people remember are the doers, and they watched Kim do attempted transfer after attempted transfer and that is part of the fact finding. She has been removing things as she goes along and she wanted them to be able to see some of this it sounds. That also why she gave them read access to the Key Intelligence and Military System so they can see what is going on. She did that on purpose so when she runs operations, they can understand all the tools she is playing with and built herself that she is using all at the same time. Evidently it is very eye opening for a lot of these people because they are wondering how can this be happening? And these people have watched her move new, legitimate money into the system and that is making everybody’s head turn.
Chinese Dragon People, Rothschilds Blue Dragon & JASON Society Losing Face
These wingnuts are realizing they have lost face. Nobody is believing they are going to come through, aside from a few imbeciles, like the visitors down the street from Kim who are now waiting for their second set of ‘valid’ codes, which of course are not coming. And there are still some people ordering the NSA and these operatives to do something, but they are completely ineffective at this point.
JASON Society Losing Face
JASON Society is still running around trying to save face because these people are not going to listen to them anymore either. They are not going to be able to walk into any military base or intelligence agency and call the shots. It is just not going to happen anymore. So, if we get these operatives on board with Kim then the crazy people and their orders go away. Once they go away and they have new orders to do things with pay as promised, then these people are going to walk.
Do These Operatives Really Not Know the Order Givers Are Evil and Waiting for Demons?
Sunny asked Kim if she really thinks the operatives didn’t know they are so ritualistic and evil and doing these crazy satanic things? Kim said they’ve certainly heard the stories, but she thinks they thought it was just their religion, their belief system and way of doing things. They obviously know they are evil people and they’ve done a lot of evil things to this world, but she doesn’t think they thought it was related to the functioning of the global macro-economic picture. She thinks they saw it as like a hobby, they like little boys and little girls and the things they do. She is pretty sure that’s what they thought it was all about and they didn’t have clue it was about hoping some demon was going to come back, save them and bring their system back, or that they were hoping some alien returns.
But that is what they are hoping for and she thinks that was a big turning point for these operatives. She told them they do not have a quantum system right now. The only true quantum system functioning right now is Kim’s and she built it. She had Alpha and then she built the Harmonic Genesis System and the Key Integrated Monetary System and the Key Intelligence and Military System. It says KIMS and you are looking at her, that is me! It’s not some Chinese person!
Is Kim is Cautiously Optimistic?
These people she spoke to are trying to save the economy. They all have different skills and different fields but they really do think because thinking is required in order to get shit done. And because they are required to think they understand exactly how micro-economics and macro-economics work and how any slight change, movement to the right or left is going to yield the desired outcome of their then order giver. The Order Giver just says I want ‘X’, but these guys have to figure out how to get from A to X and not die. So, their bosses have no idea, nor did they put in the time to figure out how it works and it’s very apparent when you have someone who understands.
Kim is guessing after they hung up the phone their comment was probably, this is the craziest person on earth or the smartest person on earth. Kim said she is not the smartest but Source makes her look smart. A lot is not her idea, it is a carefully orchestrated plan that goes far beyond our comprehension. She’s absolutely sure of that because when she looks back at things, she will later say OMG! Wow! It all lined up like a perfect symphony! That is amazing! This was an inevitability.
Speaking of crazy people, they gave out another round of access codes last night because she found another attempt to reinstall the closed-loop system for Trump Bucks in Alabama. They were using a code that was issued to Steve Mnuchen. That code didn’t work.
What if the Operatives Switch Sides?
Kim said there will be definitive understanding of where we are going if they switch sides. She prefers not to call them orders, but there will be a discussion on the best possible way of execution. They will toss ideas back and forth and then she prefers them to come up with a plan that she will fund and they will finish it.
This group also originally thought it was Trump who funded the government during his administration and why they got so much support. They know now it was not Trump. Then they were told it’s the Rothschilds, the Chinese people. But now they know Kim is capable of funding government, that she did it in the past. Just goes to show the compartmentalization of these people is very real.
Waiting For Now
She expects hopefully to hear from the Operatives soon. This could be a game changer. She knows it and so does her enemy. Kim said she didn’t get into the patience line but got into the common-sense line. It was a very, very short line but she is hoping she will have company soon. Unless there is another squirrel they find to chase and turn direction and follow orders of crazy people who are getting absolutely nowhere again.
If they do not join her now, it will happen in the future because there is no other way to continue. And Kim pays better than the crazy people do and the jobs are lighter. The serious stuff where people can get hurt, she doesn’t have people do that. She uses systems for that. She has a fleet with far more advanced weaponry than people have ever seen. She can use all those things combined and not send a person into a hostile situation.
So I guess we’ll find out what they decided next time. But I’m skeptical. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t believe these operatives are that unaware. I don’t know which group they are part of as Kim wasn’t specific. Are they part of the secret militaries? I totally understand the compartmentalization is a factor, but if they are required to ‘think’, couldn’t they figure out right from wrong a long time ago? Or is it just convenient now after it is apparent they have lost? I understand Kim’s position as it would help in a really big way to get them to trade sides. But if they’ve been in the game that long, I just don’t see them doing the right thing.
