It’s the 22nd of September 2026 and today on Declassified Beyond the Headlines by Kim Goguen, a series of bombings in the Middle East. Who is Running the U-S State Department? Blackrock attempts to leverage Greenland in a financial coup and more, so let’s get started.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Middle East Bombings and Advance U.S. Warnings
The US State Department has been sending warnings to US citizens now for days. It started on Friday night and continued throughout the weekend. But the thing is they sent out these warnings before any bombings actually occurred. The other thing that occurred as well in the news was that Trump made an emergency return to the White House from Camp David. I guess on Saturday of last week due to alleged security threats, also before the bombings.
So, this led us to a couple of interesting conclusions here. A. Either the US State Department is a psychic, which I really don’t think that’s the case, or B. they received intelligence information and chose to ignore any threats which make them weak. Weak as milk toast because you may or may not know this but there is an enormous US military presence in the Middle East, they’ve been there for decades now. So, the fact if they did receive prior intelligence that some group that was not associated with them at all was going to bomb some airports and other locations, then why did nobody do anything? I mean, it’s widely known that our military is there, so why did nobody do anything about it?
Now there is option C. here which is well, it’s an inside job and all the orders came from inside the State Department. For me, well based on our intelligence information I’m going to go with C. it’s an inside job.
7th Floor of the U.S. State Department
The 7th floor of the State Dept building isn’t exactly diplomatic conference centers like they say it is, there might be some conference centers there but it’s also a really big part of the deep state’s center of operations. It’s also responsible in part for their media department as it relates to world events. So, they conjure up media from here ahead of time before the event so they can ensure who is going to claim what, who bombed what and everything goes along with a narrative.
So interestingly enough, no one really works for the State Department on the 7th floor either. Most of these people don’t actually work for the US Government except maybe the janitors. It is completely and totally run by the deep state; there is no one else in there and recently there has been a new addition to this particular floor in the State Dept.
You see, before this there were a lot of operatives even from other countries, Global Headquarters or GCHQ, also the World Federation Security Forces. During the times of other Heads of State as it has kind of has gone back and forth between in part predominantly Americans to predominantly British. It’s also kind of teetered in with China, with Russia and other countries. So even though technically it’s the US State Department, when it comes to operations that are above government level occurring within government facilities, they know no nationality. These special floors are in most agencies and let’s face it, the Pentagon as well as other militaries around the world. So, this isn’t really about patriotism in any way, shape or form.
Q-Clearance Operations and the Breakdown of the Media Narrative
But an interesting occurrence happened about a week ago where the Q-Clearance operatives have stated on social media that they have taken over the US State Department.
Now, I find this very interesting since well, a lot of these people have been involved in the US State Department for a long time, so what’s really new here? Are they just making this statement most recently or are they more in control and not just operatives reporting to someone else?
I’m going to go with operatives not reporting to someone else because the operations that have occurred in the Middle East over the last 3-4 days by the time you listen to this recording, I would say were very haphazard, unorganized and really there is no intended end result here. So even for a terrorist group or group of operatives that are specifically geared towards creating terrorist events and running terrorist organizations around the world for and against the US, yeah, they also run a lot of operations in other countries too.
Different National Signatures of Q-Clearance Operations
So, the Q operatives are predominantly operatives that work within the Secret Space Program. They also work within the World Federation Government or your One World Government that we exist in and have for a long time. Getting to know these people over the last several years kind of shows me their signature. Meaning when something happens in the world you can pretty much tell by the style of the operation. So, which if Q-Clearance folks are involved, then which Q-Clearance are predominantly taking the lead on this operation. Meaning Q-Clearance operatives in Russia have a specific signature, the ones in China also have a specific signature, the ones in Korea and North Korea have a specific signature as do the United States Q-Clearance operatives. And in this case, we’ve seen a lot of Q-Clearance operations doing things around the world supposedly for an agenda and it just seems like total chaos, meaning they’ll just throw this out there and hope that it sticks.
Chaos Within the White House and Media Due to Conflicting Reports and Retractions
The media narrative they are allegedly running is a hot mess. We have reports from inside the New York Post, the New York Times and a couple of other large media organizations that tell us even they are upset and confused and have had to print multiple retractions on information they have put out on their various websites. And in this particular week Trump kicked out CNN and MSNBC and a few other media organizations citing they are fake news or fake media or something like this and this is predominantly due to the fact that there is a lot of backlash going on right now against these Q-operatives who are also running the White House because they can’t keep a narrative straight.
Views are down, no one is watching the news anymore, none of this makes sense. One day it’s up and one day it’s down and actually even sometimes within the same day the narratives are very confusing. The media organizations that have hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide are having a tough time keeping up with their mess. Like I said the signature carries everywhere when it comes to the American operatives that have Q-Clearance that are trying to run a whole country if not the entire world right now. They would really like to run the entire world and there will be more on that in a little bit.
Whether it’s the Sanhedrin Illuminati which used to run all the media and everybody else, and these guys would just be mainly security forces for securing operations that were run by, I’m going to use that term loosely, that were orchestrated by Sanhedrin Illuminati Generals when they actually had superiors that were still alive and still around. They seemed more organized before. The machine and even some of things they used for analytics made sense in the past and nothing is making any sense anymore.
So all these things we’re about to talk about also make no sense, because why? Because people with Q-Clearance think that they run the joint and they run the planet. They would really like to run the planet but what is clear is they can’t even run a media organization or one tiny little State Department never mind the entire planet because none of their operations are working out. Most seem like, well let’s just throw this out there and see if something good comes out of it. Make it look like we’re doing something, because it makes no sense.
This latest mess that we’re seeing and we’re going to talk about this in a minute and I do have boots on the ground there in the Middle East that have witnessed some of these events have basically, you know, everyone is pretty much shaking their heads, even the countries that are involved and were hit this weekend because there was more than one country.
Targeting Airports in the Middle East
The events that are to follow which we’re going to talk about are predominantly airports. So near airports, in airports around airports and even one weapons depot was hit this weekend. And who claimed these events is, hum in one case they didn’t even have anybody that got to claim the event.
Airports as International Territories
The reason why I believe they are hitting airports and airport areas and other territories that are currently known to be under American control (and I’m using America and not the United States for a reason here) is because airports, especially international airports are considered international territory.
This means if you are in an international airport for example in the United Kingdom, you’re in Heathrow or you are in the United States and at JFK Airport in New York or any of the other airports in the US that are considered international airports, you are no longer on US soil. Same thing happens when you are in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Moscow, Beijing, these international airports fall under a security concern, and they fall under the FAA which technically is located in the US and remember it’s called the Federal Dept of Aviation. So that being said, all these international airports fall under the territories of the World Federation or the World Government. They have nothing to do with any particular country even though that country does have some kind of a responsibility to maintain the airports themselves and they do hire a lot of employees depending on which country you are in. in the US we do have a lot of private contractors that are hired by the World Federation to run airports. TSA is also predominantly not a government run department of airports either. The TSA are usually privately contracted out, and I know some of those contractors personally so I can tell you with 100% certainty that all is contracted out.
World Federation and Airport Security Claims
Now as far as the World Federation Government territories are concerned, let us not forget they are associated with the Bavarian Illuminati predominantly as it relates to security contracts that date back to 3,000 years ago and some even longer. Although some of these contracts expired, some of them had not until this past week. So, we’ll talk about those contracts more in depth as we get to Beyond the Matrix this current week.
Riyadh Airport Bombing
We do have some video footage of several different bombings. The first one I want to talk about is there was a bombing at the Saudi Arabian Riyadh airport. This occurred Saturday US time and allegedly at the time of this recording, because it’s changed multiple times, but allegedly at this time of the attack and all these different events, the attack was claimed by a rebel group which is a Yemen rebel group predominantly called the Houthis. And the Houthis go all the way back to, you guessed it, the special CIA building in Langley, Virginia. They have trained these folks along with in part the old Erik Prince of Blackwater/Academe. I don’t know if he’s changed the name here, it was Frontier at some point. But Eric Prince is alive and well and operating currently in the East. Last I heard most of the training centers were located in various places such as China and there are other Chinese territories such as Iran and Afghanistan where they have these terrorist training camps which then usually coordinate operations with the CIA. Which means there is no real surprise here.
There was absolutely no response or anything the US did about it. Even considering the relationship allegedly between the United States or America and the Saudi Royal Family which has been going on for a long, long time, for many decades until Rumsfeld’s death. I do believe he actually died in public, but he’s dead, nonetheless. But Rumsfeld is the one that ran Saudi Arabia for a long time, even had limited control or security over the Riyal, the currency of Saudi Arabia.
Airport Territory in Iraq
Okay the next event that occurred in the Middle East is the area which is still considered airport territory in Iraq. It’s occupied by the US military forces and other military forces that have been participating in the military theatre that has been occurring in Iraq for a couple of decades now. At first, they announced these were drone attacks and then by the time we recorded this report they backtracked on that a little bit and said the US is making an exit from Iraq and from this particular area. So, it was kind of a control blast orchestrated by the United States. Why? Because if they blame it on somebody else then one other thing that we’re going to talk about in just a bit is, how are you going to protect that Greenland contract that you guys just got? You’re going to look as weak as milk toast, you can’t even defend your own area of an airport in Iraq, which you allegedly occupied for decades now. Yeah, they rethought that one, ooh that couldn’t end well. See, this is what I mean by haphazard Q-operatives here.
Agent M: On the Ground in the Middle East
We do have someone currently at this moment and this person you’ve heard from before in the past, but he travels throughout the Middle East and works for the Global Intelligence Agency which I actually run. So, he happened to be in Iraq at the time of this bombing, and he took some footage himself and plus some of his associates in the area also took some footage which we should be playing by the time this report airs.
I also have a statement from Agent M as well, and here’s what he had to say.
He said I had lunch at a location approximately 500 meters away from the airport gate. The restaurant is deep inside the building and was crowded and loud and there is a specific area for keys only (I’m not sure keys is the correct word due to audio) which is also I guess he said a smoking area and it’s near the entrance of the building. He was the only one in there at the time and then he felt the earth shaking. He said so he did anticipate hearing a blast.
The interesting part here, just to interject my own thoughts, is the earth began shaking before the actual blast. So, an inside job, not inside job? Maybe. Then the blast surely did come, however most people didn’t notice or ignored it because in Iraq people are used to bombs going off for the last 20 years. Usually, previous attacks came in a series of explosions, so not just one and this was unusual in Iraq. Drones or ballistic missiles are usually sent in waves of groups to distract air defenses and to cause maximum damage and of course maximum fear. However, people who are outside in open areas definitely felt, heard and saw the explosions. He gathered footage for us from different angles and from different people that he knew were in the vicinity at the time of the incident and then he also kind of analyzed it to find out what it was. Now we have an extensive network in the Middle East, not just Agent M. I just wanted to point that out and he also has an extensive network that he has built up over more than a decade. I think it’s almost 2 decades at this point. So, the initial reports that came out in the following sequence are as follows:
- A drone attack was intercepted and landed near the airport.
- The American forces detonated sensitive materials prior to them evacuating the country by September 30th.
- It’s a drone attack that targeted the American base and <look up name of Saudi airport> airport.
- It’s a drone attack on Zeravani Headquarters in the military base section of the Erbil Airport.
- It’s a controlled demolition by Kurdish Armed Forces.
Whenever this is a lot of conflicting stories about an event, none of them usually are the truth. He says the explosion, the shockwave and the amount of smoke it creates could not have come from any of the above scenarios. The impact was of a ballistic missile or if it was a drone, it hit a depot with explosives or fuels. And as I have said, Agent M has extensive experience in all these scenarios based on his time in the Middle East, which has been for quite a long time.
So like I said, eventually this information was coming in live while it was happening over the weekend. This is part of the delay with the Declassified Report since obviously yours truly was in the heat of the action with everyone else at the time, so no sleep for me. But I guess you could say the official statement now is that the US was actually the ones taking care of some area as they exited on the 30th, which we also don’t believe. Have to make yourself look strong when you’re about to enter a multi-billion-dollar contract with Greenland. More on that in just a second. So, that to me, judging from the slop that the Q-Clearance operatives usually do, especially around Equinox time, this is some sort of inside job. This is very obvious; it’s totally got their signature. Eventually the statement came out that it’s just a controlled demolition, I’m not sure if I believe that or not but the Q people apparently didn’t have enough money to execute on whatever their narrative was supposed to be or didn’t even think about. Because why? They are the Q-Clearance operatives trying to do a big girl’s job from the cheap seats. Listening to their superiors a little bit, that they’re going to have a big win this equinox and therefore go ahead and spend that money before you even make it and then make the Iraqis think you’ll be supporting them in some way, shape or form, or delay your exit because hey, all this money is going to be here because it’s equinox time and big meetings happening too.
Explosions at Assyrian Weapons Depot Near Aleppo
Next videos are from late Sunday night local time. An Assyrian Weapons Depot near Aleppo had a series of explosions as well. We have some footage on that. At this time there are also no claims for the attack. We’ve heard varying rumblings behind the scenes and lots of chatter on who allegedly is going to claim this but the CIA, I mean the Houthi Rebels haven’t actually claimed anything.
Syrian Military Involvement
However, be aware Syria is still being run by an American President which means they are involved with the same people that are running our State Department right now. It’s no surprise to me that the Syrians also have been sending military reinforcements to Yemen to allegedly fight with and against the Houthis. They are spending Syrian money at this point in time on the promise that the American President of Syria, yes there is such a thing, is going to get a big windfall, just like all the other Presidents that are underneath their umbrella.
For those of you who don’t know, the American sector who actually run the United States Government has been doing this sort of thing for a very long time. I know of a couple of people who are Lebanese as an example, who were involved in the 1980s Lebanese bombings. They actually personally handed the President of Lebanon at the time multiple suitcases full of cash in this case to the tune of a $100 million to kill their own citizens.
DEFCON1 Attempt by Sloppy Q-Operatives Fails
This is nothing new here and the warnings of these attacks, because it wasn’t actually said publicly and I didn’t see this actually occur, were the Pentagon allegedly, at least for a short period of time, this is information that these same haphazardly sloppy Q people are putting out all over social media, that the Pentagon went to DEFCON1. They did not actually go to DEFCON1. I think they tried to get them to go to DEFCON1 but somehow system failures are not working out in their favor at this point in time.
So basically, what we have here is another failed media occurrence. So, it’s no surprise to me that Trump is kicking out media because hey, they are not reporting what they want them to report anymore because they are confused.
As for events and why they are all occurring in rapid succession over there in the Middle East is because look, they are running out of money. Meaning even the Defense Committee is supposed to be meeting at the end of this month I guess, to discuss the events for this upcoming year based on orders and instructions and a windfall of money they have been promised. That is the reason why the meeting has been delayed to the end of the month, because it’s after the Harvest Moon. But they still have to make things happen during the equinox time in the Middle East because the equinox is a very special place during equinox times of year, so both the spring equinox and the fall equinox. We’ve talked about it before in the GIA Reports and we’re going to talk about it again in Beyond the Matrix because some really interesting things have occurred for the first time in well, 26,000 years. Hang on tight for Beyond the Matrix, that’s a little too deep for Declassified.
The Bottom Line, the U.S. Was Involved
The bottom line here is we know the US is involved. Allegedly the US did a controlled demolition but didn’t tell anybody and so that left everybody speculating as to who was going to claim the event in Iraq. If you are Greenland or Denmark, you may want to rethink the security contract that you signed with the United States which is now going to defend Greenland.
Greenland and the Struggle for Control of Assets
Oh Greenland. You’ve been the subject of a lot of news lately haven’t you, both in the alternative and mainstream media. So, the US Government has been trying to make Greenland the 51st state, 52nd state, 53rd state? I don’t know where we’re at right now and how many states we have right now. Canada could be a state, could not be a state. Well maybe it’s just Lake Ontario that is part of the state or it’s going to be a state, that’s where it’s all going to start as now the Lake of America. Who knows, I don’t know. But anyway, losing count with the Trump Administration and their attempt to take over everything. Renaming the Gulf of America the Lake of America, renaming Canada of America, I don’t know. But anyway, this past week the Trump Administration announced they now have an agreement with Denmark who currently has Greenland as its territory, to provide Greenland with security. How exciting. Trump further stated in his public report which apparently wasn’t’ going to be covered by CNN because they’ve already been kicked out of the White House, however they did anyway. But Trump further states that there would be no cost to the American taxpayers for them to do this.
Now this is where the Q slop comes in again.
Greenland as a Strategic Financial Asset
Apparently according to these crazy people trying to run the White House right now, Greenland is at such a position where it could be a security threat to the United States therefore it is in United States’ interest to secure this area.
Now I know you have seen the vast and enormous army of Denmark and Greenland invading territories all over the world for centuries. I mean they are just everywhere and boy they are like a borderline terrorist organization as this point depending on what country you’re in, aren’t they? No, no they aren’t. Not a threat. Is it the strategic location that is allegedly the threat? Nope, not at all. Now despite having for decades an enormous military presence on the continent of Greenland, which has now been named and renamed several times in the last couple of years, it’s back I guess to the Thule base, but it’s been assigned as part of the US Space Force. It has been the Secret Space Program American side base forever, for literally I think 6 decades now.
Most of Greenland is nothing but a Deep Underground Military Base and has been for a long time. It’s barely functioning at this point, but this base is a place Trump has been before, I reported on that a few years back and a lot of people go to communicate with the alleged aliens (laughing), or their bosses or whatever they talk to. It could possibly be just a machine or a machine-generated aliens for their enjoyment to make them feel special. I’m going to go with making them feel special.
Most recently Greenland appeared in the news because of the complete and total eclipse that occurred there this year. Allegedly we were supposed to lose gravity for 7 seconds or 7 minutes or something like that, which has been publicized now in both the alternative media and social media since August of last year actually. So, for a whole year they started this fear going on. I have also reported on this in Beyond the Matrix most recently as to occurrences that did not occur that they wanted to have happened in Greenland.
But nonetheless Greenland is a very strategic area of the world that the Americans would like to take control of and remove any control or influence from the Sanhedrin Illuminati. So, it’s no surprise here that in the past the American sector, that has always been just security for the Sanhedrin Illuminati and their sectors of the World Federation, are now taking the approach, well if they can’t own Greenland, make it Greenland of America. Then at the very least they can secure a security contract that doesn’t cost Americans anything. Isn’t that great. I’m so excited, really, I am.
Now we do know that the United States is well, broke and I know I’ve been saying this for a long time, but the façade is just a façade. They have been trying to issue treasury notes and sell them to everyone who will buy them at this stage in the game. Japan is all up, Russia has bought some, I think even China has bought additional securities from the Treasury. They have been issuing from the Treasury in multiple locations. Bonds, so floating these bonds to financial institutions based on the good faith of not only the American side of the Treasury but also the Treasury of every other country in the world to include South Africa. Some countries have a public Treasury, and some countries have a lesser-known Treasury that isn’t officially known as a government department. So, they have a Central Bank and they also have a Treasury. The Treasury has been more under the influence of security and the Bavarian Illuminati. The Fed and Central Banks have been more under the control of the Sanhedrin Illuminati. Both these groups we’ve heard about all over the internet, now we’re telling you about it in the news.
World Federation’s Part in Greenland
Let’s go to the World Federation and their part in what’s happening in Greenland right now. The World Federation does have economists and economic assassins that are part of their organization because they are security. Their job is to secure things in part, at least the American sector is, and now they would like to have both parts, that’s kind of where they’ve been heading now for a while. They would like to control all aspects of government worldwide.
So, the World Federation has decided, at least the Generals trying to run this freak show and the Q-Clearance folks who have absolutely no idea what they are doing when it comes to economics, financial systems or otherwise. They are paying no attention to their own economic assassins or economists that are telling them just how broke they are. They invite these people into meetings, and they set up the talks and then ignore everything they have to say and then try to come up with a solution. There has to be something they can do. All they need to do is to continue to take over territories and let’s find land, minerals or assets they can actually leverage.
The Role of Denmark and the Royal Family
Now because Denmark does have a Royal Family, that Royal Family also falls under the House of Orange I think, I’m not entirely sure, but that Royal Family is also deeply involved with the Rothschilds and the Sanhedrin Illuminati. I can say that turning it over to the American sector of the security forces, this is just another play that they feel can absolve the giant lien against Greenland, but it didn’t.
Worldwide Attempts to Seize Land, Minerals, and Liquidity
Lately the same American sector of the World Federation has also been sending many, many 4-Star Generals with the promise they are going to be a 5-Star General all over the world plus many, many Q-Clearance people and operatives to seize territories, and they are going to get a promotion. Everywhere in the world, seize inground assets plus any liquidity any country has, and this has been going on for a couple of years now. Pretty much as you would think by now, they would have a clue that pretty much everywhere they go they are just wasting their time. So, they are spending a lot of money to try and control things that they think belong to the Sanhedrin Illuminati or insert country name here. But they don’t, they just don’t. Even they don’t actually control their stuff at all.
So, whether they are trying to conquer these territories or have them willingly hand them over in exchange for big, enormous, huge trillions of dollars payouts that will come at a future date. But it’s never going to happen because getting the Sanhedrin Illuminati or their family members to turn over territories doesn’t do anything because the overlaying lien is way over your heads. Just completely way over all your heads. So, playing this game makes them not understand the position that they are trying to take on, especially over the last couple of weeks. That’s more of Beyond the Matrix side of things.
As for myself and the involvement here, I do know where all the liens are because I play on this level and they play down here and they continue to play down here while trying to be here. So I don’t think they really understand what it is to be here versus be down here.
The U.S. Defense Committee
So, this brings us to what I was telling you earlier about the US Defense Committee as well and them putting off their meeting to the end of the month. Well, it’s got nothing to do with other meetings going on right now, kind of. But also, in their most recent pre-meeting they were talking about lack of money for wars, the sad state of remaining weapons of the US military, as well as believe it or not the Defense Committee also supports NATO and all the NATO countries too. And they profit as individuals, anyone who sits on the Defense Committee on the sale of weapons to other countries. This has been going on for a long time and is part of the reason why members of the US Government want to be on the Defense Committee, because it’s profitable. Now don’t pay any attention to that STOCK Act thing that prevents any member of Congress, Senate or otherwise from participating in insider trading with companies. That’s not for those people; that’s just for us to think they are doing the right thing.
Treasury Department’s Hope to Take Over Fed’s Role as Controller of Currencies
Okay so the Treasury. Part of this whole Greenland scam too is the Treasury is still continuing over the last week or so, since we last talked on Declassified to take over the Federal Reserve’s role as the Controller of Currencies.
Treasury Notes and Alternative Currencies
These treasury notes I talked about a bit ago are a part of that. So instead of issuing US dollars, which they haven’t figured out a way to do and they haven’t figured out a way to make that USDTC either which is a US version of cryptocurrency they are hoping to launch and have been hoping to for a long time as well as older currencies they thought were actually approved to use, because this was part of this week’s operations where they tried to actually launch the old Rainbow dollar. Then there is the Amero as well which was a currency that was supposed to be for all of North America, hence the push for Canada to actually become a US state.
But even old currencies that they thought were approved by former controllers which were orders that came down the pipeline during this time of year when their meetings would normally occur and operatives would normally get contracts. They’ve come to realize none of these currencies were actually approved and none are actually valid because when they tried to issue bonds against these currencies, they have all been rejected.
So, in trying to make the US Treasury run, we’re going back to the Federal Reserve, they thought maybe they were approved to issue these currencies, to issue these new 7, now 9 currencies of the world, the Azure, the Amero, there’s one for South America. So, every continent has their own, then they divided it even further or made further promises as to who was going to control what you would call a region, such as the Middle Eastern currency.
Competing Claims Over Who Will Control the Middle Eastern Currency
So, the Treasury Dept promised for their involvement that Syria would control the currency of all the Middle East. Iraq has also been promised that the new dinar is going to be the controlling currency of all the Middle East, as well as Iran would be in control of all the currencies of the Middle East. And Saudi Arabia through the GCC, the Gulf Cooperation Council I think it’s called has also been promised that the Saudi Arabian Ryal will be the main currency for the Middle East.
Now as far as I know all these countries are considered the Middle East region, so explain to me how they all can be in charge. Is this a cooperative effort or is there a reason why when the Q-operatives make all these promises to all these countries in the Middle East they follow it up with a sh*t storm. It’s the same thing when it comes to selecting other high-profile people and in the case of America of course the US Treasury Department would never give up control. They would also like to be the centralized location for the entire world run by the American sector, not the United States, the American Sector of the World Federation Bavarian Illuminati Security Forces which intend to be also the World Government Forces, I guess.
So other options have come to play as it relates to leverage assets of Greenland and other territories they are claiming now belong to them.
This week’s coup.
BlackRock’s Attempt to Leverage Greenland
The deep state, once the agreement was made and they thought the assets were assigned, at least the mineral rights were assigned over to the Americans for leveraging, BlackRock comes into play. So, BlackRock as you may already know because I’ve said several times it used to have the backdoor to trade on any commodities that were traded in US dollars worldwide, which in this case is all of them. That’s because all commodities were at one point in time tied to the Commodities Future Market and were all required to be traded in US dollars. Hence, it’s also the reason why the US has been sanction slap happy lately saying you must trade in US dollars therefore you must do what we said. You’re going to do what we said otherwise we’re just going to take that oil out the backdoor or for $1 barrel, which is no big deal for us because it’s going to go to BP or Shell or funneled through Aramco. We’re going to get all the money anyway because Aramco will ship your illegal Iranian or Iraqi oil all through Houston, Texas like they always have. No skin off their nose, but it makes them look good as Congress dances for the people. Remember this is a movie.
So, BlackRock had made an attempt to leverage all the assets of Greenland as well in the last week. They tried to issue bonds against them using peoples pension funds they manage and other large hedge funds that reside under BlackRock’s umbrella. BlackRock is not just in the United States; it’s also heavily involved in China and several other countries in the world where they hold these same trading type platforms.
Although they are considered underneath the American sector and Black Eagle, hence the name BlackRock, don’t let the name fool you that they are only for the Americans. Bush Sr. was also heavily involved, also on the Board of BlackRock in the past and I don’t know if they are back or not is the Gupta Family from India who also is part of the same group behind the scenes. So, BlackRock is BlackRock. I know Gupta has even sat on the Board of Goldman Sachs too for quite a long time. This is a worldwide organization; this is not just look at what the Americans are doing to us. So, if you are in another country, remember worldwide organization, everyone is in on it, except for us really and by us, I mean you watching this and myself.
So, the failure obviously occurred because BlackRock was completely and totally unaware, even though I know some of the American sector of the security group was aware and chose to ignore the facts that there is a very old Arctic Circle Treaty.
Arctic Circle Treaty and Antarctic Treaties
The Historical Scope of the Arctic Circle Treaty
Now the Arctic Circle is not the same one you see on your maps; it actually goes much further down in latitude than the actual Arctic Circle. So, you can go down a few more grids in latitude when it comes to the Arctic Circle Treaty. The same thing also occurred in the Antarctic Treaty whereby it covers nearly a quarter of the world as far as all the islands and even some other countries, like Argentina which are also covered under a full lien of the Antarctic Treaty. So you have the Arctic Circle Treaty and the Antarctic Treaty as well which goes to before the days of the Vikings running around Northern Europe claiming territories, making deals, including areas like Moscow which you may not know and the Vikings in North America. So we know there is proof out there that the Vikings landed in North America and how far down did they go when they were making deals and trade deals with what we now call the American Indians. Technically they were just the folks that lived on this territory at the time and there are many names for these lands as varying tribes often name the lands after their own tribe. That had been happening for thousands of years and they even traded quite frankly with Zanzibar and other types of trade were occurring at that time. No one believed the world was flat 500 years ago, that didn’t actually come out, that was a CIA creation. Did they think they were going to fall off the Earth like they say? Well, they might have thought that, but it didn’t prevent them from traveling around the world by boat and trading with every country in the world. But anyway, this extends far beyond the Viking days in Northern Europe and the information we have on that.
Why Greenland and Other Assets Could Not Be Leveraged
So quite an old treaty still stands, and all the assets cannot be leveraged because they were all leveraged in the past, long before the advent of money. Money just further added to that leveraging. So, you are kind of out Russia, you’re kind of out Canada on trying to create your own currency that does not involve this Treaty and the people that really truly hold it and it’s not the Sanhedrin.
BlackRock’s Greenland Strategy Failed So the Treasury Dept Tries
So, you might look at this Treaty if you are on the level, kind of where these Q-Clearance people are and you might say oh, the Sanhedrin owns it. So, all we have got to do is to get the Sanhedrin to turn this Treaty over to us and now we can leverage all these assets of Northern Europe. But again, you’re wrong because you are trying to play up here and you are really playing down here. You are trying to take rules that are down here for you people and trying to apply them to things that are really going on in the world up here. So again, you’re going around and around and around in circles. And this equinox is just another one of those times that this occurred where you believe it’s 26,000 years later and now you’ve got an opportunity to take my job. That’s another thing that has occurred this week and that’s not going to happen either. No matter how hard you try and you don’t even know what that means.
When BlackRock failed, they thought maybe the Treasury Department could do it in the name of security. Hence the dog and pony show with Greenland and all those other occurrences that happened and Greenland’s alleged territory is now poof. We at the Treasury Department can make the leveraging, and that falls underneath that tree and that absolutely didn’t work out.
So on to other events that are occurring currently in our world.
The United Nations General Assembly
The United Nations General Assembly front meeting, the one you see in the news began late last week in New York City. The General Debate, however, begins today, the 22nd of September. This year’s theme is, you’re going to like this one, Restoring Trust, Managing Transformation and the United Nations that delivers for all. Isn’t that lovely. I think they got a lot more to do than just naming this meeting and restoring trust at this point because quite frankly ¾ of the world think you and your media organizations are nuts.
Now not to say there aren’t a lot of good people who work for the United Nations or tried to do a lot of good things within the United Nations. These are the different foundations that get approval to be a foundation under the name of United Nations trying to legitimately to do good things. You’re talking about the lower-level people that are actually trying to raise money to help kids and people around the world and solve housing issues and water issues. Often times they’re stopped once they get beyond a certain level. If you’re not just digging a few wells a year and in nowhere Africa, meaning there’s no people anywhere, they are often stopped when they get too far.
The story that has been going on behind the United Nations meeting usually lasts a lot longer than the couple of weeks we see publicized in the news media. And this is going to be really interesting because these Q-Clearance people are running this show when it comes to the media that’s going to come out of there in these general debates. Word on the street is Trump is headed over there and I can’t wait to hear this. Quite frankly I probably won’t listen to it per se, but I might kind of scan through it just to see how this turns out. I’m sure it’s going to be the, Iran is bad, Middle East is bad, the US is securing Greenland, and we can secure your country too. It’s probably going to be like an advertisement or something. I can’t wait to hear that mess.
The Annual Global Meeting Cycle
But these people have been strategically planning behind the scenes in New York now for well over a month based on information coming to them from groups like the SES which is the Senior Executive Services this is usually run out of the United Kingdom and the Rothschild branch of the World Federation. But they have been meeting with these people who are the operatives usually behind the scenes in the United Nations, not only there but in Geneva where there are communications going back and forth of promises that normally would be delivered around equinox time. And remember this is the meeting time of year too, whereby the Illuminati Families have their annual meeting which starts on the 11th of September and will continue on to the Harvest Moon which will be on the 26th.
Now this will be the last, technically big meeting for global control structures that occur every year. The operatives typically come in within the next month depending on what level they operate on. They gather in places like Durango, Colorado, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming from all over the world and they are expecting their contracts to come out at this time. Contracts being, this is how the world is going to run over the next year. Here are all the operations that are going to occur and here is your money to do your part in these operations. Operatives are not necessarily intelligence agency people. There are operatives in intelligence agencies in every country of the world but there are operatives also that participate in economic activities. For example, the Federal Reserve has an entire group of operatives, economic and otherwise that operate worldwide. In fact, I have actually been on the phone with other countries’ Central Banks where they have told me adamantly they do not work for this country. They do not work for Zimbabwe, the do not work for, I think the other one was for Swaziland at the time which is now Eswatini. But they also told me the same thing in Botswana and also Brazil. So this actually is from that Central Bank Governor’s lips to my ears that they do not work for the country. They are correct, they are operatives, operatives that work for the World Federation Government, whether that is in a security capacity or that is in a Sanhedrin-type governance sector.
Operatives Anticipate Big Payouts September 26–28
It doesn’t make a difference right now, it’s all a hodge podge because nobody knows who is running what these days, and that is quite obvious, but these are the operatives expecting big payouts on the 26th and 27th. They usually would be contacted around the 27th, which is the beginning of next week, the 28th. I heard in the morning meetings that occur at 4am and that would be 7am my time now that I’m on the East Coast rather than in Durango, but anyway I’ve heard things come out of those meetings that said look if we can’t do anything by the 27th of September you can stick a fork in us, we’re done. Now that doesn’t mean the façade is not going to continue for as long as they can try to make it continue.
Deep State Anticipates Obtaining Control the Middle East
Our job on our side is to make sure if they are going to continue, they are going to do so with Lincoln Logs, and sticks and rocks. We don’t even want them to have a communication system at this point. More and more as we dug deeper into the security operations this past week of the American folks and the Sanhedrin folks and pretty much all of the security forces and militaries plus the people who think they are running the show and listening to all the promises, they are really expecting something huge. And the hot topic on everyone’s lips right now is trying to control the territory of the Middle East, which is something they never actually controlled in the first place. They will tell you they want to be in control and they’ve been telling me this, whether it was a military contractor who was handed a $14 trillion contract to take over all the Middle East or it’s other people that actually work in governments there, that different sectors would like to control all of the Middle East. The fact of the matter is no one within the World Federation or the Galactic Federation or anybody who has run this planet has ever controlled the Middle East, because again a little knowledge is dangerous when you are operating here and you think you know more than most people because you’ve been handed by someone else some fancy AI systems that made you feel like you were big people but really, everything changes up here.

Without access to any kind of the source of creation or humans, they can’t do anything and any of the access they thought they had in the last 24 hours, they have found out is nothing but a distorted mirror.
