When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Tank: Good evening, everyone and welcome to Declassified, Beyond the Headlines with Kim Goguen. My name is Steffan Rowe more commonly or known as Tank and this is. How are you doing today, Kim?
Kim: Not too bad for the 14th of October.
Tank: I always forget the date, the 14th of October 2026.
Kim: Yes, it is. It’s been kind of brutal trying to get this report out. We’ve tried several times.
Tank: Yeah, it’s a character builder for sure. You know you’re on to something good when that happens.
Kim: Oh yeah, we’ve got a lot to talk about. We’ve got this one coming up this week and we have another one coming out this week too. So, I’m going to try and do this if Tank can stomach it, literally, based on what’s happened trying to get this one out.
The Russian Plague Incident
So, we have a lot to talk about today. I want to talk today about Russia and more specifically something that is floating around in the news about a pneumonic plague that is allegedly going to be released from Russia and I have a lot of information about that.
Tank: And this is the same pneumonic plague, they’ve already said they are seeing in New Jersey. That’s the first place they saw reported.
Kim: Is that the pneumonic or the bubonic?
Tank: Oh, actually I’m not sure. So, the bubonic plague is like the black plague, very famous but pneumonic plague, this is different and it’s coming out of Russia, sorry. Carry on.
Kim: Yeah, allegedly. So, there is a woman who was working in a laboratory which was kind of near the Kazakhstan border in a place called Irkutsk.
That woman was allegedly working in a lab where she broke a vial, meaning this pneumonic plague and before she died of this plague, she allegedly had over 200 contacts with other people so they are concerned about this plague spreading.
Tank: So, if anyone wants to look this up this is Daria Shipilova in Irkutsk.
Kim: Russia has been known for a lot of things over the years but we’re going to give you a whole lot of information about Russia and their cooperation with the United States.
Zombie Viruses and Ancient Bacteria Found in Permafrost
So, Russia has been unearthing viruses they call zombie viruses allegedly for years now. There is an incident where they actually reported in the news of one that was allegedly 40,000 years old, another that was about 20,000 years old or 27,000 they say, and there have been several other incidents reported in the news about these zombie viruses they find. Allegedly they say they are extracting them from Permafrost for research in an interesting part of Russia, not too far from this laboratory where the woman had passed away.
They are also studying other things that they have unearthed from the Permafrost and one of them is actually known as a bacterium that is believed to be or contain the Fountain of Youth. I’m not so sure I’m ready to explore that route, but yeah, there is a definite reason for that.
Tank: So, there is a 3.5-million-year bacterium that they discovered, is that correct?
Kim: Yes, so this bacteria allegedly survived for 3.5 million years in the Permafrost and it was discovered by a Dr. Bruch Dr. Brouchkov’s. Am I saying that right, Tank?
Tank: I’m not the best on my Russian pronunciations, but it’s Dr. Anatoli Brouchkov’s.
Permafrost, Living Waters, and the Essence of Source
Kim: Very good, very good. So, what was allegedly found in the Permafrost that made it the Fountain of Youth? Well Permafrost isn’t exactly what we think it is. We think it’s frozen water or ice that has accumulated based on the fact there are colder areas within Russia that just never defrost or go through a period where is no snow, based on the seasons.
So allegedly this ice has been building up year after year after year, so much so there are layers that go back millions of years. That’s what they say, it’s something a little bit different but let’s continue on with viruses and zombie viruses and plagues and then the potential Fountain of Youth that was found there.
So, this particular little bacterium here never died after being frozen for that long a period of time which is highly unusual because that bacterium contained some, hum, let’s call it a little bit of Source essence in it. So, we all know in the real natural world, we never die. In the world where this was frozen in the living waters per se, this bacterium also never died.
Tank: So, this is the difference that you’re saying versus the traditional definition of Permafrost- Ice Age type of thing, it’s not just frozen water, it’s frozen Source, essentially?
Kim: Yes, it’s essentially the Living Waters that come from Source to every living thing which contains all of the Omnis as we discussed in the last Beyond the Matrix. But also, it contains something special of Source because there’s always the ‘breath of life’ that is present in the Living Waters.
Now a couple of other things to know about water. The Living Waters of Source have always been here, they’ve been frozen in what we call Time. You know there are conspiracy theories about an Ice Wall existing and what is life beyond the Ice Wall. Well, we have many Ice Walls that have existed over the years and we’re going to talk about that more in detail in this week’s Beyond the Matrix. However, I just wanted to give you an idea on what Russia is doing before we go into the hows.
Pandemic Origins and Global Connections
This plague they do intend to spread around the world, but not in the way that you think. This is how pandemics actually happen. We all remember the most recent pandemic that we call Covid, which happened during the last Trump Administration and it’s no coincidences here guys, whereby the laboratory in Wuhan, China released this virus. It then went to this cruise ship where everybody got sick and then from there all of these respective people traveled around the world and now here they are.
Let’s talk about how Russia does what Russia does and some secrets behind Wuhan as well, and do all pandemics come from Russia? Well not exactly, but remember this is a worldwide deep state situation that we’re dealing with here. Is there such a thing as an Ice Wall? Actually, there are multiple Ice Walls, that will be in Beyond the Matrix, but in this particular case we are going to talk about a place in Russia called Mount Kosvinsky Kamen.
Kosvinsky Kamen: Russia’s Deep Underground Military Base
This is one of Russia’s largest Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMB), in fact they often call it the Russian Cheyenne Mountain facility. It is such a large complex that it actually extends all the way to the border between Afghanistan and China. It also extends over into Iran. So interesting little fun facts, especially with other things that going on in the news right now with what is happening in Iran and why the Trump Administration, known as the Trump operatives really, really want to take control of the Strait of Hormuz and Iran. It is tied to everything that happens within this complex. So, Cheyenne Mountain you may or may not know is so large that it extends much beyond 1/3 if not ½ of the United States. It is enormous, these facilities are very, very large. It even goes under part of the Pacific Ocean as well. So huge, DUMBs.
Deep Underground Military Bases and the Child Rescue Narrative
Now many think that DUMBs are places where Trump runs in like a hero and a savior and saves all the people in the DUMB. That is absolutely, unequivocally not true. I can tell you right now that the deep state and the Federation actually run these DUMBs which are not all in this dimension or density. There are several aspects to DUMBs which focus on many things, amongst them the eugenics and epigenetics programs that have been going on for millions and millions of years, as evidence of our news, if you know how to put together the pieces of the puzzle.
Tank: This is a big point in the alt media. You’ll often hear people talk about the white hats going underground to rescue children that are being subject to the epigenetic programs. Now there are real epigenetic programs, is what you’re talking about in these DUMBs. However, just to throw some logic in there because about 7 years ago I erroneously reported this and then we actually researched it was wrong. They said 22,000 children were rescued from these DUMBs and just to clarify, if there were 22,000 kids that suddenly emerged from beneath the Earth, you would have to implement them into an educational system, an orphan system, a foster care system. You’d have to find 22,000 people to care for those 22,000 kids. So just to clarify whenever they talk about these great rescues, there is no way you could hide something like that. Plus, they are abused and various other things and experimented on.
Kim: Unless that’s not exactly what happens.
Tank: Uh, alright.
Kim: Are children coming from DUMBs? Yes, they are. Are they being rescued by the Deep State and taken into their homes to be safe, I’m sorry once again by the white hats? Well, yeah, yeah, that’s actually happening. We’re going to talk about how that works as well, but there are a few things I want to point out to you.
The Global Network of Connected Military Bases
Number one, is Cheyenne Mountain doing deep underground intelligence against the Russians, where they suspect that this facility which is actually named GROT, it’s also called the Dead Hand because they believe and suspect according to American Intelligence that this is the head or main launching pad or the military base responsible for Russia’s Nuclear Program. Is that true?
Well, you could also say that Cheyenne is one of the main places in the United States where they launch nuclear weapons. But in both these locations, understand they are connected underground. These two military bases are one giant happy family along with the area in China known as the 3 Gorges Dam and Wuhan and all those other facilities in China are one giant military base. It’s the same with the Menwith Hill and the United Kingdom, Pine Gap in Australia, they are all interconnected as one big happy family. They work together, there is transport that goes between these bases, there are not multiple discoveries of DUMBs no, no, no, they are one big base. They are under the entire country of Brazil, they are everywhere and their number one goal is to control us.
The “God Machine” and Global Surveillance Network
Tank: So, all these super DUMBs are all connected really as one operation, the governments are not separate, they are all one body working together for the same intent and goal.
Kim: Yes. Absolutely. All one big one happy military base. Now epigenetic programs, nuclear programs any kind of weaponry, chemtrails, you name it, if it is bad for us, if it is a control system for us by proxy, and we’re going to talk about that in detail in the next Declassified Report and then in even further detail in this week’s Beyond the Matrix because this is all related to you personally.
So, by proxy, they are your security, your control. They control every aspect of your life from underneath here. In fact, their proxy servers that they call the God Machine that is located in Cheyenne is tied to the same one that is in Russia, tied to the same one that’s in Australia and all of them feed into other baby programs we know as ECHELON. ECHELON arms and legs like Prism and Stingray and there are many, many sub-programs under ECHELON that surveil us.
What Allegedly Emerges from the Bunkers?
So, are children being saved from DUMBs?
Let’s talk about that. So, number 1, under this eugenics and epigenetics program we have two different types of things going on in these DUMBs, one is destruction or death. Not a surprise to me that they call it the ‘Dead Hand’ or the ‘Death Hand’ in Russia because that’s exactly what it is. It’s the hidden hand of death. You’ve heard of the hidden hand that runs the world? This is the hidden hand, the hand of God. But God in this case is a machine. When viruses are being sent out from various facilities, it’s one giant facility. The Russians are not against the Americans; the Americans are not against the Russians, nobody is against China despite what they say in the news, and Iran and America are friends all connected by a DUMB. You think of them as doomsday bunkers, you hear about the elite going to these bunkers should they decide to wipe us all out again. Well, they are always in the bunkers and these children that you are talking about are directly related to that. You see because not only is destruction of humanity and death created in these bunkers but also in addition to death there is birth, and not the organic kind. So, what’s coming out of the bunkers, Tank?
Tank: Cyber-genetic machine-made humans?
Kim: Ah Yeah! Ding-ding-ding! The circle gets the square. Yeah, cyber-genetic humans.
Are there children that are cyber-genetic humans that come out of these bunkers? Well, yeah.
Tank: In a sense.
Kim: In a sense yes, and they become what’s known as the deep state.
Tank: Okay, can we just simplify that a little bit, that was a powerful thing to say. So basically, they are harvesting energy in creating death and then bringing about these cyber-genetic machine-made beings we know as the deep state. In a sense they are like children, right. They are not exactly being rescued but they are kind of being brought into this world in place of other people’s life force.
Kim: Absolutely, and see there is a little bit of a conundrum for the deep state here because this is why they actually created death, in part. Because without the death of humans, without the death of plants and other life forms, animals and otherwise on this planet they cannot create their own cyber-genetic versions of these, even within the Matrix. So, they would like your soul to be in a repository somewhere because you “died”, but you never did. Conducting all these vessels that we call our bodies for deep state members, then the children and it’s not just children it’s also adults, then take shape and form and take on that vessel filled with machine and here we are, welcome to the deep state bloodline families. This is where they come from, such as the one we reported on last week in China.
Tank: Really, wow.
Immigration, Missing Persons, and the One-to-One Replacement Practice
Kim: Guess what one of the main places in the United States where they come in. It’s actually a little place called Ellis Island. That’s why they brought all of us slave white people. You know a lot of Europeans came in through Ellis Island and that whole immigration thing, you know they give you a new name when you get here and all of that. Well, not exactly. You actually go someplace else into a repository, all of them did, well not all. Then out comes Mr. Brown, Mr. Green, and we all know these are not actual names. Mr. Johnson, you’ve heard me talk about these things in the past. These are not actual humans, they are machine made humans, 1 to 1 ratio. One human dies, goes into the repository and a vessel of the deep state comes up.
Tank: Kim, I’ve heard similar stories like this or similar explanations like this for even at the border. You know the border crises, the US-Mexican border, that similar things happen there. I mean is that accurate?
Kim: Oh absolutely. This pretty much happens everywhere, you know people go missing everywhere.
Tank: So, the border crisis for the record, that they are constantly talking about, the bigger crisis is you do have people coming in and they do go missing. Now I don’t know how many people understand they go missing because it’s a 1 to 1 ratio, is what you told me earlier. So, for them to exist, these cyber-genetic humans, essentially you need 1 soul to be kept alive in whatever state, alive like their energy, their soul there is alive and now they’re fueling this cyber-genetic machine-made human.
Kim: That’s right.
Tank: That’s a big deal.
Kim: And now it makes more sense when I say Russia is releasing a virus, allegedly going to try and make a plague, because the more people they wipe out, the more of their people they can bring in. Also, it’s how the epigenetics base root program started because they have to have a certain amount of us here present, the organic beings, organic souls present because they do not conduct any Source. We are conductors for Source. We don’t get to keep any of it but we are the conductors for Source, so they need to have that to make themselves run and they need to have that to make the machine run. So, there is a certain ratio of machine-generated humans versus us that must exist.
Organic Humans Versus Artificial Humans, 21% Organic-to-79% Artificial Balance
Tank: So, these are the numbers you talked about a couple of years ago. They had to maintain 21% of the Earth which has to be light.
Kim: Yeah.
Tank: So, they can occupy 79% darkness, essentially, right? That is the ratio you are referring to.
Kim: They would like to take over 80%, yes. They’ve never been able to exceed that ratio, even in periods of time where we’ve had a full or partial purging of the organic life on this planet, yes. That’s the reason for constant wars, it’s the reason for disease, that’s why the epigenetic and eugenics programs exist. It’s why every chemtrail exists, it’s why disease exists. Are there things you can do about it? Absolutely there are.
Tank: And you actually mentioned the number is shifting, right? It was at 21% for a long time, it’s closer to 40% or getting to that now.
Kim: Yeah, we have exceeded, 40-45%, meaning we have more actual organic humans than we have had before.
These people currently and I’m sure you probably heard a lot about this, they are definitely trying to spread a ‘virus’ from here so I need you to understand what is going on with your person, quickly before we get into this whole epigenetics thing.

Frequency-Based Attacks and Their Effects on the Body
The reason why you felt like you almost had a cold, but you didn’t have a cold or maybe other people around you are getting a cold, they are getting sick has a lot to do with these DUMBs. I don’t care which location of the main giant base they’re talking about but this one has to do with Russia where they are trying to send out a plague, desperately, a pneumonic or pneumonia like plague is what they are trying to do.
They do this through resonance. So, frequency, artificial sign waves which then alters the state of the matter in your body. They can do this in part because we are made of machine and man. We are made of organic person. Now they drain us dry of pretty much everything that’s of Source so we cannot regenerate properly, but there is something you can do to prevent this from happening until the machine is gone forever.
So, understand 2 things with their epigenetic and eugenics programs whereby, yes, they are meant to alter your DNA. Yes, they are meant to ensure that we have a death and they are meant to ensure that we exit the matrix so they can enter the matrix. And they would love to have more of themselves here but they haven’t quite gotten to that point yet. They are also having a little bit of a blipper when it comes to manufacturing new deep state members, as well. So, there is more going on here than most people think.
So, what can you do about it?
Creating a Consciousness Bubble for Protection
Now one of the ways I do things when I’m going around the planet discovering these facilities and then removing as many facilities as we can and trying to prevent the machine from regenerating them and their respective what you call clones; is I create basically an essence consciousness ALL things Source bubble. You might be familiar with this because you probably do this when you are shielding, trying to prevent something from happening. But remember that this also exists within your body. So, you can create a shield and you can prevent anything from coming in but you can also prevent things from going out, such as the Source within yourself. So, when you need respite and you need to regenerate, this is a way to do it. So, creating the consciousness bubble is critical no. 1 and no 2. Remember everything that is organic has a resonance to it. That’s you, the ones you love, plants and animals, information that resonates with you, whatever it is. If it comes from an actual human, it has a resonance. If it comes from a plant, it has a resonance. This is the reason why quantum biofeedback machines exist and that they actually work or even on a smaller level genius machines. Light also carries frequencies and they know this and use that against you.
Plants, Natural Healing, and Personal Protection
Understanding the weapons of war is as important as is in how to fix it. It’s part of the reason why we’re going to come out with varying series that can actually tell you how to make things out of plants, what plants to use and then we also will have those available to you if you don’t want to produce them yourself. But the plants heal better than synthetically made plant extracts which we call pharmaceuticals. They definitely don’t want you to get that essence of that plant, that’s for sure, but from what we call pharmaceuticals and our healthcare industry. But everything basically comes from a certain place that is natural. All they really do is create the unnatural from the natural in every way, shape or form.
Tank: Just to go back to what you said about creating a consciousness field or bubble around yourself. You kind of said this a little bit differently than people might have heard it. So, this generates really from the inside, so like Source coming from within you, kind of growing and expanding out to create this as a protective field that maybe you’re familiar with as guarding up when you’re going to do something that may be filled with negative energy and you may want to guard up. But in general, this is something you can perpetuate and extend your field all the time. You said they are taking resonance and manipulating it with a frequency to cause this plague.
Kim: yes.
Tank: So basically, you said by creating this consciousness field we can really block this to protect ourselves.
Kim: Yep, yep. To some degree remember they are on the inside out too, to some degree. But with one little iota of Source, you’re still living, you’re still existing. If you could retain more of that Source, it can overcome and overpower what they are trying to feed you. So that’s part of what you can do now that’s free. The other thing we’re going to do is teach you about what plants do what so that you can also protect yourself in other ways.
Is there going to be a period of healing as a part of Restoration?
Restoration, Healing, a Cooperative Effort with Source
Yes, our job is to heal the planet together. Our job is to heal humanity together and also as part of that is self-care and you. You also will be required to heal yourself. So, is a miraculous healing going to happen? I would love that to happen, but I also know that Source fortunately or unfortunately I guess, job security on my part, it’s always required me to take some action. So, he’ll tell me where to go and he’ll tell me what to do and if I don’t listen, which I don’t ever do anymore. Before I was like, oh you’re crazy, I’m not going into the middle of that street, going to that place, no way. But now, for the last several decades I’m like, hum, yeah. Yeah, I’m never ever going to disregard what Source says, I’m going to always do it. So, there is a certain aspect of you, that this is a cooperative effort, it’s not an invasive type thing where you are going to be this whether you like it or not. It’s a cooperative effort between yourself and Source.
Tank: Well, that’s one way to overcome this tremendous obstacle of them trying to kill everybody.
The War Schedule and the Proxy System
Kim: Yeah, and again for the seventh time actually. We’ll talk more about that in Beyond the Matrix, but yeah this will be the 7th potential purge that they’ve been trying to get started now over the last 3-4 years and have not been successful. Hum, wonder why.
Tank: And they are behind schedule, anybody, whoever follows this they know there was a schedule, basically to wipe out 80-90% of the population.
Kim: Yeah, I’m assuming they have a schedule of events. Mass murder, this is a war. I assume they have a schedule because you’ve heard in the alt media about the Manual for War and you never go off the manual. It’s like a recipe for making a war because it’s all controlled. Stand here, do this. Everybody is going to know where everybody is. You can’t go outside these parameters and actually do something that would be considered an actual fight rather than a movie set. That’s why they call it theatre. But the movie is constantly playing out against us too, in so many ways. So, the machine basically in a nutshell becomes a proxy for Source, that is what it wants to continue to do.

In the next Declassified this week we’re going to talk all about proxies, how they affect you and then proxy servers and we haven’t even dug into the deep stuff yet this week. In Beyond the Matrix is where we’ll really talk about how proxies work.
Tank: We’re going to end it here so you get a really clear picture on how they are trying to spread a pneumonic plague and are using frequencies and resonance and you have the ability to expand your consciousness field from the inside out. So that was great Kim.
