This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on June 16, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. We have yet another loaded update today and this will be Part 1 of 2. Kim has been very busy declaring Martial Law and Bankruptcy for all nations of the world in an effort to protect Governments against the Deep State as they are getting funding. Her enforcement teams are actively involved and the Deep State is very angry to say the least. In Part 2 I will include the rest of this update which relates to members of our cherished Christos, Melchizedek Grail Line and where some notable members have been kept in stasis for a very long time.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Kim Declares Martial Law Across the Board
The declaration of martial law is both global and country by country. It has been declared for every single country in the world including the US. The reason why Kim and her team did that is because trying to talk to politicians and militaries is getting old and we are at a precipice right now where all of Europe is basically broke. The deep state in the UK and in China has been sucking money out of Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia and Iraq, so they are all going broke as well, as are the countries in Africa.
This week countries (I assume she means) were promised money again and they are heavily investing in USTC digital currency and all this money is going to fund various operations in the world, just like they did with the dinar and other currencies. They keep kicking the can and something had to change.
The deep state actors in the government and operatives all over the world are just driving the entire planet off the cliff and they are ok with it. Kim suspects there is a larger move at play here, but when she looks at the operations they have done and are in play now, they are not going anywhere.
For example, the $23 trillion at the Treasury. She found out the ratification she sent out for the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) had been hijacked. She does know one of the people who stole the papers has been in communications with the Treasury department. She has yet to figure out what they were saying, but where is that going to get them? They still have to talk to Kim to release it so where are they going? These haphazard operations are getting them nowhere, and they will be hunted down until they will not be breathing by the end of the day; that is her plan.
The reason the GIA was targeted is because they are listed as the administrator under Martial Law. The GIA is also the trustee for under the bankruptcy which means it can say how the money is spent and not spent and for that there is a fee it will earn for doing this. That’s the liaison account she talked about. There is always a chosen party to administer movement of militaries worldwide.
If it was the Order of the Dragon’s plan, it would have been the United Nations as the administrator. That was the plan, to move in the militaries and take over the country. It would have never been the US military in charge like the ‘white hat’ people think at all. Although they are friends with the UN generals, everyone is together on this.
What does declaring Martial Law mean for us? Will we see militaries roaming the streets?
Kim does not see that happening. Firstly, nobody has any money to do it and secondly, we hit a precipice to where we had the majority, at least in the US of militaries and agencies onboard. Last week she told us we were at 90+% and we earned a lot more of the military and agencies on the Restoration Plan’s side likely because she did something necessary to expose who Trump really is.
The Trump operative organization running it first were a select few and a lot of these people are not read in on this level. They truly believe Trump is a patriot, he is the MAGA guy and fighting against the deep state. Well, she had to do something to make them understand who they are really supporting and because they keep trying to install Trump bucks and she is sick of it. So, she requested from the Archives office the tape of his 40th birthday which was in 1986. Since then, after having seen the video tape, no one has tried to install Trump bucks all week long.

If you are in the Order, on your 40th birthday you get your initiation and it is video taped. Basically, all the patriots and the military who thought Trump was a good guy now don’t think he’s any different than the rest of the Deep State. Kim said if he is saving babies, he is saving them for dessert and she will leave it at that. It is disgusting. That video has made its way around to the ‘Trump patriot community’ and maybe a little further. She also requested the same videos for Biden and Kamala, as they both have similar tapes too.
However, for some members who were not cooperating, those Cheyenne people, they just said, oh, business as usual. They already knew about it, as do several supposed intel givers in the patriot community in the alt media. They know everyone in the Order has a video and copy kept for obvious reasons. By the way they also force members of the Order to kill people and they video tape that as well. It is how they keep people in line. So, it proved who the baby eating followers are and who are not because like Kim said, they need to see who they are dealing with.
All Countries Are in Bankruptcy Across the Board
Under Martial Law Kim did not need to ask permission to have every country file bankruptcy. She can write laws, file them in the Hall of Records and act on them. She can fire people and has fired people. She fired Janet Yellen Wednesday. The Treasury department has done a reorganization and hopefully we will hear that in the near future.

But how did that go down? Once Martial Law was initiated the people who are working with Kim brought in their own security because they knew it would be necessary. Then Yellen’s boss called in a group that the Treasury department refers to as ‘Thugs’. They are from the International Court of Justice. It is a group that serves the Order. They are the enforcement arm on behalf of the Order of the Dragon/Rothchilians. They have badges which permit them to go in and out of every country. They are more powerful than the Senior Executive Service (SES). They also control all our justice systems worldwide. That is why citizens can never win in their court system. All these indictments against Trump are being done on behalf of them. They are pulling the strings. So, if someone steps out of line in their Order, you will meet the International Court of Justice Thugs.
The Thugs showed up at the Treasury Department and a fight ensued between the two groups because they did not want Kim to transfer the money to the United States. That is what necessitated the bankruptcy. The next thing they said is they wanted to take all the money with the IRS, which is also a Rothchilian organization. So, Kim and her team had to try to figure out something, a way for the US to keep the money as well as every other country because they too are getting money. South Africa received theirs this morning and now they are all fighting each other and the Bank of England is fighting.
However, they cannot do anything because the country is in bankruptcy.
When a country is in bankruptcy creditors cannot come knocking. Whether that is a real or false creditor such as the Dragon Families, the Order of the Black Sun, the Vatican, the IMF, the World Bank, the International Court of Justice, the United Nations, anyone who is holding treasury notes such as China, Japan, or Russia.
Now you see the point as to why Kim declared all countries bankrupt. She leveled the playing field. Everyone is under Martial Law; everyone has filed bankruptcy. They are all broke. The bankruptcy is there to protect the government from losing the money.
The Federal Reserve has Also Declared Bankruptcy
The next thing she did was resend the copy of the Federal Reserve’s Agreement to exist on behalf of Governments worldwide to notify everyone again that it expired. The Federal Reserve’s agreement also talks about the implementation of Federal Tax in every country that participated and then what was going to happen with that tax, meaning 80% goes back to the Fed families which are the Dragon families. So that was pointed out again, that the Federal Tax also expired. It was sent out through the Hall of Records and redistributed through the Archives that it expired. There is no hope of a FedNow system or of the Fed ever issuing currencies ever again! It is never going to happen! Now that Kim implemented Martial Law, even if the International Court of Justice threatens a central banker or treasury agent or whomever, there is nothing they can do.
Kim’s predecessor Marduk created the Fed and now she is ending it and they owe us a ridiculous sum of money, into the quadrillions. The Federal Reserve is either going to pay her back or turn over all their buildings and everything they have by the 30th of June. They are going to follow through either because she has sent military force in there under Martial Law or because it is the right thing to do. Their choice. At this point they are lying to the whole world trying to maintain power they do not have and it has to stop.
The Dismantling of the IRS Will Begin!
The dismantling of the IRS will begin because the registration of the Tax Authority is now in place. This goes for every country and it comes with instructions to incur a spending only tax. Kim said they are going to do it, it’s not a request and 100% of the taxes will be retained by the respective country. They have been given 6-8 months to complete this task. We are no longer donating money to Rothschild et al. So of course, they are very angry at Kim right now and the countries are very confused as to how she bypassed them. Remember the Heads of State are in the pocket of the deep state, they are just actors. Now they are wondering if they are going to be unemployed like Janet Yellen.

Who was Janet Yellen’s real boss? Well, he was one of the plane people who passed away last week. He was also the boss of the Cheyenne generals and is also Trump’s boss. His grandson took over the family business and he has been running around barking out orders.
Kim then gave us his background. His name was Rolf Breuer and he is a Rothschild. He is the boy in the poster. Additionally, Rolf also has been deeply involved as a liaison for the Order of the Black Sun. His father was Hitler’s boss. He orchestrated the Nazi movement, the partial Black Sun as the swastika to represent his people and he was the one who pushed Hitler to look for all the artifacts. And there is a definitive reason why Hitler went after the Jewish people and for the holocaust. It is because they were after a specific bloodline and it had nothing to do with a religion.

So now we know why the Cheyenne people were not phased with the baby eating video, they all work for the same sick people. And the only way to get them out of government, and she said they are everywhere, is by her declaring Martial Law.
Sunny Asked Kim, who knows about this Martial Law, if this is going on behind the scenes?
Everyone in the military, the media, the government in every country, the agencies. They all know.
Does she think it will it spill out in the media?
Hopefully not. The only reason why it would and move from serving its purpose for government and countries and getting rid of the Federal Reserve, is if those who are against us decide to make a move in a public manner against the citizens of a country, then we will probably see a fight. Hopefully it will never get to that point where civilians actually see this going on.
How long will we be in Martial Law?
Until the job is done. Until we clean out the people who do not need to be there and we bring in the ones who do and we have Presidents who breathe. It is just a mess and she is tired of listening to Rothschild-Breuer lies. Breuer is the one instructing Israel to blow up countries and pushing FedNow. It has to end.
Repeating the Same Playbook Prior to WWII
Now we know who the boss was running all those people and why all the events happening in the world today are like those that happened right before WWII, and why they are saying WWIII will begin in July. It is exactly the same. Think about the events of the Trump Administration versus events of the Hitler Administration. It’s a pandemic now, influenza then. Trump is a Nationalist, Hitler was too. Anti-Fascism becomes Fascism and all the Jews are dying except holocaust 2.0 is not for just the Jews but all organic humans.

The troop movement is explained in todays update on UNN (June 19).
I saw those videos and they look exactly like the videos from a couple years ago when they threatened military in the streets. Is it just another loop story? I see nothing here
So it’s the poor jews even though the likes of Rothchild, controllers of Black Rock and Vanguard, top executives of all the pharma companies, Amazon, Walmart,Facebook. the media etc identify as jews. Way to spin a yarn ..doesn’t make any sense unless your running cover for a certain cabal that controls it all.
Nice job pushing the holocaust conspiracy theory. Zero proof it happened as it’s portrayed, less then 300,000 died in those WORK camp’s according to Red Cross records and only a small portion of those were Jews But of course all other ethnicities don’t matter when your spinning a yarn
