This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on January 20, 2022 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. In this update Kim let’s us know that Alpha 2 integration is nearly done. In the process a Dark Hall of Records was found and removed, meeting amongst the Black Sun Generals continues but still have no viable plan, the Implosion of the deep state is Starting to be Seen in the Public Eye, BlackRock, Vanguard, Berkshire Hathaway, Heads of State and CEOs resigning. WEF is wondering where the money is going to come from for their programs, which has the Black Sun knocking at Kim’s door, who ain’t answering.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Dark Hall of Records
The integration of the Alpha 2 system to replace Omega and all its closed loop systems attached is in the final phase. And another interesting thing was found, a Dark Hall of Records. Of course, there was. Geez, they’ve inverted absolutely everything! Kim said whatever was getting registered to the official Hall of Records the exact opposite was getting registered in the Dark Hall of Records. While the official registration had to come from the Light Hall of Records always, that’s who paid the bill, but the dark one runs an opposite program. For instance, if peace and prosperity was registered in the official Hall of Records, the Dark Hall of Records would register fear and lack and start running that program.
The Dark Hall of Records no longer exists since all of these covenants expired. But it had a lot of ties to the Omega system that she’s now replacing. And even though Omega is no longer here, there were remnants and permissions given by the Dark Hall of Records that were still running programs and old bots. Kim said it’s down to the last trickle now and nearly done.
Meetings Continue Amongst Black Sun Generals
The meetings that were going on last weekend up the street from Kim continued. Some operatives are talking about working with Restoration and some are resistant. But the Black Sun Generals were told they have to make a decision which side they’re on. Since there is a new moon this Saturday no doubt they’ll be waiting to then, hoping for something to happen in their favor. Except that’s not going to happen.
Now the Implosion is Starting to be Seen in the Public Eye
Like Kim said, the next part of the deep state to fall will be in public and now we’re really starting to see it.
BlackRock, Vanguard & Berkshire Hathaway
BlackRock is about to go bankrupt. They used to get a lot of money from the government, actually most of the aids in the financial sector of the current and previous administrations were former employees allegedly of BlackRock. There were so many various programs that fed the beast but they can’t get their hands on that money anymore through their Aladdin program, so BlackRock and Vanguard are barely keeping their heads above water and selling off their stock.
The same goes for Berkshire Hathaway. They need liquidity for their payroll and survival. That’s interesting that Berkshire Hathaway came up today because I was trolling the Senate (senatusconsultum.eu) site the day before and Warren Buffet showed up. First time I saw his face on that site. Wonder what line he fell for to get the privilege of having his face on there during their recent recruitment meeting.

World Leaders & CEOs Resigning
The Titanic is coming and world leaders are resigning all over the place because they know it. Things are going to start to explode because there is no money and they don’t want to be at the helm when it does, so they are opting out of the game. That’s what we’re starting to see with that demon Jacinda, Prime Minister of New Zealand stepping down and the CEO of Netflix. They were eager to participate and lie when they thought it was working out and they were in control, but not now so they are jumping ship.
Everyone is Looking for Money
No Contract with the Pentagon | No Money
The Black Sun Generals are trying to taking over the operation from the Order of the Dragon which is why they’ve had meetings over the weekend. But because the Generals not been able to perform either and get funding for the government like they promised, they reached out to their folks in the Pentagon to get money from Kim. But she repeated, she has no contract with the Pentagon or anyone. If they want funding then they have to come to the table and we’ll negotiate, but until they make that decision to come in an official capacity, they’re not getting a dime. Kim is not stupid. And she’s not expecting anyone at this point.
No Contract with the Government | No Money
McCarthy’s office was told the same thing, Kim has no contract with the government. This meeting he wanted wasn’t an official one either. Kim said official meeting means he is coming officially as a representative of the US government. Unofficially means, well I can’t pay all the bribes I promised to become Speaker of the House so I really need you to pay them while I still take orders from the Black Sun. As far as she is concerned, he’s still listening to the few remnants left of a dying order. If he wants to listen to them, then let them pay his bills.
She explained to him what she did with Trump, how she tried to help but nothing got registered in the Hall of Records, and she’s assuming it will be the same thing with him. Kim is not in anyone’s pocket and not interested in being hidden in the background from his buddies so he can stand out and be the man like Trump did. She’s not looking for recognition either, she just doesn’t want his programs to continue, she wants them to end. And it’s all coming to a head, they are going to burn.
Senator Mark Warner
Hey remember Senator Warner? Kim tried to warn him, tried to help him if he helped her. Well, she got a call from his office but she doesn’t know what he wanted. In any case the opportunity for any negotiation is gone. As far as she is concerned that ship has sailed.

The World Economic Forum Is Looking for Money
The Dragon Families didn’t perform, there is no money so the WEF doesn’t know what to do. Where are they going to get the money for all their programs? How can they fund health and virus system? They play both sides of course. And they are ramping up for war but they don’t have any hope of ever paying for it. They still have the NSA running around trying to hack into a system they will never get control of.
Black Sun Has Been Stealing from the People
The Order of the Dragon has been trying to hack into a system they lost control of in the financial and political sectors years ago. Now they want to flip the switch and let the Order of the Black Sun take control who have definitely been stealing money from the people to run operations. Money is going missing at the Pentagon all the time. They are draining pension funds.
That’s why Bank of America was in the news and people were missing money. Bank of America is the Jesuit’s Bank all over the world. When Pinecones fake database went down, they couldn’t hide their theft anymore and that’s why they went scrambling this week. They are operating on a bunch of failed promises at this point and they can only fake that for so long before we see them burn in public. You can connect the dots everywhere.
Hopefully though Kim said they shouldn’t be able to do what they did there again. She removed every backdoor into Zell and assembly processes and she hopes that is the end of stealing money from the people.
Deep State Implosion is Imminent but Still Diehards Going for it on Both Sides
Kim said she knows for a fact the deep state is seeing the full integration happen and the loss of everything they had in the past. There are a few remaining psychopaths on both sides who are still trying to give it a go and are trying to kill us all. And they are never going to come to the table. Kim said she absolutely no hopes of any negotiation with anyone at this point. But they still have a hold on their underlings evidently.
Order of the Dragon Attempted to Send Out Deadly Viruses
Remember the Amber line? The amber line controlled viruses that they would disburse through computers, phones and the air. Well, the amber line doesn’t exist anymore, but there were a few nodes that needed to be cleaned up. They moved another computer system in the AIIB and attempted to attach to those nodes and started testing sending out viruses through your cell phone and 5G. Whether you’re vaxxed or not it would have affected you. That is now over, there are no nodes anymore and nothing is left in the amber line.
Black Sun’s Latest Chosen One Can’t Pay For All Those Bribes
There is a small group of 5 or 6 diehards still left on the Black Sun side and some of these characters we may know. But this group won’t turn either. They’re going to give it their all despite being just inches away from the Deep States implosion. It’s going to get very interesting. What will happen to their next chosen one, Kevin McCarthy when he can’t pay the Congress all those bribes? And confidential docs are being let out for both Trump and Biden proving there is no integrity anywhere, especially the POTUS seat. They make money off being a POTUS.
There really are no good guys in the Deep State. Some people might have started out with good intentions but they all have handlers they answer to.
Start Making Plans to Navigate the Chaos
It’s going to get chaotic. Prepare yourself to help your family and friends who don’t watch Kim’s news.
What are you going to do when there is no government? Prepare to help your communities. What will we do if everything that receives federal funding falls completely? How will we live without government services? What programs are run under the federal government? What programs rely on grants?
As they fall something has to fill its place and it’s going to be critical. Kim is doing her best to make sure we’re 100% ready, clean and clear. The CARE Program is hard at work. Life Assurance & Life Essentials is locked and loaded. She wants to be absolutely ready when their system comes down.
But we need to start making plans. There is no shortage of anything, not oil, gas, eggs, toilet paper, electric power. Field messengers are so critical now to debunk their narratives. We the people have to become resourceful and source it out. We need to create communities of people who are equals. Think through it now because money without planning makes for a failed project.

-To have a secured floating of funds, secured economy ,self-managed, protected society with protected by the structure itself Leaders, we find it logical when structuring a community to keep to the Numerological Model with the basic 10 Numbers, each number adds additional meaning and social significance to all that is a part of a community structure(a description is available), a fair transparent election system is to be recognized(Legal Institution ”Assembly/Circle”) and a Council of Elders under the number “10”, that possesses the means for communication with the Prime-Creator to have always true solutions ,is to be a compulsory entity in this structure.
