This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on March 31, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. Kim updates us on the recent planetary alignment which in the past was not positive for us, but this time it was. She addresses the escalation in the Middle East and why the militaries will not succeed in starting a war and offers a solution for the military industrial complex instead. But like all of her proposals it doesn’t include power for them, so the likelihood they will take her up on a common sense approach to move forward is probably beyond their abilities. That’s my take.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Planetary Alignment
There was a planetary alignment that was taking place over the last few days and it ramped up to its pinnacle yesterday, March 30th.
What Does This Alignment Mean for the Deep State?
Well, they were all in position at the San Diego Naval Base, a few locations in China, Austria and Germany. They were standing at the ready waiting for their systems to come back, or some dark essence or maybe a demon, Kim’s not sure. But in the past those types of alignments would mean all the AIs that were connected to a specific planet would have been more powerful here on Earth.
What Does This Alignment Mean for We the People
Well turns out the exact opposite actually happened which was great for us. That alignment pushed us forward into the completion of our oneness with Source. Yesterday that really ramped up around noon EST and upon completion got stronger. The spaces between us and Source closed so there are no spaces in between and in computer systems there is no room for any dark essence to get in anymore. This obviously is a very positive thing for humanity.
Many agreements expired as well as Source added other agreements that were part of G.O.L.D. or the Giver or Life Declaration that happened a few months ago. So, we are well on our way. The Council is very excited about this as is Kim because she believes her days of blocking the NSA and the Deep State are coming to an end. Oh, let us hope so!
Escalation in the Middle East
Other things that happened of late is an escalation in the Middle East. The reason for that was because some remaining generals who just want to hang on are blaming National Security and according to Kim that’s just not true. What they are doing in the Middle East has nothing to do with National Security in any way.
I assume it was the Generals who called Kim and claimed this escalation was about the National Security of the US. Except she is very well aware that they are actually selling Syria and Lebanon nuclear weapons and providing tanks and depleted uranium weapons, ammo for those tanks. Iran got nuclear weapons that were sold by America through Israel in 1984. This is not anything new. So, she’s not interested in hearing who is selling nuclear weapons to anyone. What they are hoping for or are under the false assumption is that they would get access to some money in some system. They proliferated promises on the China Deep State side for their part as well as on the American Deep State side for their part in order to maintain control over the Middle East and its resources. Why is the control so important? This goes back to what Kim talked about Wednesday about Production Contracts. There are hundreds of trillions of dollars in liens against oil in the Middle East which go back decades.
But it looks like what is going to end up happening is there will be no transition of power to the China Deep State from the American Deep State. This isn’t about country versus country, religion versus religion, etc. This goes back to the Rothschild Plan that was given to them by Kim’s predecessor, Marduk to maintain a central control power of the world. She has told us this numerous times that this is what ‘the plan’ is.
What Does This Mean for the US Dollar?
The US dollar is the biggest concern. On Wednesday she talked about the US dollar being a petrodollar, but that is not really true. It’s a basket of commodities dollars based on the fact that all commodities that are traded worldwide are traded in dollars.
We must find a way to support the value of the dollar because right now it’s backing many nations’ economies. There is a way it can be done and it will require America going back to work. All our manufacturing was given out everywhere in the world except at home. We are also allowing people like Bill Gates, who is Black Sun and China to buy farm land here in America. According to Kim the more American production contracts we can seal the deal on is essential, meaning the more we can produce here in the US the better. And we are going to have to find a way for the banks to survive if they choose it.
We would go to an asset-based dollar. What that actually means is when you’re trading a piece of paper, digital or otherwise for another piece of paper from another country that you are getting actual gold certificates. And the money becomes worth gold here and worth gold over there. When we were on the gold standard in the past the currency was not backed by mined gold bars in a vault. Currency was backed by in-ground gold and cross collateralization plans and we are going to do something similar again. But we need to make sure we maintain the integrity of the global economy on a macro scale before we begin to do that.
What Needs to Be Done to Protect the US Dollar?
If you are listening to this and with the US Government it means we need all hands on deck.
- We need to secure as many production contracts as we can that are not based on other peoples or other countries commodities. We must secure production contracts that are based on US commodities and other types of productions such as vehicles.
- We need to incentivize American corporations that took their business to other nations and we need to reverse out some of the customs and tariff rules that were made in the 1960s and 1970s before the advent of the World Trade Organization, which happened in the 1990s.
- We need to rectify what was established under the General Accounting for Customs and Tariffs (GATT) Office. After several rounds of negotiations it basically said that for less economically developed countries you could move your business there from America and eliminate virtually your own tariffs and customs fees. That’s why Dole and Ford moved manufacturing to China and Pakistan as two examples.
- A major change is needed globally on the functionality of the WTO or it will be bypassed. All we need to do is get every country in the world to agree we are going to change the way customs and tariffs are charged in a manner that is conducive to making sure that we do not have for example, unsecure borders and drugs and illegal trade being brought across the borders.
- There must be some level of accountability of what goes in and out of varying countries. We must be able to secure that and there is a fund for taking care of customs and borders control. But it also needs to be more multi-polar onto itself. That means we are going to need to recognize a business is a business. It does not mean it recognizes only businesses that are owned by Rothschild, the Order of the Dragon, the Order of the Black Sun, arms traders or the military industrial complex. It means everybody has the same tariffs and customs fees so you can transfer your products from one nation to another increasing your imports and your exports.
Impact of Incentivizing US Corporations To Bring Production Back Home
If we incentivized US Corporations to bring their production back to the US, we can sign new production contracts and put Americans back to work with no debt load as described in Kim’s Wednesday’s Situation Report. This will do a tremendous amount for the American economy and people and simultaneously it supports every other country in the world. Why? Because now the production of oil, gas, wheat and any commodity traded on the Commodity Futures Market would be in support of their own currency which means they can issue more of their currency and that means they are more autonomous. This creates a more interdependent world rather than a co-dependent world on a power center.
Control Will be Back on a National Basis Versus an International Basis
If we went in rapid succession of creating new production contracts in the US we would have a United States Peoples supported currency. That is where we need to go. The reason Kim is getting so much opposition on where we need to go is because for those people who consider themselves elite it is about control. Kim’s plan takes everyone out of control and puts the control factor back on a national basis versus an international basis. This is ultimately weaning the world off the Federal Reserve. This means every nation is going to have to print their own currency, it’s now in their hands. We do not need an IMF anymore because they aren’t doing what they were supposed to anyway which was just monitor currencies and make sure no one is manipulating. But manipulating a currency requires that it is not tied to anything, it is air currency. Other than supply and demand it’s not tied to anything. Once we tie the currency back to gold, then the gold will tell you how much money you have. That is your accountability right there.
KIMS is Already Monitoring Currencies
Do we still need monitoring and a General Office of Accounting to make sure everything is straight? Yes and No. The Key Integrated Monetary System already has this feature and is available to view from any Central Bank in the world. The Global Repository is also there so they can know they have the gold and how many citizens they have in their country. They will also know how much gold is divided by all the citizens of your country because it’s all right there, it’s already been done for them.
Banks & The Fed Can Work with Kim Instead of Against Her
The banks will likely panic because what are they going to do with derivatives that are based on production contracts that are no longer there. Well, it’s simple. Kim said they can work together, clean up the market and then they can put the banks back to business in a new way, as a service provider of the people. The Fed could also participate in cleaning up the derivatives market worldwide. It can be all hands-on deck and she is ready to do it. Now she’s told us this before. Again a great common sense approach. But we’re dealing with people who are not the sharpest tools in the shed.
Will the Crazy Deep State People Come to the Table?
These crazy people still want want to crash the dollar, at least that is what it seems like the US Government is going for because they are reporting to a bunch of Chinese Deep State people. And they are onboard with that power shift so they too can maintain power in the world. That doesn’t make sense to me, but in any case, Kim tried to explain that they should really want to support the dollar and it can be done, but we’re going to have to ramp up at a very rapid rate production contracts.
But what is the likelihood these crazy people will ever get onboard? They still think someone is going to come help them. And they will be disappointed yet again come noon EST today (which already passed when she gave this update) when they find out the Chinese people did not perform either. So, for the people in the Middle East, mainly Israel and Saudi Arabia at this moment in time and she mentioned them for a reason, neither their Chinese or American deep state partners performed, (because they play both sides). Their system is never coming back.
Kim’s Proposal to the Military Industrial Complex
These people made billions for decades in the military industrial complex off war which is why they keep trying to pursue it. But Kim has a proposal where they can still make money. We can still use the military industrial complex because she has a very large global project which is a $100 trillion dollar project. It will take a long time to complete. And no she has not lost her mind despite this proposal about keeping the military industrial complex.
Well, that is probably because she knows the likelihood these psychopaths will turn around and help humanity rather than try and kill everyone while they make money is pretty darn low. They seem to love war, love death too much in my opinion. I don’t know how they can flip that switch in their brains. But I guess once again they have to be given the chance. I get it, they could help a lot and speed things up but I just don’t see it happening.
There is a major global project and part of that overall project is the building of Natural Disaster Centers and all that entails. We’re going to need planes to put out fires, helicopters to extract people if there is a flood, etc. Until we can build proper infrastructure, which will likely take 10-15 years, we still need to take care of people during natural disasters and not like the way FEMA does it. We need a major center on every continent and then many sub-centers especially near where these types of things regularly occur.
There are many areas in Africa that have no roads, so we will need to use non-weaponized drones. We will also need temporary clinics, equipment, etc. In the past they were built by the Military Industrial Complex, usually after they destroyed them, but we will need these clinics while they are building hospitals.
So I’m reading between the lines here and wondering if Kim is trying to prepare us for an increase in tumultuous natural disasters? It wouldn’t surprise me. Our planet has endured so much and will do what she needs to do I suppose to purge and correct as part of her healing process.
Is the Military Industrial Complex Going to Exist & Make Money?
This is the situation, those in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, and Iraq all are making deals with China. Why are they doing this war thing? Because they are getting ready for the transition of power from the US over to China. And Kim’s question to all those in the Middle East watching this is, do you need a daddy! Are you not capable of running your own countries? Because way back you managed to run countries for thousands of years and she is not sure why you’re not willing to do it now? No money has come from China or the US and neither one is actually in control of the Middle East right now except in the minds of the Mossad and in the minds of the militaries because they are moving equipment all over the place right now.
Kim is aware of this but your equipment headed in that direction no longer functions. She is also aware of the fact there is a glitch in Israel’s nuclear weapons which caused them not to have any access to them anymore. Israel is NOT going to use nuclear weapons in the Middle East. It should make you think twice now because they are launch ready and aimed at Tel Aviv, and there is a reason it is Tel Aviv and not Jerusalem. This is not going to happen! We are not going to have a full-fledged war in the Middle East because you are going to meet with Ground Command (aka Kim) and her forces every single time. They will outsmart you and take your stuff away!
So Will the Military Industrial Complex continue to exist and make money? That is totally up to them. This is just part of the major plan Kim has for them to survive but there is no power and no control here.
Power and control is the drug these military generals, elites, oligarchs etc. are going to have to give up. It is worse than drugs, worse than opioids, it’s the biggest crisis in this world that kills more people annually than any other type of addiction in existence. It is their choice, their call.
The China Deep State Will Not Become the Next Power Center in the World
The China Deep State wants to take their place which they were promised in the 1975 to control the world and turn the world currencies into just 7. They believe firmly they can control them. But they cannot gold back them because they do not have the gold to back them. The system that was there under Mae Wa is gone! What Dr. Lee also promised did not happen either!
- Can we stop the US Dollar from crashing? Yes
- Can the Military still make money selling the same stuff but in a different way? Yes
Kim is ready to do the production contracts and put the military back to work. We can make it work and certainly do not need nuclear anything to do this right. She is very tired of you psychopaths and will not allow it. Instead, she will continue tightening the noose around your necks until you break. Either you live, but without power or you will die. You decide.
But rest assured, no one will miss any of you. Just sayin!

Like you, I don’t see them changing. And you cannot have psychopaths running these corporations either. Once a psycho, always a psycho. For that there is no know cure. At least on a 3D level anyways. Also found it odd that there was no mention of a Euro collapse and dissolution of the EU which I am expecting. After the world financial systems locks up/collapses, we the people will have to sort this out. Not going to be pretty for a little while. No immediate rainbows and unicorns. Earth changes? There are some channellers mentioning this but also some ‘physical and divinely appropriated’ Earth healing stuff too! Everyone needs to keep their vibe up or remain balanced under stressful situations.
Why should the EU collapse?
Multiple reasons…one, the people will realize they have been duped including some politicians. EU policies did not work to protect their interests let alone improve their finances as promised. Since the banks are insolvent, and the bigger economies of Germany, France. and Italy are tired of shouldering most of the financial burden for the lesser halves of Greece, Spain, Portugal etc. the German Mark and French Franc should return in the beginning until a better system can be implemented. The people will realize that trade and borders can be just fine without the encumbrance and cost of unelected officials. EU policies are bankrupting Europe right now and energy prices are a huge part of that. But for what? Nato/Ukraine? The people suffering greatly don’t give a sh*t at this point. Now ready for change, which is good.
Kim should consider allowing the mule-led-scary induchetrial complex to turn swords into plowshares. Now that’s a novel idea.
Giant car lots— oftentimes to most times — use inventory as a way to launder money for the cartels. I’m surprised Kim wants more cars, when Clif High is working on his Made-In-America flying RV. Maybe we can give the cartels any defective flying RV’s, and they can light up the sky like the Hindenburg.
Opening the borders let more cartel employees in. Gotta launder the funny money, and assign “cartel-owned regional distribution directors” to every county/parish/dogpatch in the world.
Meanwhile, fentanyl and the new legal heroin, kratom, are flooding our schools.
For all the interplanetary alignment, seems like human kindness, and our physical and financial health is still not overflowing.
