This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on June 12, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. I am splitting this broadcast into 2 parts. The first post covers what happened as a result of the meetings with the underlings over the weekend. It sounds like a lot of progress was made by both Kim and the Silent Circle in educating that group that they are on the wrong side. Kim also gives us the State of the Union is as of today. In Part 2 I will cover Kim’s new discoveries that came to light during restoration of Earth over the weekend.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Update On Meetings Over the Weekend
The First Meeting | 34% of the Questioners Onboard
The Silent Circle have been in communications with the ‘non-Cheyenne’ believers. There is a large group of generals that decided to have an education call on Friday afternoon and Kim told us about that in the previous broadcast. So, they did have one and it was really long. Remember they are one consortium and they took the time to educate people around the world about how the world really worked and how the currency re-evaluation came to be, nesara/gesara and all these things. So, they know now there were levels of control far above the levels that they see and a controlled, compartmentalized agenda for which they played a part.
By the end of that call, she would say we had about 34% who were going to jump ship and go with the ‘crazy blonde lady.’ 50% were on the fence. They were willing to look at it and maybe investigate and decide what to do. Of those people, Kim would say her file was pulled over 400 times this weekend, which is a good thing, they were doing research.
The Second Meeting | 80% of the Questioners Onboard
They agreed to meet again on Sunday which they did do. By then we were around 80% for us and 20% against.
After the Second Meeting Finished | 95% of the Questioners Onboard
Then after the call it was 95% for and 5% against.
Cheyenne People are the 5% Against
The 5% against are the Cheyenne people and this is what Kim actually heard them say.
They believe they are on a mission from aliens who are smarter than Kim is and smarter than any humans and definitely smarter than the other group of 95% of the planet’s agencies and militaries. So, they are going to continue that mission because they believe it will work out. So, they want to re-install orange man and the whole Q thing because they thought that was working, until it did not and they cannot figure out why.
Kim can tell them why. Her predecessor, Marduk was not a person, we all know this and he is the one who gave orders all the way down the line, even to people like them. Was he smart? Yes! And he was so smart he would never give you all the information so he could always remain useful. It is the number one rule and the one Kim lives by because if you are not useful you can end up dead. So, it is the same reason she has not given anyone else access to the financial system and why she protects it with everything she has. If someone else did have access she would be in serious trouble. That is not the only reason though, we obviously do not want a planet of false agendas that will go nowhere, like we have now.
Kim has seen the whole plan and she absolutely knows no matter how many people they kill, Ukrainians they pay or how many Blackwater people they have running around to buy this and do that on their behalf, the end of the road will not end the way the want it to because they are only order takers. They just did not understand what to do when the orders ran out.
The 7 Settlement Institutions and 7 Currencies, all these types of things they intended on implementing along with the ID program and pandemic programs, they do not know how to make it happen. They do not understand why there is not a war because after any pandemic we always had one. We do not have one because no one wants to get paid in fake money anymore. So, there were some kerfuffles over the weekend, some arguments and those in the meeting tried to help these folks with some facts.
But that is their belief system and they are so stuck on it. They will continue pushing orange man fake Trump and agendas and are working with Soros who is pulling a lot of the strings at the White House. And that is why we have Victoria Nuland talking crazy over a video conference with Kiev.
Victoria Nuland Says WWIII to Start on July 11th
Kim told us that Victoria Nuland, Under Secretary at the State Department said in a video call with Kiev that WWIII will effectively begin on July 11th. The US and its partners will fight as long as it takes, 16 years or more. And the scheduled date was chosen to coincide with the NATO Summit in Lithuania on the same day. Who is controlling this puppet? She is taking orders from the Blue Dragon/Rothschilds who thought they were still in full control of the State Department based on the fact the Senior Executive Services (SES), who occupies the 13th floor there runs the State Department. Rothschild has their special phone that goes directly to the State Department to give orders to them and all its ambassadors.
George Soros’ Son Taking the Reins
Also in the Deep State section, George Soros’ son is taking the reins. There was even talk at one time of him going to his father to try to arrange for funding of the US, but there is not enough money there to make that happen. He has money but not that much money. Soros himself has been working on behalf of those in Cheyenne as the bag man for quite some time now and still taking orders from them. A lot of the theatrics are paid for by the Soros family to do Cheyenne’s bidding in the White House. The aids that run the place made lots of money in the past based on the fact Soros has invested in US Treasury FedNow crypto-currency. It was the cost of doing business for them and they have been pushing it. And those working with the Cheyenne sector, the Black Sun are also pushing it in different departments.
On Monday | Now 99% Onboard & 1% Against
At this moment in time, we now have 99% onboard. These are military generals, agency people, and operatives who want to move forward. They see the money is there, that Kim transferred money out of the account and clearly is in control of the account via the peekaboo thing with that guy named Paul at the Treasury Department last week.
Cheyenne People Still Running Operations
Money was promised again by the Cheyenne people, including the Chinese and the Rothschilds and the 1% left is still running operations trying to make something work. Those people will probably depart, whether it is the Silent Circle, Military and Agency people or Kim. They are going to have to go because the world must move forward. Wars no longer make money the way they used to. They are living on getting people to run operations for free based on the next greatest fake currency.
Rothschild is very upset and angry this morning, actually the whole Blue Dragon sector, of which Rothschild is the predominant party along with the Sanhedrin are angry because the State Department will no longer take their phone call. But you do not get to inform a foreign government that you are going to start a world war on a specific date and not even inform anyone in the military about it. Who are you? They are not strategists or military people and they cannot pay for it. And let us say you know it is just theatre, even then that work costs money. And they have not come through with anything. People cannot work for nothing. And these people now finally realize the money is with the blonde lady and they can actually make real money by having a conversation about what they are going to do together, because there is going to be a need for security for a long time.
Where Does that Leave the State of the Union?
Kim never stopped moving forward toward her objectives, but with the debt crisis she thought she would throw her hat in the ring one more time and try to help turn the government around for the sheep people. Going forward it will be a very controlled environment and she will leave it at that. They will continue their acting job with a different script. It is an ACTING job! Please do not look at these people like they are your savior, President or otherwise, former, or current, living, or dead. Although the dead will be dead, we have to stop lying. That has to happen.
Kim did offer a 30-day budget, but she wants to see a spreadsheet with real numbers, what is needed to keep things afloat for 30 days because she anticipates negotiations are going to take some time.
By the end of the day or tomorrow morning Kim is supposed to be hearing from the Treasury Department, unless there is a squirrel or something else, they decide to chase like the FedNow System – look over here! You never know, so we will see.
The Onboarded People
The meetings were very productive. Kim expects things to get hot and heavy this week with this group as they negotiate. And it is their people in the Treasury Department and they are pretty powerful guys. They can pretty much pick up the phone and call anywhere in DC and tell the aids where to go and what to do and the only opposition they have now is a few people of the same rank over in Cheyenne living an alien dream.
By the way, remember Kim was talking about Paul in the previous broadcast, the guy she was playing peekaboo with? Paul was ambitious trying to get a promotion but got fired over the weekend instead. They were unhappy with him because the rest of the Treasury Department would like to keep the lights on and he was pushing to install the FedNow system again.
Silent Circle
The Silent Circle definitely had an impact this weekend. They have begun to work together with the 99% and are doing okay and they can ensure projects actually get done. They worked together in the past but not in this way and definitely not the way we are going. They were able to see the writing on the wall because of the compartmentalization in the militaries. Overall, Kim said she can see a lot of potential here with a lot of growth a lot faster than if it was just us, because we would still come up against them as an enemy. It will be much better this way.
The Deep State
The Chinese and Rothschilds Deep State plan of crashing the US and moving the world’s power center to China would have never worked with their plan incomplete.
That is the State of the Union right now. And what happens here in the US will happen everywhere. The US bleeds not only economically but is in the realm of militaries and theatre and warfare and all kinds of different things.
Additional Discussion | The RV Scam Designed by Kim’s Predecessor
On a side note, Kim said there are additional things they talked about over the weekend regarding the RV. The RV, dongs, and bonds was a scam designed by her predecessor and it was perpetuated by the Rothschild clan and eventually caught on with the Order of the Black Sun. Bush Senior then printed pallets of dinar and all kinds of currency in an attempt to try and take control. That was at the time that the Order of the Black Sun was fighting against the Order of the Dragon or Khazarian Mafia to have total control of the planet. Kim obviously was not involved in the scam in any way. It was the same as the scam they are running now with this fake crypto currency which by the way they tried to launch again out the Philippines this weekend. Using the USTC against some spiritual white boy accounts that have not been there for like a decade now. They are just not going to stop.
The problem is there are people who have literally been living in a tent in the Walmart parking lot of Reno, Nevada. These are veterans, some of them. They are not bad people. They are military and they believe in their Generals and in perpetuating those types of things. You kind of have to respect their loyalty to their superior ranking officers and whatnot but they really didn’t know either. They really thought they were fighting for a plan that was going to work. Some of this RV stuff was also based on a small amount of truth based on the re-evaluation of the Kuwaiti dinar many years ago. So, they played on that in order to get these people to work. In some cases, they performed operations and got paid in this dinar or other varying currencies of that type.
Kim expects part of the conversation she will have with the new group is in trying to figure out a solution to support those people living in parking lots at Walmart. The crazy people disbursed 7 quadrillion in dinar somewhere. The entire GDP of planet earth currently floats around $110 – $120 trillion although Covid kind of messed that up, so it is really hard to say at this time. But how in the world do you expect to do 7 quadrillion without production? The country of Iraq has no possibility of producing 7 quadrillion worth of production even if they sold the sand. You could never come up with that number. They would crash economies and destroy the dollar. So there has to be something for these people, even though it wasn’t her mistake. But if they are going to do business together, they need to start off on the right foot. This happened and together they need to fix it.
