This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on October 6, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. It looks like we’re going it alone and Kim is sticking to her prediction. It’s falling. Governments will wait for as long as the Deep State tells them to wait. She wishes she had some better news, but it is ending rapidly but it’s going to get bumpy.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Kim Gets Bill for Government Shutdown
Kim received the bill for the government shutdown which she rejected. They keep sending her bills like she is going to pay. Why would she pay someone else’s bill, she didn’t order any of this and the Deep State has the nerve to get angry with her for blocking, yet they are still not willing to take an order from her. If she didn’t order it, why would she pay for it. It makes no sense. This is a continuous cycle but she honestly feels they are going to keep on going.
China Cannot Meet Its Obligations to Russia
Langley 5 Generals are still running around trying to get money from somewhere and revive old systems. They also told the governments (plural) to wait until Monday which has caused mass panic in the Treasury Department and Central Banks. So much so, that China has not been able to meet its obligations to Russia because they are flat broke. They do have a lot of government owned corporations but it is not enough to pay the bills. Kim said she doesn’t know if the country is still going to have oil and gas, that depends on what the Russians decide to do. They are kind of tired of footing the bill for everyone and we’ll see what happens there.
Operatives Try Intervention with Langley 5 Generals
Kim has been getting more and more calls from operatives wanting to know the true story, asking are we going to cash in these pallets of cash? She tells them the truth and they go back and check and this has been happening more and more. There was even an intervention this morning. The operatives gathered and compared notes with each other and they tried to talk to Langley 5. The operatives are the ones who are told to set up arms deals and financial transactions based on an influx of money they are expecting and are the ones who have to keep the political sector alive and it’s all falling apart. They said listen, we don’t have this or that anymore and we can’t keep going like this, setting up all this stuff and nothing happens.
We can see it in mainstream media now and the alleged presidential debates. Everyone is kind of stalled out. Corporations didn’t get their kickbacks, so they aren’t funding presidential campaigns anymore. That seat doesn’t mean anything for them anymore because they are not getting the laws passed, they need in order to introduce new technologies into the marketplace, for example. Free customs, all of those were the perks the big corporates would get from governments, which is why they would be big contributors to presidential campaigns. What has yet to trickle out into the world of Congress and worldwide is that there is going to be no money.
Kim has been having conversations with the operatives and they do have a lot of influence in government and militaries and these people are all together, make no mistake. The theater of this group against that group is just that, theatre. But word is getting out nothing is happening in the Deep State’s favor so if that was to get out in the political sector in every country, well who knows. Personally, I don’t think it will make a difference. It will just get more ridiculous in the mainstream and alt media.
Kim is Sticking With Her Prediction
She always keeps a little bit of hope some smart person will walk away from the crazies, but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen and she is sticking with the same prediction. They will limp along through November; they will go on holiday break come back in January. How many will still be around, still have jobs and buildings she doesn’t know. They just don’t listen; they cannot hear it. They talk about days of old and the things they believe they accomplished by themselves which is not even true, they always had help. They are so disconnected from reality.
How long can it go on when they cannot meet their obligations to their trade partners, to corporations that supply their military equipment without getting any payment. The government normally takes a long time but what happens when they default on those bills. Will Boeing go under? What about the airlines? They still haven’t gotten their promised Covid pay. She assumes they are not buying any new aircraft. The fees are going up to customers but it is still not going to be enough.
Kim is Focused on Supply Chains These Days
As a strategist she is watching this in real time but truth be told she admits she is a little sad about it. It is going to be a hard thump for planet Earth, not a soft landing, but there is nothing she can do about it at this point. She really tried and for those of us who have been following her for years can attest to that. She does feel there are operatives that would side with us, hundreds, maybe thousands and essentially it is whoever pays first wins the game, for them and for all of us also.
Kim is resolved to the fact that governments will wait for as long as the Deep State tells them to wait. At this rate they will still be waiting 50 years and there is nothing she can do about it.
Most of her day is spent doing cleanup stuff because computers and our financial system is still affected. Restructuring is going to be important, real pricing must be implemented and analyzing what the implications to companies and countries is important but the implications to the consumer is her real concern. She is looking at the supply chains and estimating when corporations that provide us with x, y or z globally will fail without deep state assistance. The military is broke and not buying a lot of heavy equipment, which will put the Military Industrial Complex out of business when they cannot pay. She is looking at the repercussions to everything.
She talked to the Americans, the South Africans the Iraqis, and some other countries in the Middle East until she was blue in the face. She talked to the Saudis who are still living a fantasy and think they are getting money in the next two weeks. The Saudi Royal family is not the original royal family of that country, they are a Rothschild installed family, as it is in other countries. They have basically made a war zone of the northern half of the African continent back when the Jesuits were still in play and then the Russians came in when China lost face on the continent and made a lot of promises but didn’t deliver either. They will be able to fulfill some trade agreements but it is a mess there. Now there are lot of war lords there beating their drums and people are getting hurt. These people are tied to and can be influenced by a bunch of operatives. Kim said it is all about their safety but now they are just being told to wait. Then they tell them to wait and they just get angrier and angrier and then there are more problems.
Governments and militaries are going broke around the world and no one is buying anything. There is still chatter of them trying to start wars with fake pallets of super notes which always will be cashable tomorrow, which never comes in this story. She wishes she had better news but unfortunately there are things you must let happen and there is nothing she can do. So that is pretty much what is happening around the world.
Kim’s Challenge Due to Humanity’s Inability to Operate Our Section of the Quantum System
The Quantum System is a base platform behind which all things electronic exist on this planet, and other planets. But we are not yet adept enough as a society to operate our section of the quantum system ourselves at this moment. In the future, we will be able to do these things ourselves. It will require education but she will remain until we as a society grows up and eventually learns how to operate a true quantum system.
Our account lives in density 1 in computers and there are 9 sequences that used to have to take place based on its connection in the 3rd density, which is your computer’s back office, which it had to go through until it got to density 1. But there are still remnants which were left here by her predecessor, the last 3 sequences of density 1. So, we made it pretty far, and she is hoping that will be cleared up pretty soon. That is the only thing left it seems.
History of Currency/Money
Keep in mind, currency-money has existed on this planet in many different forms for millennia. Coins with holes in Asia, the Templars also traded in receipts, today we have bonds and derivatives. Different ways of trading were developed and in 1978 we started moving forward into the Digital Age in computers.
Since the inception of not only the financial system, telecommunications and all these things, money has never moved out of the Alpha system directly to a human being, ever.
Let’s just take for example the time when money was created, there was a lot of stuff that took place since then and it was all done by her predecessor. It was not done by the deep state or crooked bankers. Sure, we still have all those people and they are still trying to gather the troops and tell everyone how important they are.
They won’t talk to Kim so she had to find a way to do this without asking a human, or involving governments, but she feels like everything happens at the right time. If all of us were trained on quantum AI she would not be having this problem. Even those of us who are listening now and can possibly learn, we are still a very small part of the population, so she had to find a different way. She wishes she could speed it up but the day will come when we are able to access the system and then we will understand, but for now she is doing the best she can.
She wishes she had some better news, but it is ending rapidly.
What Should We Do Now?
Remain calm. It will be a little longer before we see the major corporations disappear, the ones dependent on government funding.
If you want to travel somewhere, do it now. We do not know how long it will be before you might have to row a canoe to get across the pond. Make sure you have enough food in case they start retaliating in that aspect, it wouldn’t hurt to stock up.
If you have any money in retirement that is in the stock market you might want to consider putting it in a money market or CD for a little while. We don’t know what is going to happen there. They still have the ability to talk and talk moves the market, so if you have an investment, it’s not going to hurt to put it into something safer and weather the storm. Maybe nothing will happen, but if you want her opinion, that is her opinion and it’s not investment advice, it is just if you want to be super safe. For those who receive government pensions she can probably float that out for a little while until she can get Life Essentials out.
Banks
Banks are in a tough spot too because they are cashing checks based on IOUs from the Treasury Department. They owe a lot of IOUs to the banks and that is how they are managing to cover pensions and US postal workers. The banks are considering that a debt from the US Government which is an asset on the bank side even though the liquidity is disappearing everywhere. And this is worldwide. They have been robbing Peter to pay Paul for quite a long time.
Insurance Companies
The insurance companies will probably go broke. Blue Cross Blue shield, all the big names around the world are predominantly paid 50% by the state or province and 50% on a national level. Other countries that have National Health Service, if you work there, consider trying to move into the private sector. Assurance will be out eventually but until then maybe she can develop some kind of stopgap.
Timeframe for Collapse
Kim said this is months and maybe a year or more for corporations to start failing. Markets possibly earlier. It is going to get bumpy. Hang in there. On Monday there will still be no money and then they will give them a new date and which will probably linger until November. The Russians may have a little bit of money but everyone else is broke.
There is not one operative she has talked to that is not frustrated at this point and they are all being lied to, to keep the operatives going. Still dangling carrots that are not real. And unfortunately, you can bump out the current crew but another group steps up saying they are in charge. They just can’t seem to understand. Right now, they are bringing sporks to a gun fight. They are pretty much going off the cliff in single file now.

A word to the wise but none of this sounds like anything to do with the organic natural timeline Lisa Renee talks about. If the creation of money is tied to other realms then it begs the question who controls these quantum computers on the other side? Angels or Demons? Money in the Satanic realms is bound to our “life force energy” so the more money they can extract from us, the more life force energy they drain from us. Kim really does need to go mainstream, where it would be impossible for people not to know her. There are millions of people around the world who would stand by her and end all this delusional madness. It’s like as if no one in a position of power or influence wants to upset those who are asleep and who have abandoned all notions of spirituality who lack AWARENESS and compassion for their fellow man. It also makes it so much more difficult for those who can see the madness to know the truth because we’re expected to take it all in ” Good Faith”, another belief system or kind of religion. Surely that is what Lisa Renee means by Full Disclosure. She did however tell us that the Babylonian Satanic curse on money has been lifted back in February of this year, so who really knows? I just looked out the window now and its a beautiful evening here in Ireland and there are two plans flying over forming a huge X in the sky and we have weather warnings for tomorrow with possible flooding in areas.

I’m learning so much these days. Most helpful to my Ascension process is Marina Jacobi, and I mention her here because Kim Goguen and Marina Jacobi made a video together, I think it was Kim who invited Marina., and she said why: because Marina is teaching the actual quantum structure of multidimensional realities, how to understand what is happening from an individual consciousness perspective. This is how I found Marina Jacobi, through Kim. So thank you, thank you and thank you again to Kim, I appreciate you forever because I’ve been studying with Marina Jacobi ever since. Learning how quantum reality structures work and the place of the human heart is not easy, at least for me–Marina makes a live video every Saturday, she’s in her sixth year now, very rational and scientific, but filled with LOVE. For myself, I find I must re-watch these tapes over and over to really grasp deeply the new bifurcating reality. But it’s so worth the effort, I find myself overjoyed! At last I feel I’m gaining Ascension momentum and I feel so much more grounded in my understanding of the process and how I can choose, moment by moment, to advance my consciousness to the zero-point shift. I’m writing here to you guys because of course I want to share my joy and my hope.
