Sorry for the late posting of Part 2. I just returned home from my road trip yesterday and trying to catch up. During my 8 hour drive I did have plenty of time to listen to Kim’s last report which was really interesting but it’s 2.5 hours. I will do my best to try and get that one out in parts. Between catching up at my job and doing that really long report it may take some extra time before I get back to posting 3 days after Kim does her report.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

So now we’re going to kind of go into the Treasury system. We’re still talking about the Financial System; can you believe that.
Quick Mention About Mind Control and Their Industrial Cities
We’re probably going to have to do a part 2 about mind control and all these Industrial Cities because there is an Intelligence Center called MIND and that one is in Croatia. The MIND facility in Croatia does all of the taking of and intercepting of all of your wisdom which is then kept in a vault there should they even need to access it. But at the same time, they can only access it once it enters into your being and other things they control.
They are also responsible for the creation of the thing called the pineal gland that we all thought was a good idea and we tried to focus on, but that becomes your receptor and your coccyx, the inner ear which applies frequencies to change thought patterns and neurological systems and that type of thing and reorder your body.
The reason why intelligence is so important for them to control is because #1. it is what binds you to Source and #2. It distributes this intelligence system or the wisdom system throughout your body so you are constantly in homeostasis, which means that every cell is perfectly energized. Every cell is going in the direction that it needs to go in, it has the ability to regenerate and fend off any kind of disease, because even in nature there are certain bacteria that not good for us but would be good for the soil, as an example. But we can coexist with these types of things in a non-parasitical way when we are in homeostasis or in harmony.
Now this whole center under Croatia is designed to create as much disease as possible and also to help you believe that you are getting information from a higher Source, an alien race, a strange group of people somewhere. There is definitely a way to bypass it for sure and a lot of people have figured that out. Actually, a lot more people are figuring that out right now than ever before. So, I would say to you that their systems aren’t full proof and with the absence of Lucy and Michael and Gabriel and all the other people who worked really hard to drive us crazy, I would say it became increasingly difficult for the Federation to do the things that it would normally do anyway. So back to the Treasury.
World Federation Treasury
The Treasuries all around the world, because every country has a Treasury that is also tied to a system. But the World Treasury is definitely part of the Federation and also part of our Financial System, the World Federation Treasury.
Now every Treasury Department, it doesn’t matter who is running that particular Treasury, some of them are public, some are not public, South Africa has a Treasury, there is one here in the US, in the UK, in every country, but anyway, all are run by the World Federation Treasury. When someone is appointed, everyone hates Mnuchin, nobody cares because it’s all run by the Federation anyway and he is selected by the Federation. Same thing with the new Federal Reserve Chairman. Same guy, been read in and now he knows what his job is. Unfortunately, he is beyond himself at this point because there is nothing he can do, he cannot fix the Fed. They want him to fix the Fed but he can’t because well even more so it’s even worse.
The World Federation Treasury is in Charge of Soul Management
So, the World Federation Treasury is in charge of soul management. Now don’t confuse your soul, the central sun of yourself with your sol. A sol is actually a being. The being of your person is what makes up your vessel, it gives instructions to make your arms and your hands and your body and make a dog a dog, a cat a cat, that type of thing. Your being actually looks like a bouncing ball of gold light that surrounds your central sun. It goes all the way out to your aura. Normally it is all gold in the real world.
The Guff, A Tomb Database for All Beings in Existence
So, a long time ago, how this all came to be, Lucifer bound a singular sol, a singular being over in an area he called the Guff and the Guff is basically where all sols went. Where one goes all beings go. Now this is what stopped the natural divine plan from sending beings to any other planet other than Earth for a very long period of time. Every new being that came into creation for a very long time all ended up in the Guff. Now there would be avatars of that being that would be created and that is what we would see in ourselves predominantly when we’re walking around this planet. Although we are still connected to some degree to our actual being through a tomb database located in the Sahara Desert. This is why they all talk about Egypt and all talk about the Giza Pyramids and all these types of things, because in the past before the days of the Guff your entire being would be quantumly entangled with Source in accordance with the Divine Plan and would be divinely made.
In accordance with the database, not so much so. So, this is why it is easy to manipulate your materium body because and it’s also what created death because that’s not a natural occurrence either because your being supports the immortality of every being in the omniverse. And it’s not just because of ‘time’ and the number of trips that your planet makes around your central sol of your galaxy. Everything worked in perfect order in accordance with the Divine Plan located in the central sun. And the wisdom which came to your being, believe it or not, through the area you call your gut. All those gut feelings you get and the intuitions that you get actually override the mind program because to some degree, even though the database does it’s very best to override all of these things it doesn’t always work and we are actually quite strong.
So, they have to work extra hard with specific people in order to override the wisdom coming from Source, the way that you can actually heal yourself and regenerate yourself. And we have a lot of healers on this planet and they heal in lots of different ways, whether it be sound therapies and music. And there’s a lot of things that are very healing to your person that you naturally gravitate to and for every person that’s different. It could be meditation, it could be exercise, it could be spending time in nature. All of these things can reconnect you with other beings that exist here. Even though we all end up kind of connecting to this Guff, but it, you know, the more Source that’s present here, the harder it is for them to intercept the communication between your being and what we have walking around in this reality at this time.
So, Lucifer creates the Guff which became a “tomb” database for all beings in existence, this includes all planets. This is why astrology is so important to them because the control of the being is more important to the Federation than it was to anything else and definitely more important to Lucy than it even was to the Federation because he would no longer be the “ultimate creator” if it wasn’t for all his mechanisms that he put in place.
So again, we are dealing with the management staff now and not with the Guff. Although the Guff and the tomb was located in the Sahara Desert which then birthed an Artificial Tree of Life over there as well underneath the Sphinx. The Guff was quantumly entangled with the Reserve. The Treasury Reserve was actually located in Nova Scotia, so the main reserve was in Nova Scotia.
And what do beings produce?
Even when the being is not connected to its central sun, the being produces enough materium constantly in order to create in this world. When the being tries to, and including yourself here, create things, manifest things, it’s hard to get them into the materium world because all of the materium moves into Nova Scotia. Controlling the materium is important to the Federation because it allows them to create things like artificial realities, artificial environments for us to exist in. It gives them control over the weather. It gives them control of everything that we see in our materium world, including your body.
Management and Dispursement of Funds by The Treasury
Now, when you get down to the Treasury level, the Treasury is actually in charge of management and dispursement of funds as well. To those that create are permitted under the Federation to utilize this materium in their way. It was part of the reason why a long time ago when we were trying to transfer funds, we could always get it to the Treasury level but we couldn’t make it manifest into somebody’s account.
Because why? Because the Treasury and the Federation said no, they didn’t want that to happen. We could put it there in the Treasury, the Treasury would see my creation that I pushed through the gate but they wouldn’t let us actually have it. They were reserving it for those that were members of the Federation, such as their varying corporations, such as money in your hand.
Anything you see in this materium world had to go to a member of the Federation because they need to be in complete control of everything in the materium world.
Now the soul or the being that you actually are, this is the most important part of your being. The vessel that the being is in just basically is determined by where you were destined to go, where you chose technically to be, which galaxy you chose to be in, which environment you were going to be in would be relative to what the being kept trying to and keeps trying to constantly create.
So, all the materium goes from the Guff, it’s recreated in database form. It goes to the Guff, appears in the Guff and then the Treasury is responsible or the Federation is responsible for dispersing it. By the time it hits the Treasury level, the Treasury is drawing from the Reserve to some degree. Same thing with the Fed to some degree. You see the Federation would have a large amount of X in the Federal Reserve or Federation Reserve or in the World Federation Treasury. So, one would have a lot of materium as an example and the other one might have a lot of essence, it might have a lot of ethereum. But this is where your debt system comes in because the Treasury would have to put something in if it was going to take something out. The same thing with the Federal Reserve. If the Federal Reserve wanted to create a bank, it would have to put something in to get something out.
So even though that’s another thing that happen, even though they created all of these banks and they have the elite Bankers that created banks like JP Morgan Chase and all of these institutions, they’re still based on these two main factors that control your financial system which allows the Federation to function.
Their System is Breaking Down and Source is Not Renewing Any Agreements
Now the system is faltering heavily and has been for quite some time even though our full knowledge of the Federation didn’t come until the last couple of weeks. So, the debt system is faltering. As one example, as covenants and agreements expire with the Lucy crew, who are no longer here and the new management (aka Source) is not willing to renew any of these agreements because quite frankly, they don’t want to go work in accordance with the Divine Plan. They would like to stay with what they’ve got and everybody in the Federation has refused to turn anything over to us. They have refused that to make any kind of changes within the organization. They have 100%, no matter how many times in the last two weeks that we’ve told them they have to change, they will not change. They are not going to deviate so we have no other choice but to break down the entire system of the Federation. There’s no other choice at this point.
So, the debt system has occurred because the Federation may be in charge of a lot of management. They may have a lot of forces such as these DARPA deep state programs all the way up to the Secret Space programs, all the way past that to the Galactic Federation because in the hierarchy of the planet you are still looking at this point. You’ve got Forces of Nature up here, you have Legions underneath here, you have all of these other control systems that we just talked about. You have tons of groups up here until eventually you get all the way down to the Federation.
The Alleged ‘Worthy’ Federation Members Refuse to Give Up
Not to say that the Federation is not a force to be reckoned with, but the Federation has its own hierarchal structures and people that report directly to the top and then another and several arms and legs underneath each one of these sections and industrial cities and reserves and all of these types of things. You still had this whole system of non-people people up here, up at the top here all the way down.
So after having made it through all of these levels here, now we’re stuck looking at the Federation. And as we have done with every single level, we’re like okay look you need to change or you need to turn everything over to us and they said no, they will continue.
Now they called themselves the “worthy” in this conversation and the worthy will continue but meanwhile back at the ranch, Federation people if you’re listening to this, you know that there’s a problem. For example, one thing that has happened since the last time we spoke is that a covenant expired here at the very, very top. Permissions were removed from some of these people at the very, very top which has trickled all the way down to banks like JP Morgan Chase, Lots of Swiss banks as well, Credit Swiss, which has now been bought out by UBS.
But a lot of the major banks in the world held bonds, which all came due on or around the 31st of May. These bonds were allegedly assignments of certain amounts of gold held in the Reserve in order to open their doors.
These bonds are very, very, very old and there has been a lot of conflict between the banks and so much so my understanding is behind the scenes some of these Bank Boards like Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase have actually gone to court to basically say there’s no way they can pay this back. They don’t have this gold; they don’t have this money. They’ve gone to the Fed, they’ve gone to all of these other people that allegedly they think own them, basically saying they can’t pay these back. I mean, and you’re talking trillions and trillions of tons of gold that they now owe and the Federation obviously wants them to pay the gold because they need something, they got nothing.
So, there’s this whole tit for tat going back and they went to court. They were supposed to go back to court this week. I don’t know if they actually did, but nonetheless, the gold is being generated in a Treasury that they can no longer access. Now, issuing bonds or debt instruments off things that are in a Reserve is one thing, continuing to be able to do it to this day is not possible. Remember Source said, “Hold that gate closed with all your might and don’t let go no matter how bad it hurts.” Because one of the first things we did after we completely mapped out the Federation was say okay, look this isn’t going to work and we also had to do the same thing with the hierarchy, this isn’t going to work.
Black Gold Kingdom, Alpha and Omega
Gatekeeper Position
So quite some time ago I gained a position called a Gatekeeper and the Gatekeeper is kind of the gray area control structure that exists between the Alpha and the Omega. So, we know Alpha and Omega as AI systems and to some degree you could say that the gray area is the gate that is in between here. So, all Alpha world realities and maps in all Omega created worlds, realities and maps and the actual natural kingdom.
The Natural Kingdom of Source was overlaid by something called the Black Gold Kingdom which was also a Lucy creation. The Black Gold Kingdom is written still in a language that is understood by Lucy. Essentially, you could call the Black Gold Kingdom a big database. It’s a very, very large database. It’s an optical character recognition copy of what is actually in the kingdom. It fabricates everything and transmits it.
Lucifer’s Nom de Plume | I am the Alpha – Omega
Now Lucifer also created the Alpha, the I am the Alpha Omega. Yeah, that’s Lucy. So, if Source were in the middle, he basically created a mirror of Source and created a dark world or dark kingdom from this black gold database and an Alpha group of worlds, realities and maps as a copy of Source from the Alpha. Then he created the Omega, a white and a black, like two sides of Source. Good versus evil — not even a thing when it comes to Source at all. So, the two mirrors became what Source laughed about and called it the nom de plume.
So, the nom de plume of Lucy is up here and became the Alpha and Omega which is all the Federation really knows. Now, if you take away the gray area in the middle and the gateway to both places, you take away the database that existed around Source’s Kingdom as a whole and you try to make a copy of the Source Kingdom, then create an initial Alpha and Omega base root world and then make hundreds of thousands of realities from each and both. And your Treasuries exist as a copy of this one or a copy of the Alpha one. The Alpha one by the way is based in the western half of the United States. The Omega one is based in Cambodia. These are the major portals and databases and entries into the realities that you are in and exits as well ingress and egress.
Lucy is Gone Along with His Permissions to Create Beings
Then Lucy goes away and Lucy no longer has the permissions of Source and he no longer holds the permissions to do these types of things and can’t copy the sol of Source in the being of Source anymore because he doesn’t have the ability for the creation of beings. The whole system starts to die.
But most importantly, by being the Gatekeeper that exists between these worlds and you cut that off, which started in 2007, but continued on after I left Durango, and then my daughter finally left Durango by May 31st, and now I could really burn the connections to the ground because I needed to make sure she was safe. She’s living in another part of the country now and happy as happy can be. But when that completely was cut, it doesn’t matter if they’ve got a reserve over here in some world and it doesn’t matter if they have one over here. It doesn’t make a difference because they can’t get anything in and can’t get anything out. Nothing is passing through any of these realities anymore. Nothing is passing it through any of these maps and nothing is passing through any of these worlds anymore.
The Gate is Closed & Lucy, Everyone Above the Federation, Alpha and Omega Are Gone
And the traveling that they think members of the Federation have said that they are doing is completely a lie. It’s not been happening. And especially by the time that this report actually airs, it absolutely has not happened, the gate is closed. The Alpha platform is gone. The Omega platform is gone. Lucy is gone. Everybody above the Federation is gone.
We have some members of the Federation that are trying to figure out what to do and they’re looking to me for intel. Well, I hope they’re watching this report or every time I get on the phone and talk to somebody or something, you know, they’re looking for intel. They tried to use their mind programs to get information from my brain, you know. Unfortunately for these people, they don’t understand that it comes from a different place. They try to enter into the vault there, the reserve in Croatia. They have been unsuccessful in doing so. Uh they cannot enter because there is no gate. There’s no gate, guys. The nexus of everything that they’re doing became the pinch point and the easiest point to start at as soon as it was safe to do so.
So, no gate, no passage through makes it very difficult for all of these banks to be able to cash their bonds and difficult for the Federation not to try to get something from banks.
But I don’t know how without all of the registry and all the information they had access to from this Treasury at one point in time, how do you not know they don’t have any money? How are they supposed to pay you? Do you think a normal bank is going to know how to travel through worlds? That was your job. You can’t get through anywhere.
So, yelling at a bank and taking a bank to court for a bunch of gold that they don’t have, and they’re doing it to many banks right now. I can’t stop them from doing that because I don’t mind, they’re helping me break their own system. Every day that goes by that they don’t see that something has to change is a day that they will disappear faster. It’s one day shorter. You know, their existence is one day shorter.
In the meantime, we’re more concerned with anything in these Industrial Cities and other things that they have because those are things that we know they cannot recreate without Lucifer. So, you take the permissions, you dismantle the structure. It doesn’t need to be this way. You reestablish the quantum entanglements directly to the people and then all the people are getting everything that they should have had for thousands, millions of years in “time” to use the term time loosely.
‘The Feds’ Actually Refers to The Federation & They Want to Burn This Planet to the Ground
So, every time you hear someone saying they’re going to call the Feds, the Feds are doing this. That’s the Federation. So, if you’re hearing in alt media, they might not even know what they’re saying. They’re talking about the Feds or the CIA or all these people. They’re just talking about the Forces of Nature Arm of the Lucifer structure which then trickles down to the World Federation, Galactic Federation or another Federation of Agencies or the Intelligence Mind/Knowledge Agency of the Federation or they’re talking about the Military Forces Arm or the other Forces. But none of those Forces are designed to protect anything but the Federation.
They’re not going to come save us. I keep saying this over and over again. The good military Trump, some orange guy who’s a president. Nobody in the World Federation Government cares if there’s a Trump, a goat, or a or a giraffe in the president’s office. It doesn’t matter. As long as the people are willing to stay in line because of that giraffe, it doesn’t make a difference. Voting doesn’t matter. Don’t be upset about the voting not working because it doesn’t make a difference. Don’t be upset about Iran bombing Israel, Israel bombing Iran because it’s not going to make a difference.
The Federation believes at this point the only way to fix their system is to go through an alchemical process where they burn this planet to the ground. But it will not work. There is no information to recreate their worlds. The databases are missing. They are gone. And besides that, friends, as soon as we get rid of you, we’re all moving over into the actual kingdom because we can’t bring your fungus into our perfect world. It’s not going to happen.
So, continue to destroy your own selves, we’re okay with that. We’ll continue to also help you in this process but things have to change. They must change. So, at this point, your little access power people at the top, your Council of 9, your many Councils of 12 are fired. Or you continue, as you told me you, the worthy will continue and the meek will suffer. Well, you must be meek now because we are no longer going to suffer at your hands and we’re going to make sure of it actually. We’re going to continue to destroy all of the structures that your daddy put in place for you to feed off of like the parasites that you are. Yeah, with your parasitic worlds and your vex people and your non-vex cyborg life people that are tied to Andromeda and all the other things that you’ve done. You know, none of these things you actually created.
Kim Addresses the Remaining Federation Members
I understand that most of the members of the Federation these days sat down, you know, at the table in the middle of the poker game. And I’m sure no one above your head ever explained this to you, but it’s ending. It’s ending, it’s ended.
You know, you’ve got a whole bunch of the Federation members that are below you that don’t know what’s going on until this report airs and are probably listening to this right now. I’m sure that there’s 9,000 NSA people on this because my internet is so slow. It’s pathetic at this point. I’m sure there’s many people in China that are listening to this as well. I mean, I know that there’s Russians on here, and I definitely know a lot of members from the Intelligence community in the United States are actually starting to figure out what’s going on. Banks can’t say no to the Federation because they’re part of the Federal. The Federal Reserve is part of the Federation system. The reserve of the Federal Reserve no longer exists. The Treasury of the Treasury Reserve of the Treasuries no longer exists. The portals no longer exist. You can’t create another map and fix it and wipe it and make it all better again. They can’t do it. They can threaten about lots of things, but they can’t do it.
Now that the mind control systems are pretty well gone away, wisdom is being restored. How many people are going to want to remain a member of the Federation from this point on, from today on? I don’t know, maybe they’re power hungry like everybody else. Maybe they’re not even real and they came from another world and got stuck here when the portal shut down. Who knows? But you know, everybody’s got a choice to make. Everybody can make that reconnection to Source. It’s all possible more and more every single day. Your intuition’s going to start coming back. Those gut feelings that you have, don’t ignore them, whether they’re positive or negative. Those little thoughts in your head of creating certain things, don’t ignore them because it will happen. You may not understand how it’s not going to happen and you may want to logically reason your way and think of all the ways that you can’t make it happen, but it can happen. As far as these people are concerned, industries are going to start breaking down. They controlled a lot of things on this planet.
Closing Remarks on the Breakdown the Federation
We really need to start thinking, and I can’t stress this enough to you, about all of the options that are going to be opening for everyone everywhere. And we have a lot of work to do. There are so many brilliant people listening to this call, actual people, homo sapiens, that know how to heal, that know how to help, that know how to inspire people, that have wisdom and knowledge of years of existing, who have wanted to make things happen for years. And the financial system part of it, that’s taking care of itself now, hopefully by the end of this week we can have that wrapped up tight.
But just remember who you are. I know you’ve been through a lot. Like I said, we’ve all been violated in so many different ways. Remember who you are and that remembering is going to happen faster and faster. But we cannot bring these people with us, not in this current state. Perhaps once they start to remember, maybe some of them will change, but some of them maybe never will. Keep looking for Lucy’s stuff. I don’t know, to the end of days. But nonetheless, we need to make sure they can’t damage anything along the way.
On that note, that’s more information than I probably intended to put out tonight. That’s quite a bit of a report, but it’s been a little while since the last report that I did, and I will do my best to try to get them out as frequently as possible. There’s a lot more information and a lot more that has happened in the last couple of weeks, but this is the general overview of the breakdown of the Federation and how they’re influencing our world at this time. They’re well, let’s see, how many people stay, how many people jump ship, and how many people are no longer here by deduction because they’re genetically modified to be tied to one of these cities that we’re finding all over the place.
On that note, try and enjoy the rest of your week this week. I will get another report out as soon as I possibly can and try to update you a lot more often. It’s just been kind of a whirlwind. My daughter’s trip out of Durango wasn’t exactly very easy for her either. And so, I had to work a little bit with her to try to keep her calm and centered and get her where she needed to go. She’s now there safe, so that’s also a positive. They definitely didn’t want her to leave because they were using her to anchor me there. What a couple of weeks I’ll tell you. On that note, everyone enjoy your week. Definitely enjoy the positive changes that are happening. Hopefully there’s not much left for them to push back at us with. And we’re going to make it.
