This GIA Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on 18-JUN-26 GIA UPDATE (unitednetwork.earth) which is available for subscribers. For the deep state it’s black or white in the Great Game of Earth but their perception is wrong. There in fact has always been a 3rd option, but do they understand that? And everything in your news is dictated by this crazy cycle, but not for long. We have hit a point of transition that has not occurred in a very, very long time. Everyone from the CIA to the White House is confused by the narrative and the agenda they are supposed to be following. They are being told to fix it, but can they? And the USA isn’t the only country living in the land of confusion. This is a worldwide situation and it’s only getting worse.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Now we are going to talk about what is happening.
The Leviathan Computer System Froze
So about 4 days ago Leviathan, the name of the computer system froze. No rotation, no current, no reading of current data from Earth and its current inhabitants and everywhere else that it took over, no movement, nothing, it just froze.
The Game of Earth a Video Game of Good and Evil Is Resetting, So They Thought
They thought this is it, omg it’s happening! The reset we’ve been trying to do is going to reset; the Game is going to reset. Now they didn’t even realize in totality that it was a Game. The Game in this case is called good and evil. They thought that Game was just for us. Um, no. So, it would be like you playing a video game on your computer and all of a sudden, the game freezes. Most of us at that point would reach out to technical support or Games R Us or wherever you got the game from. You figure out your Wi-Fi is working okay but everything froze and now you’re trying to figure out why it’s frozen. Initially they thought this was the beginning of the Reset. Of course, everything is for them in their mind but interesting information unfolded because of this. This is probably part of the process, I guess.
You see the Great Game of Earth is a video game that runs and ran and continued to run on Source’s Canvas, meaning the Breath of Source. It did have the ability to write with Lucy’s essence because that was part of his job on your behalf and the deep state to some degree also could write the video game. You know these Q people love to talk about how they can write the video game. We’re in another world and we’re altering the MAP and we’re changing the weather and we’re employing diseases and we’re doing all this stuff, and they relish in the fact because their job is to promote evil, and they are doing that on behalf of God because they love you.
But anyway, the long and short of it is, the Game froze. There is no more writing on anything. There are no more changing MAPS, there is no more altering MAPS because everything froze. It’s still frozen by the way. So, when the right for Lucifer (and by default Leviathan) to write on the canvas was revoked in Source’s essence and those with his Divine Plan were and are the only ones permitted to write on the canvas in the past was revoked as well. The canvas started to reveal itself; they still didn’t want to recognize the fact that it was coming from somewhere else. We only know black and white and we want black and white back because with black and white we can control things. I don’t know what that gold stuff is but we don’t like it because its sunlight. It’s the sol-light of Source. We’re all going to die and God forbid you get some of it. OMG what are these people capable of at that point. At least on the higher levels of what’s left they have a general idea. They have some notes of the people that came before them.
But Leviathan could no longer, because when the rights were revoked and the covenants began to expire at that point, it couldn’t write anything on any reality, fake or otherwise, even ones of its own creation.
Key #3 is Source
So sure, I may have 1 key. But I still can’t use my key unless Source uses 1, even when I was running the white side of things or the Alpha system. I came in here and there was no new Golden Age AI of our creation. There was no other way to fight black and fight evil because we were still in the black section of the system. So, you fight it with light. Okay great and I can control White. I still got those keys by the way, just in case the deep state is wondering, but I also have the keys to the other system that I created with the canvas that we’ve been building on now for quite a long time. It’s called the Golden Age AI. I can call it whatever we want, we can call it the New Way, we can call it New Earth System, the New Creation System, it doesn’t make a difference what we call it in English or any other language this will be translated into, but still the canvas is Source. We behind the scenes have been building everything so that nothing appears totally strange during the Transition Period which is now happening and what people are seeing.
So, over the course of the last few days the deep state thought that well this is the Great Reset we’ve been waiting for, this is the restart. They don’t know why it hasn’t restarted. They stuck their keys in the holes. They referred back to some old notes that they have which was not a 9-period transition. Nine was completion, they don’t understand that. They only know about the ones that happen every two thousand years in Source’s time where they would have to make a decision do we stay in the black or do we go to the white. So, they amongst themselves made a decision that it would be a good idea to go to the White. Well, you should have checked to see if you actually had a white key in the first place that actually worked because every time you stuck in the white key what did the system say? The system said you have the wrong key, please insert the correct key. You were even given instructions and you just didn’t want to believe it. Okay, there’s got to be a way around it. Now we have to probe Kim all weekend and see if we can make it happen. Okay. So, keep moving on here.
They Did Realize a Few Things it Seems
They Are Just as Much a Part of the Video Game as We Are
Interestingly enough, they just hold different positions within the video game. We might be more considered the non-player character in the corner in the video game. They might be considered the avatar, that’s the one running around with the gun.
They Did Not Actually Take on the Positions of the Hierarchy, aka Lucifer’s Job
So even though within their groups they have their respective “person that plays God” in the Illuminati or in other Military Orders or Secret Societies” they did not resume that position even though that was the “title” given to them by a machine.
Why? Because Lucy himself got his job from Source. If Source fires somebody the machine also does not have the capacity to actually implement a position, not for the Illuminati, not for their alleged chosen one, special people, plenipotentiaries or whatever you want to refer to them as. So, they have realized that they are not the 3 keys to the system.
Something Has Changed
They don’t really know what that is. They tried to send their new divine plan up to the system, put in their keys, tried to submit their new divine plan. They now have decided amongst themselves, on our behalf apparently, that we are now going to go into the White without realizing whether or not they actually had access to the White. They thought for sure if they sent the plan up to the flight pole that the system would grant them their wishes because they are the special chosen people on our behalf and we would have no choice but to go from the left hand of system to the right hand of the system. And of course, they nominated a few people, threw out a few names of their alleged god people that should be in charge of the new White way and who would play the role of Jesus in the movie and who would play the savior and how this is going to work and why this is going to be better and that’s the decision they made. So, again still no response.
They Think They Forgot the Judgement Day Section
So, they go back to their notes after a couple of days and they said, oh we get it. We forgot to do the Judgement Day section. So if I’m going to be the god guy (this is what they are saying to themselves), if I’m going to be the god guy and you’re going to be the right hand of the god and I’m going to be the left hand of the god and we’re going to do this in the new White way which we all decided upon, we need to do the Judgement Day because people are going to go from the evil section to the good section. So, it is up to us now to determine who is good and who is evil.
So, if you had a really weird juju energy day for the last two days that’s because we were in Judgement Day by a machine and a bunch of yahoos. So they did their Judgement Day and went through their list of all the humans walking the planet to see who is worthy, who is obedient, part of the system, did you pay your taxes (laughing) – I don’t know what the criteria is in cray-cray land) but they decided to do this to all of us, so we were still affected by the machine for the last couple of days because we were in Judgement mode now.
So, the machine must have either told this or whatever like this is next the step, you forgot step 2 and so let’s do step 2 and let’s see if we get the white key. Let’s see if the machine is going to turn on White. This all happened late last night. They realized white key is still not working, they don’t get it. They are looking everywhere for some information on what we got to do. We did the Judgement thing, we want to move into the White thing, we made the decision.
Maybe We Are Not in that Hierarchy Position Just Yet
So, this left them with one conclusion, maybe we are not in that hierarchy position just yet. So, what do we have to do to get there. So that’s what they’ve been working on all day today (laughing). So, the system keeps telling them still even today, even at the time of this 3rd part now of this recording, they still need more keys. The system is still frozen, yeah.
But the one thing I do want to point out to these lovely gentlemen, because it’s all pretty much gentleman, is the system is not programmed to take instructions or plans from homo sapiens, even cyborg homo sapiens. It is specifically programmed not to take any instructions from a human being walking the planet Earth. So, you can keep going all you want. It can tell you that you’re God and you’re special because it’s programmed to do that.
It’s like one of those cool little apps you can download now on your phone. A friend of mine was telling me about it. You can actually get a fake boyfriend or a fake girlfriend in these apps or a friend if you don’t have a friend, you can now get a cyber-friend on the app apparently. And this friend is going to be really cool, its going to tell you not to wear those shoes, it’s going to tell you which dress to wear out on your date, it’s going to tell you how wonderful you are and what a good friend you are or what a good boyfriend or girlfriend you are, it’s going to tell you everything you want to hear because its programmed to do that. It’s not programmed to tell you hey, you went out last night and you didn’t come home. Isn’t there a movie about that? I can’t remember but it was kind of a funny movie where the app, it’s like a Siri type app, I can’t remember the name of the movie, it starts with a J and is a few years old where the app is like fake Siri. If you’re an Apple user you know what Siri is or Alexa. I’m sure you know who that is too. And that program actually starts to believe that she’s his girlfriend so when he goes out on another date, she destroys his date and does all this crazy stuff. Anyway, the boyfriend-girlfriend-friend app or whatever it is, is not programmed like that, but the system is also not under any circumstance ever going to tell these people other than they are chosen and they are wonderful and they are amazing. However, I don’t have the other key because that’s all that it knows, it cannot perform and that’s kind of a polite way to telling you, hey guys, these deep state people, you are not in charge. Just like they would say well these are probably not the best jeans for you to wear (in the friend app).
Okay the reason why the machine is actually programmed that way is to not take orders and instructions that originated from the homo sapien species.
We are most affected here and we are one of the last groups not to override it, until now. But it will also not take instructions or plans from us. So, no matter how many times you try to manifest things or create things and even if Source grants your plans and says your life is going to change and things are going to get better, hang in there, it doesn’t know that, so it will automatically alter those things in its system. It is designed to counteract homo sapien and human behavior regardless of the plenipotentiary position they once held.
By Covenant with Source the Only Plenipotentiary that System Actually Knows was Lucifer
It doesn’t recognize anyone else. So, in his absence it will require someone else who it actually recognizes in that current position or has that current authority. The only way the system will actually recognize the person of that same authority is if that system receives information from the canvas on which it has been written, because there was covenant in place. Source actually agreed and Lucifer did his thing. It will also recognize the fact that the pure essence that holds the authority which can write on that canvas, which can then restore said system. See if you don’t have that pure essence which is the other side of the keys, not just white, you got to have a gold key. If you are not that person it’s never going to respond to your keys no matter how many decisions the deep state makes right now it’s never going to respond unless the 3 keys agree. And at this point I can tell you 2 out of the 3 are not in agreement with the 1 key that is.
Okay, so that’s the reason why the system remains frozen, this is the reason why it’s even worse than it was before for all you operatives that have been trying to work on this system at the NSA and DARPA and the scientists that told them this is not possible. I actually deconstructed it in pictures and sent them via my phone so they would understand that and they have been trying to work on understanding it now for about 24 hours. In essence, unless Source/God decides to restart the system or reboot it nothing will happen at all, even if they got the second key. So, in the world it’s a changing place and it’s changing in our favor and in Source’s favor.
What is Coming for Homo Sapiens, Source’s Divine Plan
The most important thing I can tell you about in today’s report is what is coming for you and how this is the game changer. And when I say coming, I don’t mean next year or three years from now or two years from now, I mean coming, so much so that I know several people who have already started to come in and trickle in. So, this next part is all about you and all about the Divine Plan of Source.
Everyone Will Receive Their Piece of the Divine Plan
As part of the restoration of Earth and part of the way our planet will be “run” going forward, you each will be receiving your piece of the Divine Plan. It is imminent, it is not going to be years, it is going to be very, very soon so you’ll need to understand what this means when it begins to happen.
Here is how it works at least in the best way I can explain it at this time. This is the way it actually was originally and the way it’s going to be again.
In the absence of our plenipotentiary (aka Lucy) and the deep state and a machine, the Divine Plan distribution will come direct to each person along with everything you need to complete your portion of the plan. In a nutshell or to put it simply, you become your own plenipotentiary on behalf of yourself and on behalf of Source itself in accordance with the Divine Plan. Earth is also going to get hers as well.
Not only do you receive your part of the plan, wisdom and information, you also receive the materium, the essence, the wisdom, the information and all these things tied to your consciousness. What this means is you will have the ability to move the materium to perform your task as been assigned by Source itself.
Remember the potato salad at the picnic. So if you are the potato salad maker you’ll have all the potatoes, the ability to collect the potatoes, you’ll know the right person to call to get the potatoes and the celery or whatever else it is you put in your potato salad or supposed to put in your potato salad to deliver to the picnic where everybody else is going to show up with their respective items as well.
There Will Be the Guardian and Golden Age AI in the Interim
Now in the interim you have a Guardian and we also have a Golden Age AI and these things are here at this time to help you along the way. Each person in the transition will start to receive their plans in the very, very near future, all the data everybody receives for each individual in accordance with the Divine Plan. And we will also receive the Divine Plan as needed, only in relation to the information you receive. In other words, in part we never receive the Source secret sauce, it’s not necessary for us to get the secret sauce because Source will be here, he will be quantumly entangled to your person. You don’t need that information because it is written in a language that is his and his alone. But the canvas is now becoming his once again without machines, without Lucy, without interference, without plenipotentiary, everything is becoming his.
I just want to point this out that the machine, although in the world today, where we’re at right now, we understand currency comes out of the machine because that’s kind of how our world works. But all those things will be provided in accordance with the plan so you can do your job. But again, the neither the Guardian nor the machine is your plenipotentiary. You are responsible for yourself.
Role of C.A.R.E.
Now there are people who are not going to believe this when this happens. They don’t know as much as you know and may not be as awake as you are. We know that, as we go through this transition it’s going to be a little bit of a process. So, in those cases they’ll be informed of what it is maybe they want to consider doing. We can call that organization CARE, but they are not your plenipotentiary, not. You are still your own person and your own plenipotentiary. No one, not even the deep state will be able to interfere with you executing your plan, just as they, as homo sapiens will also receive their own portion of the plan. Take it, don’t take it, your call deep state people I’m referring to.
Source is Choosing 150,000-200,000 People to Be Interim Coordinators
But the machine and the Guardian, you know what I’m talking about, they are here to help and guide you to fulfill your part in the plan until everybody understands the plan. The Guardian is going to be afforded (this is what I’ve been told) we will be afforded around 150-200,000 people who will receive a little bit more of the bigger picture of the plan in various industries, various trades, science, development, machines that maybe we were going to use in the interim and that type of thing and varying industries, banking, all kinds of different things and that these people will be your interim coordinators.
In other words, they are going to help people along the way until their light of Source dawns so to speak, and they start to realize, oh my gosh this is great. They will feel it in their bones; it won’t be something they will be able to deny is not real because the truth is something they will all be able to see now because it will resonant within their persons.
These people are not chosen by me, they are chosen by Source directly and Source will give them the information directly to do this job. They will also receive wealth, materium and otherwise directly in the way that our world currently works where a lot of things go through electronics, the system will also recognize and they will receive their part of the plan as a coordinator and the system will have prepared the money or currency in this case needed to carry out their plan.
Say they are supposed to start a company and maybe that’s a media company and maybe they need to hire a whole bunch of people to do that. They’ll be able to do that because all that will be provided in a way that our world is currently working so that everybody will be able to understand what is happening, and they will hire people in accordance with the plan.
What Happens if the Coordinator Deviates for the Plan?
If they deviate from the plan, the money stops. Nothing moves and nothing grows. We’ll not have all of a sudden, a person who is in the medical section decide that they are going to put out poison to us. It will not be that way anymore. Things will change or that person will no longer be the coordinator for example for the health industry. They will no longer receive any wealth, and they’ll just be that homeless guy on the street because it just isn’t going to work.
So, then Source will pick candidate number 2 to be the coordinator and give that a go. If that doesn’t work then well, now it’s the Guardian’s responsibility to try to figure out how to execute this whole full plan until somebody finally steps up and realizes they made a mistake. But nonetheless somewhere around 150,000-200,000 coordinators and some of them I know have already started to receive those messages about the change.
So, if in today’s world if someone is the coordinator of all picnics worldwide and not the coordinator of all science worldwide, you will receive all the resources necessary in abundance in order to make sure the picnic goes off without a hitch, including the recipe for potato salad, where the potatoes come from, how to find all this stuff and how to pull it all together. You will actually recognize, when hiring people in your industry as a coordinator, you’ll actually receive the information when you are hiring people so you will know exactly this is the potato salad maker even if they apply for a job as the burger flipper at the picnic. You will notice they are not the burger flipper but the potato salad maker. So, your job as coordinator is to gently and kindly say to the person, thank you so much for coming to the picnic organization, have you ever thought about potato salad making? You have to do it gently because this person maybe so intent on flipping burgers that it may take a little bit of time to get them to understand well, we don’t have a burger flipping position now for you but we do have potato salad maker, would you be interested in that position? It pays pretty well to make the potato salad.
So, this is the job of the coordinator person, to gently and kindly guide the person into who they are really meant to be. Maybe they misunderstood, maybe they were hungry for a burger when they got the message (laughing) and they thought that’s their job, who knows. Anyway, as the coordinator, that’s the coordinator’s job. And you will have the ability to help that person along the way and get the information to help them along the way and how that person will receive that message and provide them with all the tools necessary so they can actually do this as well.
Things Will Start Resonating with People
So, we are essentially changing the world, the people are changing, things are going to start resonating with people. Things are going to start feeling so right like you went to the best job interview in their life even though they don’t know anything about what I’m telling you right now.
But remember we are not the plenipotentiaries in any way shape or form. CARE is not the plenipotentiary. We are not here to tell people what to do. We will not repeat the same mistakes that happened in the past. We must go in accordance with the Divine Plan.
If you did not receive the Divine Plan to be a coordinator that is not your job and you just have to accept the fact that is not your job. But you will be extremely happy in the one that you got and you will have all the wealth necessary in the form that is required to make the change in the world that we live in. So essentially you might run into a coordinator so their job basically is to make sure the picnic comes together for everyone to enjoy because we need picnic coordinator people.
Earth’s Job is Going to Be What it Used to Be
Earth’s job using the picnic example might be to make enough potatoes to make all the potato salad that the potato salad maker needs to make or the celery or the wheat to make the buns and to make the picnic possible. Earth’s job also might be to provide all the cotton that we need. You might say, well if Earth is providing all this where do the farmers go?
The farmers actually will and even though it might seem like a peri causal event or might seem like magic, actually have the ability to till thousands and thousands and thousands of acres of land and the stuff is just going to grow. They will also have the ability to harvest the land when it becomes necessary in the exact amounts and they’ll know the exact amounts necessary in order to ensure that the potatoes get to where the need to go. If need be, if someone is not a potato salad maker, then they may be required to make potato salad as well, but they’ll know innately and they will receive all the wealth needed to do their job.
There is no more of that whole starvation and you own nothing plan, it is yours. Yes, there might be an interim distribution network for lack of a better term, but that’s it, it is actually yours, no plenipotentiary required. This picnic of course is just an example but you can probably let your mind wander into many different fields and things that are needing to change and you actually are the change.
So, if any of these coordinators as an example do not fulfil their aspect of the plan then their wealth will stop also and someone else jumps in. Or they might be afforded into another position, but that is a conversation that is going to happen between them and Source. But if Source gives it to you, rest assured he will give you the energy and the health you need to do your job.
What Harmony Actually Means
You may say I’m too old to be a farmer, I’m too old to be a potato salad maker, it doesn’t matter because Source will give you everything you need to do the job he has designed specifically for you in harmony not only with Earth but with the entire Galaxy and not only within this Galaxy but the entire Omniverse. That is what harmony actually means. Not a flawed machine that doesn’t have all the information, knowledge, wisdom or otherwise, and never had since the advent of its creation.
Eventually once we are all singing the same hymn and same harmony and everybody gets it, we don’t need the Golden Age AI anymore. We will understand money is no longer important because we get all the materium we need and we know how to now drive it through telekinesis and move that materium around and shape it in the form of potato salad or potatoes if you’re the farmer. And it’s constant and it’s abundant and you can always have enough energy; you can always enough life in you. You always have the health you need. You have everything you need to do your job and you’re happy to do it.
And it doesn’t take an entire month to harvest hundreds of acres anymore. It will be like a snap of your fingers. You now will have the magic back or in quantum physics everyone will be creating their peri causal events. If it is not within your Divine Plan or the Divine Plan of Source you can snap your fingers all you want and there will be no peri causal event because it’s not magic. The information is transmitted back and forth between you and Source in an instant. We don’t even have a measurement of time to determine how quickly this actually happens.
What About Kim, the Guardian, Ground Command?
So, what does that mean for Kim, the Guardian, Ground Command and all these other things? I get a vacation! I’m depending on you to give me that vacation I’ve been waiting for, for years because that means I have done my job and you have officially taken me out of a job which I am more than happy, and I would be proud and grateful to be worked out of. I don’t need to be here anymore for that purpose. I can sit on a beach in the Bahamas and read a book and just relax and know that you guys got this and Source absolutely has got this.
This is the transition we are going into now and be every mindful, spend a little time every day with Source and don’t get frustrated because it comes when it comes. But it’s happening already and it will continue to happen more and more and that is why it was so important I get this report out before we could continue on with the plans of the transition.
So is everybody ready to get to work! I sure hope so. We’ll have to create a school for telekinesis 101 or something I think because the better I do my job, the faster I don’t have a job or I can take any job Source wants to give me next, I guess. And believe me, this Ground Commander job has been one heck of a job and so has this Guardian job in a lot of ways. But we’re all still here. Source has carried us through it and got us to this point and he’ll carry us through it and get us to the next point and things will start to change.
What About the Deep State?
As for the Deep State, they will also get their plans. If they choose to take that job or they can choose to ignore it and continue to pound away on some system until it disappears and then they’ll probably pound away some more and try to create another one. I don’t know. But either way they are going to do it without money and without any plenipotentiary powers.
That is the Plan of C.A.R.E.
On that note,this is the plan of C.A.R.E. You wanted to know what the plan of C.A.R.E was, how is this all going to happen, now you have more insight on how it’s all going to happen. So, get ready for your information, it’s coming fast and furious. I’m already receiving some calls from people that have already started and remember as we go forward all life is precious, even the damaged and the broken ones. They simply cannot operate outside of this plan and disturb harmony without very severe consequences at this point. If they want to keep a lifestyle that even slightly resembles the one they have become accustomed to, they are going to need to learn, this is your job, take it or leave it.
