This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on February 17, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. Kim lets us know who is behind the train derailments and where the orders came from and where General Milley fits. She also reminds us of what she warned not so long ago, that things are now in the public realm and there is a war for your mind. Therefore make sure you preserve it!

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Train Derailments | Plastic Plant Explosion | Cyber Hack
It’s getting ridiculous with all the train derailments happening, the plastic plant in Florida and then the cyber hack at a German airport. Kim said these are all very inexpensive ways to create a big splash. Of course, they would target chemicals and things that would be poisonous and harmful to humans and it probably took an operative only 10-15 minutes to rig it up. It’s near free for these people.
Kim found it interesting the airport in Germany went down because it’s a well-known fact when you fly into Germany your passport is scanned and then you can go all over the Schengen Zone and no will know for six days. The Schengen Zone is the grouping of European nations that does not require a passport to travel across the border.
About Airports
Speaking of airports, according to Kim under every airport in the world is an agency black site, typically CIA. There are always pallets of cash and exchange of cash for their agents who travel abroad. They can get an ID down there, all kinds of different stuff underneath the airport.
There was also a closed loop financial system that goes between all of the airports. So they can get cash, exchange cash and send cash to do any operation in any country at any time. Another fact about major international airports is they are not considered to exist in a country, rather it’s an entity unto itself and considered international territory, so not part of that nation. They fall under their own set of rules.
Kim told us awhile back her discovery under the Atlanta airport, which is the biggest airport in the world. There is an underground rail system for human trafficking. If the people being trafficked are coming by ship they typically go to San Francisco if in the US, but if by plane or train they are distributed or redistributed to the end user or another hub for human trafficking through the Atlanta Airport.
Under the Denver Airport was an entry way to an underground base that was comprised of humans and non-humans. It was a collaborative effort between groups. It would transport all kinds of supplies to some of them on the west coast. Whatever the elite under there wanted, they would get.
Who Gave the Orders for These Derailments, etc.?
Back to the train derailments. Who gave the orders? Well Kim said they all go back to the same people. When everyone else disappeared very recently there were a few operatives and unknown or unseen generals still around, most likely Jesuit or Black Sun. They are humans and thought they were smart enough to take over, clearly lacking any common sense, which is especially rare these days.
There was a Chinese General found in China who is still on the ‘burn America or the World to the ground and we’re going to take it over’ program. He decided to start barking out orders. It took Kim a while to back track from operatives and cannon fodder to the people executing on the derailments and so forth, and then all the way back to who that was. Sometimes you can’t say much about anything until you really figure out who it is, otherwise you’re going to miss on the entire downline.
But now that she found out who he was, as well as every single person he was talking to, giving orders to and collaborating with, she can now safely announce this Chinese General is no longer with us as of this morning. And her team has eyes on every single person he is collaborating with. A name we’ll be familiar with is General Milley. Yep, everything Milley is doing and ordering was coming from this Chinese General.
Milley & A Few Others Still On-Board With the China Take-Over Plan
According to Kim, Milley is still holding back the Pentagon from talking with her and getting any funding from her. I guess because there are still a few operatives on the China take-over plan he still onboard? These operatives are American and here in the US, not far from Kim actually and they are having conversations about what they could possibly do to stay in power. For these people it’s not about whether America survives or China survives, it’s about whoever or whatever will give them the most amount of power. And they know Kim isn’t into power or giving it to others, aside from the people in a collective conscious way.
Evidently these hold outs are older guys. She referred to as the curmudgeons. They’ve been doing the plan for so long it’s harder for them to change. By now they’ve gotten word the Chinese General is no longer here, so we’ll have to wait and see what they do next. Kim advises they take a look at their own mortality.
But later during the broadcast Kim was listening to these curmudgeons arguing over which dead guy is the better dead guy to put in office, which is kind of hilarious. I’m guessing they will not be making any wise choices based on that. So who is going to be their next leader, Larry, Moe or Curly? Will another operative or Jesuit step up to the plate and lead these old guys who are hell bent on derailing our trains and burning the country to the ground?
So that’s why all these derailments are happening, who is doing it and where the orders came from.
Disclosure or Propaganda?
More stuff circulating of late is a video of Biden and it looked like they were acknowledging that this was an extraterrestrial balloon or UFO. Kim said she has seen a number of these videos, some with fake Trump and some with fake Biden. They are putting out this propaganda and it seems to be coming from the Q crowd, that’s what she can surmise. They are circulating false information throughout the Patriot community in order to rile people up with Glittering Generalities in Headlines (propaganda technique #1). “Did Biden Just Announce the Alien Life brought the Unidentified Flying Objects?” kind of stuff. But if you open the article it says he did not. I found the below. Evidently the video clip was altered.
She said there is another picture going around about selling your child’s organs or something to that effect for a covid vaccine. That’s not true either, but they are putting out stuff like this to get the patriot community and militias wound up like a top. Then they get the rest of the Alt Media who talks about extra-terrestrial life all excited that Disclosure’s happening. Other people promoting this are saying it’s going to be the ‘Year of the Whistle Blower’, the ‘Year of Disclosure’. But we’re three quarters of the way into February and there is no real disclosure of anything. No one disclosed that Trump is dead or that Biden is dead. There is a file going around about Epstein, but that’s not new, they are just putting out the same thing and expecting what? A civil war in the US? I’d say probably. Anything to stir up some division. So beware, they are feeding a lot of false information using glittering headlines so you jump on the band wagon.
We’re Going Through a Major Transition
So we still have some deep state hold outs intent on continuing with the plan to crash American and turn it over to China. And they’ve highlighted that we have no security for our infrastructure. We need to start thinking smarter because crazy people are walking the Earth. If these people go away, we’ll have the next tier down and so on until those people are gone as well.
But we’re always going to have people who are not okay. This is a major transition we’re going through. There are a lot of things happening in your body, a lot of people questioning their own sanity. You have to take the ego out of everything and look at things objectively. If you’re seeing tragic events and strange things happen, look with your own eyes. Field Messengers living in these areas are so essential right now. We need to hear your point of view. The world needs to know when events like these happen whether they are real or not.
In the Public Realm Now
It’s now becoming public, and Kim told us it was coming. This war is for your mind! Messing with people’s minds is what they do. Heck they lie to each other every day and then get mad at each other for lying to them. It’s insane. So, preserve your mind! Do your research. Check on things. Ask questions. Don’t just look at something and then have an emotional reaction because it ripples out into the consciousness and muddies the waters for everyone.
Remember, people who are in the public and the subject of ‘news’ are just cannon fire. They are puppets. If you know the name of a person and you think they are going to be arrested, you are sadly mistaken. They are meant to go down. It’s the people you don’t know who are dangerous.
