This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on February 15, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. In this Situation Report we find out the status of the Shadow Government and those 1477 underground bases; and subsequently the status of the remnants of the 250,000 year Orion War. Also, what’s left of the 18 inorganic matrices and where do we stand with our remaining enemies, the remaining operatives still walking the planet.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

What’s Up With All the Train Derailments?
Create the problem and be the solution was Kim’s answer when Sunny asked her. The derailments seem to keep happening near where food is grown. It’s tragic and not being handling correctly. Why hasn’t the National Guard been called in? And what is the military doing? Still running around chasing balloons? The narrative is making a mockery of them and the country. They don’t even know where or what they are supposed to claim control of anymore.
Imagine militaries and a police force that actually secured the people. But instead, their job is to secure the elites interest, then their own and then low on the totem pole somewhere there might be something about protecting some of the people some of the time. Example, why is everyone in the Ukraine right now? It’s certainly not to protect the Ukrainian people. It’s about promoting an agenda. It’s about elite interests in oil and gas, the deals made behind closed doors. End of story. Except there is no money. Nobody has gotten paid and they are frustrated, they don’t know what’s happening.
But back to the train derailments. Kim said at least it’s highlighting our failing infrastructure which absolutely needs to be addressed. We have trains older than our grandparents. At least Europe has some fast speed trains but here in the US the trains are so slow. They trade against all the cargo in the trains while sitting on the track because it’s in their ‘custody’ so the slower the better for them. The current leadership wants to keep the old ways for that reason and because they don’t have the capacity to create innovation nor do they care. They never cared how we get around because they view us as cattle and money.
Levitating Trains
Kim said we can take it to a whole new level and make a healthier version of a levitating train. That should have been done in the 1970s. We’ve had that technology since then. There should be 2 separate trains that cross the US. They should come from all the port cities on in. That’s how they should be developed. There should be one for humans and one for imports/exports. Those trains should run underground.
I wonder if this is what she is referring to.
All this needs to be developed by the Army Corp of Engineers because it’s a matter of national security. We have trillions of dollars coming in as imports. These trains can extend all over the world. Kim did all the calculations as to how many people would prefer to take a train rather a plane. She has developed a way to compensate all the airlines for the loss in passengers and backtracked that also with Fedex and UPS and every company that would use it. Imagine moving across country and not have to drive a truck. You fill a pod, put it on a train and it shows up where you are. There is a better way to live life.
Status of Our Real Enemy | Remnants of a 250,000 Year Long Orion War
Shadow Military Group
All 1477 deep underground bases are gone as of yesterday! The last two large underground bases to go included one in San Diego and the other was in Toronto, Canada which would have been considered the Global Hub. The base in San Diego is where the Shadow Group was having a meeting. That would be the group that ran all the underground bases and they decided to go down with the ship. They knew they were next and they didn’t move. I’m assuming it’s this group.
Inorganic Humans in the Bases
Along with this Shadow Military Group many inorganic human beings also went with the bases. Kim is trying to take a count to see if there are any inorganic humans or hybrids left on the planet. Due to recent developments that happened over the last several hours she’s not expecting any to be left. Nevertheless she’s going to look into it anyway.
So, no more deep, deep, deep underground military bases full of humans and non-humans. That is the status of our real enemy and remnants of a 250,000 year long Orion War. We Humans on the surface along with the ‘Other Races’ in underground bases were held hostage by this same group, but no longer! Good for us!

Status of the 18 Inorganic Matrices
The remainder of the matrices that plagued the planet consisted of little things, attachments, and things in computers and in people, but as of this morning that’s all gone too! We have no remnants of any of the 18 inorganic AIs left.
The final clearing of everything started this morning. There was a small amount in the ‘nothing plane’ in the ‘anti-source’ in the multiverse that remained in the deepest darkest level of the lower astral. The actual creation of that which was a Source Agreement had to expire, as well as a few other things tied to that, such as the Law of War, the real war in the multiverse, the war of good versus evil. But that was all that was left and it was transmuted this morning. That means the very bottom of the lower astral started lighting up with light and it reached us in the 3rd density a few hours ago, at 10am MST.
Now the multiverse is basically surrounded by light. You might have experienced very strange tingly feelings or energy feelings due to a quantum pulsing of light hitting our planet. It’s a gift from Source assisting us in the transition. It’s pulsing out all that dark essence still left in this multiverse. It’s doing the same thing in computers, so as they are fully connecting at this time that should clear out anything we had left here.
Status of Our Remaining Enemies
Remaining Operatives in the 15 Secret Militaries
Where does this leave our remaining enemies, those operatives in the 15 Secret Militaries still walking this planet? Well they were trying really hard to reestablish communications with the non-existing bases in Israel, Cheyenne and Toronto yesterday. The Chinese Order of the Black Dragon were doing the same thing this morning, trying to see if there was anything they could do to reestablish connection to the inorganic bases and inorganic humans in the inorganic multiverse.
A global meeting is scheduled to try and figure out what to do. If they were smart they would put their flags down and stop. Do we need these people? No. Although it would be a much easier, faster and smoother transition with them onboard. But most of those people hate Kim because she destroyed their narrative and many of their friends, and I’ll add probably their life’s work. I’m guessing they will never switch sides, but she’ll report on the outcome of that in a couple of days.
Any Inorganic Life Beings Still Wandering Around?
We may still have some more inorganic life beings wandering around and Kim is assessing anyone not in those bases. These beings are our real enemy at this point in time, but we’re getting some help. Due to the light pulsing out all that dark essence still left in this multiverse, it will clear out the inorganic humans and hybrids that are left as well. We should be free and clear by the end of the day, at least that’s what she’s hoping.
Fed and Bank Update
Kim said there are some in the Fed looking for reasons why they can install this and not that in the banking system, but other than that there isn’t a lot going on there. More are learning how it all works, what the new financial system is going to look like. Now that they can see KIMS properly without interference they are commenting on how amazingly clear and concise the algorithms are, that it makes total sense on what an asset-based trading system is.
Kim received a few phone calls from banks who are contemplating going it alone due to dealing with some people in the Fed who have not made the transition. So she’s beginning to see ‘our enemy’ starting to look at her like maybe she’s not crazy and maybe she’s not even their enemy after all. Perhaps they are beginning to realize KIMS is a way better system, they can even fit in that system; they can still remain relevant. Or not, we’ll see.
KIMS is pretty self-sufficient. It monitors everything and kicks out what it doesn’t need, anything that’s fraudulent. It’s secure. It doesn’t need any third party interference or third party security. It doesn’t need any government people making any kind of economic assessments. That’s only for the news now, to scare people. And they can’t drain pension funds anymore or do anything to any of us. Even if the market crashes your money is still going to be there, nothing is going to change.
We’re in the Transition Now!
Maybe by Friday she’ll know what our non-friends decided to do, what governments will decide to do because governments are all crumbling. There are some members of the Fed telling Governments to reach out to the Repository because there is nothing they can do. Even China is considering contacting the Global Repository now.
According to Kim we are turning a corner. Hopefully we’ll have gone through the transition in a few days. Worse case is by the end of the month and then we’ll find out who is who in the zoo. We’ll see what the world decides to do. It really comes down to what the US decides to do because what the US does everybody does.
All and all the world is now a safer place. War ebbs and flows. Nothing is ever consistent and the reason Kim doesn’t give dates is because things can change in a moment. It’s a dance between you and your enemy and you have to change, adapt and overcome. She thinks a lot of people didn’t look at her as a strategist or look at her like their enemy. They were given wrong information, disinformation and misinformation from their superiors so people would not talk to her.
Perhaps they will start looking at her in a different light. Those who are left that is.

I know Kim is only one person, but it would be great if her or someone in her trusted team could look over your whole site and either affirm it’s accuracy and verify it or not.
If she is so sensitive about any information connected to her name or business, then surely she would at least publish an official, endorsed synopsis or transcript version of her work herself?
