The Deep State Debacle

This post contains my notes from the Situation Report on 5/2/2021 with Kim Goguen. She has been very busy indeed the last couple of weeks. I outlined her Intel around the following categories: NSA, United Nations, Federal Reserve, IRS, COVID Plandemic and Depopulation Agenda. I am cautiously optimistic based on their report as some progress in the right direction may be on the horizon for some of these groups. But only time will tell, as we are well aware the Deep State is relentless, to put it mildly. Breaking the illusion and their delusions is no easy task, but it would certainly help matters.

If my writing style has led anyone to believe I speak for Kim then let me be absolutely clear, I just takes notes when I listen to her intel reports and assemble them into an article. When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.

Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

National Security Agency (NSA)

The National Security Agency (NSA) is not just a US organization, it is the Global Deep State spying organization and includes pretty much all the spying agencies around the world such as The 5 Eyes and GCHQ. The NSA seems to be a huge thorn in the side of humanity and bringing them to a halt is a plus for anyone who is not them. I was happy to hear there have been some big wins on this front.

• Star Link is their latest version of the Quantum Financial System (QFS) which they tried to launch last week and it lasted 7.5 minutes before it failed. (See my post that defines the QFS versus QMS.)
• Their NGO that is tied to KPMG in New York and is the auditor of the US Treasury for the Federal Reserve has been taken down.
• Their underground facility in Minnesota, that conducts internet monitoring for the entire world is now down. This facility also served as an ISP interruption between the people and the banks, and was one of the major blocks inhibiting the money transfer Kim is trying to get directly to the people, and still is – she will not give up!  — Little by little she keeps chipping away and finding, then removing blocks like viruses, bots, and malware. Most were coming from the same organizations and she is seeing a lot less hackers lately. She also recently uncovered a black satellite network that was inhibiting transfers.
• Kim announced on the call, for any deep state people listening, to contact the NSA to find out what they can access, if they don’t believe her. Also, she just so happened to see an ad on RT.com that GCHQ is looking for computer experts. So I suppose they are looking for help with their access issues.

United Nations (UN)

Essentially, the UN is a terrorist organization. Unless they change their charter and restructure, they will cease to exist. Only 1.4% of funds from the UN ever go to the people for humanitarian projects. They must shift from pretending to helping humanity to actually doing good things. That means instead of running the depopulation agenda via DAVOS, The World Health Organization (WHO), G20 Meetings, etc., they need to make a 180 degree turn and actually help to end this madness. There has been some positive action taking place within this organization of late. But time will tell if it’s all just a ruse and another delay tactic.

• It looks like the UN Security Council has been entertaining the idea they have been highly misinformed about everything. They claimed they were unaware of a lot that was going on as they were told the Chinese Elders were funding everything.
• Now that they have seen the light, a special envoy was registered in the Hall of Records giving Kim and Tank seats at the table, which evidently scared the Deep State, and they are wondering how they got this job.
• This past week UN aides have been in Colorado for meetings with Kim and Tank. They also helped to bring in the Federal Reserve and are now in negotiations helping to give them a reality check.

The Federal Reserve

The Fed has access to NOTHING so they have no choice but to meet and try to negotiate. THE FEDERAL RESERVE CANNOT ISSUE CURRENCY OR BONDS, AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT LINES ANYMORE. They cannot do anything! This made me want to cry! Nah, just kidding! They finally asked a relevant question. Who has the power? So let’s start with who most certainly does not have it.

• During the Asian Invasion stunt a few weeks ago, the Chinese Elders demonstrated their attempt to generate the codes for the QMS and failed, so it’s not them.
• That event was followed up by the Black Pope who also demonstrated he could not generate the codes to access the QMS and also failed, so it’s not him.
• Then there is another guy in the Black Sun named Richard Wiss, who I mentioned in my previous post, Backstage at the Order of the Black Sun | Just Empower Me who believes he is the god Ra incarnated, and known as the Gray Pope, and believes he should have sole control of the QMS. Well, this guy previously had control. At one time he did possess a very high security level clearance which was around 64, but no longer. And 74 is now the highest level and only Kim’s has it, so she can override and surely cut him off quite a while ago. It’s starting to percolate around the world that Richard Wiss doesn’t have access to the QMS either, so it’s not him.
  • The Swiss National Guard (the Vatican’s Guard) called a diplomatic line a few weeks ago and Kim answered, but they expected Richard Wiss and they weren’t too happy about that.
  • Ra then sent a group called the JASON society, also called the Pilgrim Society (which is made up of Agency and Military people, and CEOs, like the one at Pfizer who is also CIA), to throw some weight around by the sounds of it. But whether that was just a threat or people actually showed up at Kim’s door I don’t know. But whatever that was about was unsuccessful.   • Ra then called to threaten Kim after (I presume the JASONs were unsuccessful) and told her she’ll be arrested for treason and a lot of people are going to be happy now. That will surely fail.
  • The Deep State section of the militaries around the world who have been following orders from this ‘Ra/Grey Pope’ may finally be waking up, due to the fact they have gotten themselves in quite the financial bind. Promises of payment from both him and the Black Pope have not happened, and will never happen, which leaves the Military on the hook for the bills. These Popes gave them German bonds which are not worth anything. So now the militaries around the world are more stuck than before. They were doing things based on empty promises and now they know the bonds are not cashable. (Sounds awfully familiar to the Rothschild RV carrot strategy and promises of payout in 2 weeks!).
  • I guess that’s why the Pentagon called looking for money. Kim said she didn’t fund them, but told them she looks forward to a face-to-face meeting so she can discuss how the war, Covid, mandatory vaccines being pushed on the military because no one else wants to buy them is not working. .
  • NATO’s peacekeeping forces in the middle east on orders of the Gray Pope dissipated recently, now that the word is out that he doesn’t really have control (hopefully that is sinking in – although I will never underestimate the level of brainwashing done to the Deep State).

The Fed might finally be starting to realize none of the above psychopaths are in charge!

To clarify, these Fed Members the UN is allegedly helping to bring to the table, are the Board Members, not the Steering Committee which is the Rothschild level, those groups who originally created the Fed on Jekyll Island. So, it’s not that crew, not the super psychopaths I guess.  Kim relayed that the Fed, (like the UN) will have to change their charter, otherwise they won’t exist and we don’t need them anyway to move forward. Personally, I prefer that. I think it would send a message of a big win to the people to dissolve it entirely. But if it remains changes must be made around the following:

• One centralized organization controlling all currencies around the world doesn’t work for the benefit of the People.
• The IMF will probably cease to exist. The IMF was supposed to be the monetary police, to make sure currencies are at the proper value. But then what is the purpose of the Fed? The IMF also became a lender and they were never supposed to do that either. We don’t need both.
  • I also just now recalled that the head of the IMF, Christine Legarde was also among the missing on the Senatus Consultum site. She was definitely listed as a member when I first checked several months ago. I guess he (I mean she) is hanging out with Trump and Xi nowadays.
• The Fed Board Members who were brought into negotiations by the UN are now discussing a different type of currency, the gold standard, and going back to an asset-based system. Some are still waffling a bit and there are 2-3 members who are still resistant (including Jerome Powell, also mentioned in my previous post, Backstage at the Order of the Black Sun | Just Empower Me). 
• Kim said that as of yesterday, (May 1^st), it sounded like they were in agreement to go back to the Gold Standard.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

The not so much fun fact about the IRS, is that 80% of Americans’ tax money, as well as taxes for every nation around the world goes to the Rothschild bank in Switzerland. 20% is for operating costs, but pretty much it all goes to the same group.  All tax organizations around the world are tied to the IRS – It is a central taxation system. Our tax system is highly illegal and unlawful – (no shock to anyone). Therefore, it needs to be revamped like asap!

Kim and Tank also had meetings with the IRS recently. They discussed on the call the new tax system they proposed and stated that the IRS must prepare for a spending only tax, of which 100% will go to the government. This will be glorious when we get there!

• Removal of the Income tax
• If 100% of the spending only tax goes to the government, it would more than cover all the expenses so there will be no need for external funding by special agencies, NGOs, etc. It shall become self-sustaining.
• The spending tax would be tiered so essential items, such as food, inexpensive clothing, and shelter would have lower taxation rates than luxury items like a yacht (for example).

The COVID Plandemic

• The CDC called Kim this week but she didn’t answer and assumed they were looking for money. She stated there will be no money for these NGOs, the CDC is the Center for Disease Development rather than Disease Control
• They are advising those of us who did not line up for the mark of the beast to avoid people who have been jabbed, if possible.
• Vaccines are yielding a ‘Typhoid Mary’ scenario. Some who get the vaccine but don’t have symptoms can spread Covid to others.
• Vaccinated people are also shedding and infecting others.
• Shedding is also transmittable to pets
• They are putting Morgellons, a parasite and form of nano tech in the vaccines which then comes back out through the skin, thus shedding.

Depopulation Agenda

• In 2018 the Deep State threatened to start a Global Pandemic by unleashing a bioweapon if they didn’t regain control of the QMS by 2019. So we can pretty much conclude the Covid Plandemic was no accident.
• The CIA, since it is still up and operating unfortunately, is still rolling out its nefarious agenda. They recently poisoned the water in India with Covid 66 last week to test how well it can kill people. This experiment in India is a test which they intend to spread to other countries. The CIA created this strain of COVID in 1966.
  • In 1980, the CIA/Black Sun came out with a program for creating Special Release Centers to enable them to infect a country’s water supply when they were ready. There is a Special Release Center in every country around the world. All countries have been contacted to test the water. ( I just hope those who were contacted are truly on Humanity’s side.)
• The Bankers of Death, another name for the Jesuits, always profit off death which is another reason for the Depopulation Agenda. They profit by creating death bonds and they laid it all out very matter of fact to Kim, for which she replied several weeks ago – ok “You First”.
• There was a back door deal between Bill Gates and Trump last week which prompted vaccine promotion by Trump the very next day. It’s all about the money for them. So sad he yet again proved he just ain’t what everyone hoped he would be.
• The over-population narrative spearheaded by Bill Gates of Hell and many other deep state operatives is a total lie. Every person on the planet could actually fit in the state of Texas, to provide a visual. It’s just that people are concentrated and packed into cities. Personally, I never bought into the over-population narrative. Whenever I traveled by air or car I always would think about all the empty land I was seeing. It just didn’t make sense.

For me, this is perhaps one of the most heinous crimes against humanity. They have pushed a false narrative of over population in order to get humanity onboard, to subconsciously give our consent for our own genocide.

Asked what they expect for all their efforts in killing everyone. Well, just another promise of course. This time the carrot is that they will become gods on another planet. Well I never! I wonder which planet they are promising, or if it even exists.

Intelligence Community Whistleblowers

Whistleblowers in the truther community have been directly involved in American military covert operations or within the intelligence communities and have publicly stated that ninety percent of the good people in the law enforcement community are trapped in a massively corrupt system rendering them totally ineffective. Many of them state emphatically that the secret intelligence community serves the interests of the Power Elite Controllers or Deep State, not the citizens of the United States. Currently we have all the surveillance technology we would ever need to gain the complete evidence of these crimes made against humanity, such as mass human trafficking and child sex rings, but the compartmentalization and bureaucracy is being implemented by those in power who are directly involved in the cover up of these crimes. The blackmail, bribery, hard factual evidence in communications along with compromising sex videos are more than adequate to convict the most violent and sick of these criminal psychopaths, if this information was given open source access across the intelligence and law enforcement communities, and these criminals were not being protected by those in the highest governmental positions and courts of law.

Bill Binney, an NSA whistleblower has said in public interviews that with ten people in thirty days, he could identify domestic enemies, every traitor, every elite child molester, and every money laundering white-collar criminal with the technology that is already in place in the intelligence community. All of the criminal activities in the world that are generating billions of dollars from human trafficking, child sexual slavery, money laundering and massive amounts of wealth stolen from the public tax payer, are being tracked and have been tracked by the NSA for the past fifteen years.

This is good news as it means that if the intelligence community and shadow government operatives can be removed to prevent the blocking of ethical and moral people from being placed in key law enforcement positions, all the evidence we could ever need to convict these criminals is fully available. And that will lead us to see with factual evidence who has been covering up human trafficking and behind the sale of human beings across the globe, laundering trillions of dollars from having sex with children.

Closing Comments

As a gentle reminder, the refusal to research or see that these depraved actions are rampant throughout our society is what allows the continuation of great harm to come to the earth’s children, by ignoring those who are raped, beaten and killed every day by their handlers and customers. The global structure which supports human trafficking and protects the elite’s preferences for child sexual molestation and sacrifice, allows these incredibly damaging acts to continue which is designed to destroy the entire human race. This horrendous soul violation must be seen and understood in order to be corrected, this anti-human structure must be seen in order to be transformed and stopped.^[1]
