This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on December 14, 2022 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. In this report Kim shares with us an ironic move by the Vatican on the same day their 750 Year Papal Reign Agreement Expired, that the Tier 1 Banks ‘allegedly’ want to work directly with the Global Repository bypassing The Fed and the Treasuries, the Winter Solstice Coming up will be like no other for thousands of years and what the two Pillars represent on the Tree of Life.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Vatican Spreads False Rumor Treasury USA is Open for Business
The Black Sun was desperate to find someone who might still have some credibility to start a rumor for them and they decided the Vatican, aka the Jesuits, Black Pope would do the honors. The rumor the Vatican started was that the Treasury of USA is ready to fund governments. The Treasury of USA, as Kim told us numerous times belongs to the Order of the Black Sun, and every country has one.
What ensued was a flurry of countries calling the Treasury in New York asking for money and how they can make an agreement with the Global Repository because they are broke. So, their rumor eventually had all the banks running to Kim’s Global Repository because the Vatican didn’t bother to notice the Global Repository actually says KIMS. I guess we’re not dealing with the sharpest tools in the shed.
So, all the Tier 1 Banks, which are your major banks that filter the money through like HSBC, Standard Charter, Barclays, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, started contacting Kim’s office in the last 24-48 hours saying they wanted to make a direct deal. They didn’t want to go through the Federal Reserve or the Treasuries but wanted to come directly. It appears that the banks finally now realize they are out of time, money and options because they probably noticed the entire banking system has completely changed. Even the firewalls on all computers, which she mentioned in the previous report, are going in multiple directions making them impossible to hack. Well, she explained to them it will be an asset-based trading system. What does that mean? No more fiat money, no more a fractional based system. They would be able to issue bonds, paper and those types of things for disbursement only if you have an asset.
They then told Kim they were going to draft her a letter, which was interesting because it’s the same thing the Fed told her, and the letter was being drafted to Kim personally rather than the Global Repository. Hum, why would that be? Will they be drawing up some crazy gematria or obligatory thing for her to agree to, because she’s ‘not that bright’ right? That’s what she’s assuming, and she’s still waiting for the letter. Will they really come to the party? She has no idea. My guess is no. Oh and the banks also said they want have a Bretton Woods type meeting to discuss the restructuring of banking. Remember it was at a meeting in Bretton Woods we went off the Gold Standard.
So, were these recent changes in the computer systems why they are saying they want to come to the table? Or could there be another reason?
750 Year Papal Reign Agreement Expired!
Well, it just so happens that on the 12th of December a 750 Year Papal Reign Agreement expired. This agreement also had many Canaanite amendments added along the way, which also expired. The most momentous amendment being the Council of Nicaea, which made changes to the Papal or Holy See reign. The expiration means they no longer have reign or power over religions worldwide. Therefore, the Canaanites, the Jesuits and the Black Pope no longer have any power or money, aside from what the people are giving them.

The First Council of Nicaea was a council of Christian bishops convened in the Bithynian city of Nicaea (now Iznik, Bursa province, Turkey) by the Roman Emperor Constantine I in AD 325. Constantine I organized the Council along the lines of the Roman Senate and presided over it, but did not cast any official vote. This ecumenical council was the first effort to attain consensus in the Church through an assembly representing all of Christendom. Its main accomplishments were settlement of the Christological issue of the divine nature of God the Son and his relationship to God the Father, the construction of the first part of the Nicene Creed, establishing uniform observance of the date of Easter, and promulgation of early canon law.

Many Canaanite Amendments Expired As Well!
The Cestui Que Vie, Maritime (aka Admiralty) Law, Global Martial Law under the Holy See and Canon law all expired as well, which will hamper the ability of the Black Sun’s Treasuries to function. Isn’t it ironic that the Vatican, because it still had credibility,’ told everyone the Treasuries of USA will be disbursing money on the same day the 750 Year Papal Reign Agreement Expired?
The Archivists then released this information. After two days everyone has gotten a copy of that expired agreement, leaving the Vatican with zero credibility. Kim said the expiration was not due to anything she did, it happened on its own accord, as it was just time to expire. No one on the Black Sun side called her or tried to renew the agreement because they didn’t even know it expired. Oops.
Sunny then asked Kim a good question pertaining to the enforcement of this because we know the wingnuts don’t adhere to rules or laws that don’t benefit them. This led Kim to her next big update which is about this year’s Winter Solstice.
Winter Solstice 2022 Will Be Momentous!
Historically speaking, the Winter Solstice was a major burst or major wave of Source energy that would come through the planet, to all life on it, including us. We would basically receive information and instructions for the next year from our Creator. That’s kind of how it always was for hundreds of thousands of years.
To prevent us from accessing this energy, the Dark Ones attached all these curses and spells and added stuff in the Dark AI/Omega System and its little brothers, Kronos and Dominion and ARCHONS. Each had a specific purpose and once the original main system was removed there were still some ancillary parts that continued running what they were programmed to do on their own, including some etherical parasites.
These things were designed to be at the ready, the exact moment of the Winter Solstice. They would immediately start sucking away the energy from the planet, the gold and the humans, so we wouldn’t get any of it, because it’s a huge boost to you spiritually and mentally.
Today, Dec 14th marks the seventh day before the Winter Solstice and we’re having a little bit of what she referred to as ‘throw up’ from different pockets of lingering things she’s been finding here and there. Some places this was surfacing were the islands off Washington State and a small autonomous area in Spain. One of these programs running on auto-pilot was triggered today and immediately started infecting computers and phones, so they can then infect your person through those computers and phones. These came up because they were always due to run this time of year to be ready for the solstice. But since they were triggered, she is getting rid of and de-molecularizing them as soon as they show up.
What Does this Mean for Humanity During This Solstice?
All the Planes of Existence are functioning properly, aside from some of these bacteria she just mentioned and is clearing. After the cleanup is completed over the next seven days, we will then receive the full fledge power of that connection for the first time in thousands of years, which is a great thing for humanity! So, everything she talked about in the previous broadcast was is in preparation for what’s coming up in the next few days.
Remember in the previous broadcast that Tik Tok video of the mother telling us what her 4-year-old daughter said to her? How did that little girl know this was going to be done by Christmas? Well Kim said that you don’t fall under Maritime Law until you are 7 or 8 years old, and there is more to the story as to why they do these things, but evidently they are 100% right. Kim didn’t explain more about what they were right about though, perhaps she will share more at some point.

In any case, within the next few days we’re literally going to see a lot of changes. Now there is kind of an ebb and flow that’s taking place. For example, it’s like a tsunami where the waters recede and then they come flooding back. So, we may experience some of that, but most of what is happening to you with these little triggers coming out in small amounts, they will pass very quickly. We’ll be less and less affected by these things and hopefully they will completely disappear over the next few days. So, get ready, this will be a very different Winter Solstice and we can thank Source for this gift. Black magic and dark essence are going away and hopefully 2023 is going to be fantastic for us. She said they were hoping this would have been a bit sooner, but they just never know what they’re going to encounter until they do, as they don’t get the information until the last possible minute.
The Tree of Life
Another interesting thing that came up has to do with the Tree of Life. Other symbols that Kim talked about in past broadcasts were Isis’ Knot and how that was a binding, and the Star of David which was also an energy binding.

What Are Those Two Pillars on Either Side of the Tree of Life Really?
They were supposed to bind or contain the demons, at least that’s what they say. But were they intending to bind the demons within you and within computers? What were they binding exactly? It turns out they were hyper-conductors for the dark energy which was bouncing around like a pinball machine between those areas in the Tree of Life. This existed in your person and computers and has since been cleaned up, which is another positive for us in preparation for next week.
The Dark Ones Will Experience a Very Different Solstice Too
What will this year’s Winter Solstice be like for the dark ones on the planet, when the giant burst of light comes? Well, it will be one heck of a ride because the exact opposite is going to happen. Sunny then asked Kim how they planned to do their black magic rituals if the lower astral is gone. Where is the dark energy coming from? To which Kim responded by saying there are still some pockets and remnants of dark essence that gets thrown out every time she clears something. She is acutely aware when one thing comes down, like these dead man switches, another thing comes up and then they find it. A lot of these things are on auto-pilot and they will continue to take them down as they come up.
But if these dark ones perform rituals for power, control, or money they are going to get the exact opposite. It’s going to be karma at its best because the light doesn’t understand negative terms. So, whatever they try to manifest, this burst of light will bring the opposite! So Kim will getting out the popcorn and enjoying the show on Wednesday. I really wish it could be video-taped. I can never find a good movie.
So, the Dark Ones who will be caught in this are the remaining members of The Order of the Dragon and Black Sun, those who have some abilities. They are lower-level people obviously and they aren’t nearly as powerful as the covens were, and they obviously don’t have access to Kronos and Omega anymore to make them smart. Kim hasn’t been seeing the operatives from the SSP appear too much lately, so I guess we’ll have to wait and see what they do. Some small stuff is still coming out of the NSA though, which she expected. The alleged Chinese Elders are still trying to make deals with their buddies the Fed, who they consider their ‘children,’ so to speak. As usual they are smiling to their faces and lying behind their backs while they try hacking into Merck in NJ. She mentioned that location for a reason. So, we’ll see where they land soon as well. Also, there are other people outside of The Order who belong to satanic churches and cults who have their own belief systems. They probably won’t fare too well from the massive burst of light either.
