This particular update was delivered on Circle of White Light Radio and hosted by Alan James. In this post we’ll pick up where we left off and find out if Juan O’Savin #107 still walks the Earth. Also included is more background on the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse Plan, the Dark Prince/Lucifer’s expected return on Sept 3rd that didn’t happen and then some Q&A that didn’t already get incorporated in Kim’s intel update.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

What Happened to Juan O’Savin (#107)?
I figured I would start off with this question asked during the Q&A part of the show since it’s where I left off in the previous post. Well, the real Juan #107 is not with us anymore! Kim knows that for a fact. The Juan thing still doing interviews these days is likely an agency person. It’s very easy for them to create a ‘like’ person so to speak and run with it. There were actually two agency guys up the street from her who were using his phone to send out orders in Libya and Iraq. They were texting them weirdo Intel.
I saw this video popup soon after I published my previous post and what caught my eye immediately was the ‘New Wan’ here in the top left. Weird right? Then I listened for the first couple of minutes and it doesn’t even sound like the original Juan. That windbag is dead.
Kim brought up again the fact that Juan was a member of the Order. When he talks about the apocalypse and bloodline of Cain he’s telling you who he is. He gives a lot of information that only someone who is of that bloodline would know. She said he even admitted he worked with a Nazi scientist. People like #107 can ramble forever and sound smart but we have to learn to identify pieces of the information that clue us in to who he really is and what his agenda is.
She gives us information about these folks, points these things out because who you follow affects us. We have accepted poor leadership for thousands of years and that needs to change. Knowing how they do it as well as the reason these people are telling us certain things is important so we learn to discern and never let this happen again.
Kim started off by providing some more background on the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse Plan and developments going on with the Famine and War programs.
The Four Horseman of the Apocalypse is Neither a ‘God’ Thing or a ‘Devil’ Thing
We have to understand there is a purpose to everything the Cabal does. That purpose would be to have control over everything. They really started ramping up controlling every industry in the 1970s. If they cannot control it, it has to be eliminated. The World Order has been here the entire time, it’s not a New World Order coming on the scene, we’re fighting against the Old World Order, and it is breaking down.
Why Create the Four Horsemen?
The reason for the Four Horseman program was to create the fake end times. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse is an orchestrated plan put in place eons ago, created by ‘Nefarious Others,’ who are no longer with us. Everything is crashing! Well it does feel painful for us, but everything isn’t really crashing for us. Rather, it’s absolutely crashing for them and their people are rapidly dropping like flies. These people here now, who never devised the plan but are carrying it out can’t understand why it’s not working, which is because they have no idea how things really work. And they are making it easier and easier to eliminate themselves now by showing up to all these sites trying to execute their piece of the plan. Kim, her team and The Enforcer now have the right under Natural Law to terminate their existence because their intention is to harm and take the life of innocents. .
Kim said along with very advanced technologies and her system, we now have an army of about 137 million worldwide and another 25 million in the air. Everyone is on deck to get rid of these people. These armies are coming for them! Hum, she didn’t give the detail as to where this help came from but I guess we have friends out there in the multiverse!
Famine Program
If you control the world’s food supply you control the people. We’ve seen them accomplish this in Ethiopia for example. Kim told us this before. They deliberately salted the land in order to create dependency on food sources they controlled. The price increases on everything are just more pieces of this Famine plan.
They own the electric companies in every country, that’s a fact. The cost of electricity didn’t rise due to sanctions on Russia, but it gave them the opportunity to charge more money and make you accept it in your mind. Fortunately we’re starting to see some countries fight against it. For example, in Scotland many people were burning their electric bills. Hey what if all of us stopped paying and practiced peaceful non-compliance! Like the host, Alan James said we may be forced to do that anyway because people just won’t be able to afford it. Imagine the change we could make if the majority stopped participating.
On a side note, Kim said we have the ability to power our own house just from the people who live in it. We are an energy machine, we conduct free energy all the time. The cabal uses us as batteries so of course we are sources of energy.
Hum, necessity is the mother of invention. Imagine how much more productive we all could be if we focus on learning how to harness free energy ourselves and stop focusing on watching the idiot box repeating stuff about rigged elections, and imposters wearing masks of dead people prancing around saying crazy stuff.
Inflation is Not Real
It costs exactly same amount today to drill a well, refine it and get gasoline into our cars that it did dozens of years ago, which is really pennies per liter, around .25 cents per US dollar. The cost to produce a tomato has not changed in 100 years. Inflation is not real. There is an abundance of oil, gold, diamonds. You can make oil in a laboratory. You don’t need to drill a hole in the ground, you can do it yourself but it takes a basic understanding. We can power cars by water. But we have not done anything to make these advances happen because they made it impossible for us to do it. These are the ones who we are fighting against, these operatives who do not allow this to happen.
It’s all going to end, but the more we are dependent on them, the longer it’s going to take to get out of this cycle. Kim said everyone is mad and demanding to get money out of the Trust NOW. But understand our enemy, otherwise we won’t win the game. They’ll just keep increasing prices more and take the money that way. Instead of getting angry, prepare yourself on what you need to do. Obstacles exist but overcome them. We will find other ways to get food, there are plenty of ways and once they get rolling they will catch on. And as more and more people who are running the program disappear, hopefully rising prices this will start to ease, but we still need to correct everything about our food chain supply, our shelter, how mortgages are done, interest rates, etc.
War Program
Kim said we had war and uprisings everywhere. There was Taiwan and China, Iraq, Syrian troops moving to the Euphrates this week. They are trying to start a civil war here in America. This all goes back to the same program of the 4 Horseman, the next one was supposed to be death right?
Kim said she and her team received 50, 60, and then about 70 phone calls in the last few days from Generals claiming they have the assets. She mentioned General Richardson in particular who claimed he got it from “on high”, and they have some spiritual white boy accounts that are going to be released, whatever those accounts are. They also have Leo Wanta and the money he stole from Russia back in the game. He wants to bring it back to America. But he’s just an Agency guy according to Kim. Then they were talking about all these historical assets again and when is the revaluation of the Dinar happening? Kim said these calls were not just from Americans, but also from GCHQ and the Russians. They were all asking is this money real?
Play to Get Pay
What is the real motivation behind these inquiries? In their minds they need to participate, so unless they get a war going they won’t get the money. So instead of pay to play, I guess the war makers need to play to get pay. And they were trying. There was a group of people in the Middle East declaring a jihad in the Middle East, Iranian separatists stirring about, the PMF in Iraq (Note: I’m not sure if PMF refers to this, Presidential Management Fellows Program – Wikipedia). Kim said it was ridiculous what they’ve done just this week. Numerous people have died from one of these programs or another, whether a jab reaction, war they created, or increased prices in food to where people can’t put food on the table.

The Wingnuts Thought the Dark Prince Was Returning Sept 3rd
These left over operatives who worked with the 13 Shadow Militaries (who are no longer with us), as well as the remnants left really will fall for anything it sounds. Their people have been dropping like flies for months now, but no matter. Let’s be just like the wingnuts before us.

Marduk Left a Carrot Coded in Gematria
Their Dark Prince was coming back and saving them on September 3rd. It’s not even original. Anyway, the latest set of wingnuts believed this because after all, they got this information from ‘on high’ (aka Marduk) when he was still alive in 2016, so it must be true. Oye vey. Anyway, this information when combined with gematria in something all pointed to when the miraculous rise of their Dark Prince or Lucifer was to take place. That magical day was determined to be September 3rd, they would all then be in their happy place. So by midnight GMT time they were all in their respective posts waiting for Lucifer’s arrival. But instead of Lucifer returning that night, or whoever they believe the Dark Prince is, a lot of them died instead. Those remaining were stunned.
By the way, there is some deliberate confusion as to who is the Dark Prince and is it Lucifer. Marduk probably used the term ‘Dark Prince’ on purpose. Kim said the Draco talked in riddles so they weren’t 100% sure who that could be. There was also a Parent who was referred to as the Dark Prince. Some called the Dark Prince Satan and some thought it was Lucifer. So whoever they were waiting for that night was their Dark Prince and that’s up for interpretation. In any case they were expecting their savior and when he didn’t come they got a little exasperated it sounds. All their efforts went to nothing. Like Kim said, they were probably thinking, “oh my god, we spent all of our money on pestilence and famine and war and now death and Lucifer doesn’t even show up!”
Prep Work for Lucifer’s Return | Pope Francis Instructed Vatican Entities to Move All Bonds to the Vatican Bank by Sept 30th
What else did they do in preparation for the big return? They set up servers in the Vatican and the Federal Reserve because they were going to launch their digital currency and then start the vax ID program. The Vatican is a hub. They were expecting Lucifer to restore their access to the Dark AI/ Kronos system and then they would be able to attach to the portal again, the one that doesn’t exist anymore, and then they would have equal power and control to Kim. Once this was reconnected they were going to negotiate with her about their digital currency and whatever else was in their bag of tricks. Kim doesn’t care though because it’s not possible to reconnect something that doesn’t exist anymore and they have no capacity to perform this function anymore. Even if it were possible they couldn’t process the amount of transactions per second for the parts of the world where they do use digital transactions. They aren’t even in the neighborhood.
Another reason for Pope Francis’ decree has to do with the ultimate plan touted by the Rothschild’s, which is to crash the world and buy it back for pennies on the dollar. The Vatican is also broke on every level like everyone else. The Order operates in a ‘pay to play’ manner. So for the Vatican’s participation they would have had to contribute to the war, famine, and the pestilence program. It’s like their buy-in to the program and there was a hefty buy-in to be a member of the controlling factors.
Years ago they were doing it with the SDR, if you wanted to play, that was the payment. And that’s the digital scam imposed on their own people. If you’re going to be a Central Bank for the Vatican you have to pay to be there. But in reality they are just stealing their money.

Those Still Left of the Crazy Operatives & People Who Believe Them
We are down to the 1000s now of crazy operatives and people who believe them. The remaining operatives who didn’t die are still talking about how to make this work and are running around trying to get into the system. The other ones who were chanting away that didn’t die yet are still stunned.
Sept 4th | No Lucifer? What to Do Now? How About a Meeting?
The remnants and operatives were having meetings September 4th, checking that the connections to Kronos and the portal were really not there. These people are not your controllers, they are the ones who listen to other people. They have no problems killing people, and they will buy into the next date and continue with their plan to start war and what have you. Some probably didn’t even know Lucifer was expected, but they really don’t care, they just want the money. If convincing these Generals that their information is coming from “on high” in order to get them to do this stuff and start a war, so be it. Again, they just want to get their hands on the money.
Marduk Lied to the Generals All the Time
For those in this group, the low IQ people who really expected Lucifer and those just trying to get their hands on the money, perhaps rethinking may be in order. Kim knew her predecessor Marduk personally. She told us on multiple occasions that she talked to him every week for years and learned first-hand how he loved to lie to them. She has explained in her Intel reports numerous times how she watched Marduk answer phone calls from these high generals, lie to them, hang up and laugh. He had contests on who told the best lie of the day with his brood. He was not a human and he certainly didn’t care about any of them.
I’d suggest listing to the human who now sits in his old seat. She keeps getting proven right. But hey, what do we care if you get one-way tickets to Source. There is a zero tolerance policy and Kim said all who remain now have a shadow because we have an even bigger army helping to get rid of these people for us. So the operatives and remnants remaining will either buy into the Restoration Program or die. They are not playing around, no tolerance is the name of the game now. They are down millions as of last night.
Is There Any Hope Of Humanity Standing in Their Own Power?
Yes, of course there is. There is an equal and opposite plan devised by the light. But please don’t think it’s being orchestrated by any of these so called ‘white hats’.
Alleged ‘White Hats’ Don’t Exist – Don’t Get Caught Up
Kim said she can honestly tell us everything she has done over the last several weeks and months and she didn’t see a single person, never mind a group helping her or cleaning out anything anywhere. The ‘white hats,’ and Project Tomahawk is all crap. The mainstream and alt media are both pushing narratives so people sit around and wait for someone to save them. I wasn’t familiar with Project Tomahawk, but found this link, Project Tomahawk (groovepages.com) and it looks like it’s just a marketing and money making ploy to buy ‘patriot’ labeled products.
New Leaders R Us!
We have really bad leadership, actually no leadership. These nannies are driving us off the cliff and who you follow is most important. They need to be replaced and Kim said we’re going to start with a small group of global leaders. Who are they? All the people listening to her now. The rest of humanity doesn’t understand the things we do. If you have this greater understanding it means you agreed to help humanity. There is going to be a lot on our shoulders in the very near future.
Remember it’s not what you say but what you do that people mimic. Show people a different and better way to grow a company. Money doesn’t save you, especially if it isn’t spent properly. Keep in mind you need to look at the consequences of changing to better ways as well, otherwise this system will never change. We’ll be spending millions of dollars, they will rear their ugly head again and it will go right back to the cabal. They’ll take everything that is better away little by little and we’ll be back here where we started.
Be Ready with Business Plans!
The fact is 90% of the people who want funding from the Trust haven’t produced a well thought out Business Plan for their projects/new technologies. Many who submitted plans are not the ones who created the tech and therefore don’t understand the tech. Underpricing and overpricing are also both indicators that the plan is not well thought out. Be prepared when the money comes because it will go to those who are ready to go. Only then it will happen. And of course not until it is safe to receive the money from the Trust. That has to be taken into account. The money will NOT go through these military and agency people who haven’t yet died.

Who is The Enforcer? Where is He From?
The Enforcer is not from here, he is not a human, neither is his crew. He’s been at this job for millions of years in our time. There is no time in some spaces, that’s a planet bound thing. His original mission as set forth by the Universal Council was to make sure that the Destroyer (also known as the ultimate Black Magician or Satan) never expanded his reach into the rest of multi-verse and try to keep balance between the dark and the light. He’s extremely efficient and has been integral in the work Kim has been doing.

Would the Council consider allowing alchemy to be distributed to the population to correct the DNA changes that have been degraded by the dark forces, since the degradation was not with our consent? Wouldn’t the reinstitution of our DNA be within the Cosmic Law?
Yes it is within cosmic law. The DNA degradation was done without our consent, but Kim doesn’t know if the average every day person is ready for that. We can do your own restoration of our DNA but it takes knowledge and not everyone has that knowledge.
Now that the Planes of Existence have merged we no longer have interference with those dark ones anymore, so it’s pretty much at our disposal now to make those changes on the soul plane. It sounds confusing but we are able to do it as long as we have the purist of intentions.
What is the Status of the IRS? Has the IRS lost its Charter?
Yes the IRS is still there and collecting taxes. She reiterated that we are registered to the ANNA system and all tax agencies around the world feed into the XM system in Belgium. Taxes were going into a private server and 80% of tax revenue went to the Dragon Families. At this point in time the IRS still has repeater servers and other things in place which is why it went down for the day in some locations and then information came back. She hopes she can find all those remaining databases and servers and then they will be gone.
Kim said there is a way to stop this tax system but we need to create our new system first. There are some decent people in the IRS who understand about going to a spending only tax, and that we need to move towards a world where communities are responsible for their own fire/police departments and schools etc. The faster we have a plan to handle these things the faster this can change. Make the old system obsolete is the way to do it.
Regarding the hiring of all those new IRS Agents in the United States, they may have hired a couple hundred or something like that, but no one can afford to pay those people. Actually we are paying them with our taxes. Oh swell.
Do You Believe the Luciferians are Behind the Vaccine?
Of course they are. There is an ARCHON in there. If they could have replicated the original ARCHON tech they would have control over your health and if they want you to die they could just push a button. If you’re deemed an unproductive member of society you would be gone too.
For the people who did get the jabs it takes about 3-4 months before the femtotech doesn’t have power anymore. So at least it’s waned so to speak in your person, there is a die off effect that happens which is making some people sick to a lesser degree. If they stopped getting the boosters then they’re likely to be alright in 3-4 months.
Their intention was to get this tech into everyone in the world to get the digital currency system connected, which they attempted to launch last night again. They wanted a cashless society for control. But they can’t control us because too many of us are awake and aware. Are they going to continue to push them? She doesn’t know. There will be a group of people who don’t care about the consequences for humanity. They are not one of us. If they can’t control something it must go away. But they are dropping like flies rapidly now.
Any Insights into the Artemis Rocket? Was it synchronized by the Cult as Some Kind of Ritual?
Kim said she believes they were expecting that Lucifer was coming back to give them superior tech, ARCHONS to use and load on that rocket to get control of the moon. The moon controls the water, we’re made up of water. When they controlled the moon they controlled the humans. This rocket didn’t get launched and they have no hope of doing what they want to do anyway. And it costs money to launch which they don’t have. Whenever she finds a new stash of ARCHONS they get rid of it. And they don’t know where it originated until they try to use it.
There was a scientific reason for controlling the Moon and the Sun and they have control of neither now. Nor do they have Nibiru, which was never a planet. It was a 2 billion year old petri dish. They would move it with the planets they tried to conquer but it’s no longer in existence.

What is the Status of the Chemtrails?
Chemtrails are not as effective without a system to control them. If they don’t have a system to control the ARCHON they stop spraying. So that’s the key. When someone comes up with a new idea that might work to morph it with a digital banking system and social credit system we’ll see spurts of chemtrails.
Kim said she’s aware it’s uncomfortable. It’s in everything, our air and our food so obviously it’s in our person. These are not the ARCHONS of old though, this is their creation, femtotech. So doing a heavy metal detox regularly is advised. Taking pine bark tea or a product called Folium that has pine bark in it also works. Actually the more the better, at least in the interim until she can find, locate and destroy every site they have. But they can always make more chemtrails which requires finding where they are making them. She said they are working on that.
Weather Manipulation?
The situation in Pakistan and New Zealand were definitely manipulated so apocalyptic events would happen. The weather situation was being affected by some advanced technology she found in the Himalayas. But that tech is no longer here, nor are the people running that tech. When water is held back for long periods of time it takes a while to right itself and it’s likely to take about 6 months for that to happen. She said they are cleaning as fast as they can.
Is the Targeted Individual Program Coming to an End?
There isn’t a program for targeted individuals, we are all the target, all 8 billion of us. Shielding is recommended. Be smart.
While I agree with Kim, I would add that there are different degrees of targeting. Kim of course is more highly targeted as is Lisa Renee than someone totally asleep. In my opinion the more awake you are the more the attacks, which will subside soon hopefully.
When Can We Learn More About Natural Law from the Archivists?
Kim said she will hopefully have this information soon. The Archivists are in this fight too. There were people who were specifically blocking this so they could continue their disinformation campaign.
About The Hill of Tara, Can You Tell Us More?
The legend about the 2 witches who blew the horn was a real thing. On the Hill of Tara is a stone called the Lia Fail. Underneath that there was a very large conical spear of gold that went for the veins of gold inside of earth. Well the horns were actually not just a horn. It was special in that it activated a frequency, the sound of death is what it’s called. Just like the sink hole in Siberia about 10 years ago. There was the sound of hell coming from it. Well this spear was very long and large and it would have emitted such a reverberation around the world through the veins of gold affecting the Teutonic plates. It would have caused massive earthquakes and sink holes and we would have heard the sound of death which would have been extremely painful to listen to. It goes back to the breaking of the bowls and the seals in the Bible, as one of the boxes to tick on the fake Apocalypse.
Sitting on top of the King’s Seat (Forradh) of Temair is the most famous of Tara’s monuments – Ireland’s ancient coronation stone – the Lia Fail or “Stone of Destiny”, which was brought here according to mythology by the godlike people, the Tuatha Dé Danann, as one of their sacred objects. It was said to roar when touched by the rightful king of Tara.
Kim said that everything that can be used for bad can also be used for good. The right person, doing their right thing, with the right intention will have an opposite effect on all of earth because light essence can flow through those veins of gold as well.
Closing Thoughts
About Projects
Kim again emphasized that Business Plans should take into account how all things required for your project are sourced and how much they cost. But equally important is that you have to be ready on a physical level and well actually ready on all the planes of existence . This tells the universe whether you are ready or not ready.
People Create Their Own Glass Ceiling
Stop talking about why you can’t and create a list of why you can. Just take away the fear and the glass ceiling you imposed on yourself and do what you FEEL you can achieve. Whether you say you can or you can’t – you’re right.
Fall Harvest Moon – Equinox and Solstice Coming up
Will these remaining operatives and remnants make it to the Fall Harvest Moon? She hopes not. Will some of them realize they aren’t getting anywhere? Who knows? But she doesn’t see the disastrous events they are expecting at the end of September.
Will We Turn a Corner by the End of the Year?
She hopes so, but also stated she had hoped we would have turned that corner at the end of August. Under Marble Mountain and what was found in the Himalayas could have seriously hurt us. These operations were included in the long laundry list that she talked about in the previous post.
The world we create going into this winter depends on what we focus on. What are we doing? Do the mid-term elections matter? No, who cares, it’s just the same people doing the same things. They will likely continue to attack dead Trump and fake Kushner. It’s all so negative. Focus on your community instead. Create the opposite of what they want to create. Knowledge is power so get the information out. Tell the story, the truth. Let everyone know what is really going on. No one knows what is happening in your community like you do.
