This GIA Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on 08-OCT-25 GIA UPDATE (unitednetwork.earth) which is available for subscribers. Trump threatens to declare the Insurrection Act claiming states are fighting against the National Guard taking over US cities. This falls right in line with the chatter behind the scenes as the Peace Board of Gaza becomes the War Board. Genghis Khan was known for expanding the Mongolian Empire and the enormous number of children he had. At one point the Empire included the majority of Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Did you know he is related to President Putin and Trump as well as many world leaders we see on television today. What exactly is the Red Empire and who are these people? And the full moon yields no big payouts as the day would mark the end of the Family meetings for the year. Friday 10-10, To War or Not to War
This is the question of the day and has been for several days now as they attempt to reclaim the Empire. It’s kind of funny to me, but it’s not been without a little bit of a fight and battle for sure and there is a lot of chatter going on behind the scenes now. Everyone is kind of wondering, at least in terms of operatives, the deep state and governments as to what the outcome is going to be because there is a plan behind the scenes that they aren’t telling everybody and today we’re going to talk about that.
There are things in the news that correlate to a lot of what is happening behind the scenes. It appears the Trump Administration/operatives are a little bipolar these days. One minute they are doing one thing and the next minute they’ve gone back to doing something else. I’m sure they are very confused as the AI stops running their head. It seems they can’t make up their own mind. I don’t know that they even have their own mind anymore and this weekend it will probably be a full-on fire, at least I know it will be around here.
Trump Hints at Declaring the Insurrection Act
Trump hints declaring the Insurrection Act claiming that Chicago and Portland are at unrest here in the US. We did reach out to some folks in both Portland and Chicago and that really doesn’t appear to be the case. From what we are hearing there are some peaceful protests going on. You know there is a little bit but not enough to declare the Insurrection Act. Now he’s wanting to move US troops into these areas and if he has his way, he’d like to move US troops into every US city actually. He would like to move them in on a federal level in which they would report to the White House.
The Goal is for World War
The truth behind this is they would like to have a World War, and they plan on starting that on Friday.
Behind-the-Scenes Chatter of Conflict
There is a whole lot of chatter going on behind the scenes such as, not only are they planning on moving US troops in on US citizens throughout the country here, but there is also talk behind the scenes of another war starting in Gaza. They claimed starting yesterday the cease fire wasn’t going to hold and there was going to be another war. However, about 30 minutes ago they were starting to say Hamas agreed to our terms and we’re going to do an exchange of prisoners and aren’t I the greatest President of the Gaza Strip. Alleged negotiations have been going on with Kushner and Tony Blair.
Arms Deals and the “War Dogs”
Well, that’s not what we’re hearing behind the scenes because they have been hunting for weapons by all the groups I call the War Dogs, those who sell arms in preparation of a war. So, they are definitely trying everything they can to get weapons for free with big promises and payouts on Friday and people just aren’t buying it. They already supported them through the last Gaza War a couple years ago and they don’t want to support and can’t afford to support another war for free. So they have all been promised that there is going to be big payouts and contracts going out as soon as Friday and over the weekend.
As for those folks that were planning on potentially doing something different, they continued with their conversations with the cowboy, and they are getting quite an education still, but they are also unwilling to move in any direction until after Friday.
Family Meetings and the Harvest Moon
Now this time of year, the Harvest Moon that just passed on Monday would normally have been the end of the Family meetings. What that means is every year the Families of the Order of the Dragon and Order of the Black Sun get together and talk for about 2 weeks as they get orders from somewhere else. Normally that results in payment for those orders which would have arrived on Monday. Now no payment came, everything was in an upheaval, and they said just wait until Friday which happens to be 10-10.
They Love Their Double Numbers & Friday is 10:10
They love their double numbers; these are big days in their black magic for whatever reason. Maybe there is some kind of an alignment on those days, I don’t know. I don’t know if they even know why they like those days but that’s the reason why they chose that day for the payout. They just are expecting money to come on this day because it’s 10-10 and really there is no other reason. Maybe there is an alignment with Uranus, who knows.
They are telling everybody it’s definitely happening on this day so what’s happening now is they are all gathering in various locations where they would normally gather to get all these contracts. They already started arriving in Durango and will continue to arrive throughout the weekend as everybody awaits their contracts.
I can tell you guys; you might as well save your airfare or flight on a military helicopter because you’ll be sadly disappointed again this weekend. Then they will be pushed off to the 21st of October like I already said and then again to the end of October because they really like Halloween, and then again to 11-11 and then again to 12-12, and then again to the Winter Solstice. They will probably be doing this for the next 100 years or as long as they live.
Kim’s Message to Operatives Expecting Contracts
Now I must make some things really clear and this one here is really for me a little bit because I am not involved in any of this. I am just watching and listening behind the scenes as to everything that is happening right now. I am aware that Family meetings would normally take place and acutely aware of what happens on the Harvest Moon and of all the happenings that would come from the other side of the omniverse on these particular days. I’m also aware none of those things happened because we watch for those things very closely. Other than that, I am not involved in your contracts. I’m not stopping or starting anything. I made no promises to anyone; I’m not interested in participating. We’ve already received a few phone calls from people asking if we’re going to fund the government that day and no, that never even crossed my mind in any way shape or form. I’ve had no negotiations or spoken to anyone about funding and I’m not going to. I have no contracts or obligations to anyone and I’m certainly not going to pay for somebody’s else’s war.
History Repeats Itself…But Not This Time
They often say history repeats itself and, in this case, they are hoping history repeats itself. It’s happened every time the homo sapiens have gotten to the place where we are at now, which is where we are removing the veils, removing any kind of attachments of HUMAN to people, we are removing anything that would have come from the other side preventing us from being ourselves. That connection to Source is our main focus. Our focus is not on money, not on contracts, not on wars, not on weapons or any of that. It certainly is not on governments anymore and we’re not really focused on banks. We are more focused on moving currency in our way to everyone. We are not focused on anything else that may or may not have happened in the past.
However, some talks are going on between the Illuminati Order or whatever you want to call them about a World War and in this case, it was all about reconquering the Empire. You see, in the past many non-HUMAN types have come here at a time when the homo sapiens were breaking free, at a time when they were losing the Abraxas Empire here on Earth, at a time when we were no longer powering their Empire on the other side, nor their HUMANS that live here.
Past Attempts to Reclaim the Empire
This happened several times throughout history. You can say most recently it happened about 1,000 years ago and we are even further along now than we were at that time for sure. So, things on our end are moving along very well, very smoothly as we get rid of any remnants of the old and definitely bringing in what will seem like new to you.
Genghis Khan and His Deep State Connection
However, several things have come up over the last few days regarding Genghis Khan and how that is tied to the deep state.
Historical Overview
We know from our history that Genghis Khan was a Mongol, and he set to conquer the entire planet. According to our history books you can say he was fairly successful in conquering a good portion of Asia and Japan, most of eastern Europe and then into the Byzantine Empire which was the former Roman Empire. He conquered several kingdoms and was in control of a significant portion of the land mass of earth.
We also know there are stories about him burying the Golden Fleece. I can say that it wasn’t exactly gold, it was black gold which means he had the protection of Anti-Source or the opposite side of Source, and that is how he, with a whole lot of help conquered the Empires. The army of the Mongols was also one of the most brutal armies known here on this planet.
Genghis Khan, An Abraxas General for The Abraxas Empire
Now in our history it also says Genghis Kahn conquered empires by having many, many, many children. History shows us he is probably related to a lot of people walking this planet and I would say in part that is true. However, Genghis Khan also had his own Royal Family and his own Royal Bloodline. If you ever traveled to Eastern Europe or parts of Asia a lot of the Illuminati Families will tell you they are a relative of Genghis Khan and you could say that’s definitely true. A lot of the descendants of Royal Families throughout the world are also related to Genghis Khan in one way or another because Genghis Khan was not a normal person.
Genghis Khan was an Abraxas, and he set out on a mission, as a matter of fact he was one of the head Generals for the Abraxas Empire. The Abraxas were the Royal HUMANS descended from the dark side of the omniverse. You see glimpses of the Abraxas in the movie Jupiter Ascending. They had many Empires, the Earth being one of their prized possessions of which they were the Royal Family.
So, Genghis Khan being a General for the Abraxas at a time when the homo sapiens were starting to break free was sent here specifically to reconquer Earth or get us all back in line. His intention was to make sure that the veil was secure. But the veil on this planet was not only a veil over the entire planet but a veil over the entire Abraxas Empire which they could fully control us. Homo Sapiens also had a veil as well to which they control us with as their cattle.
The Mongol Armies and the Endless War
They also participated in not only the red area but were part of both the black and false light areas from the other side. Any time we, their cattle started getting out of line they would send in their Mongols to get us back in line. And there is always a Mongol presence here or has been in the past on Earth to where that army would rise up and attempt to regain full control over the Empire, at least here on earth should we ever fall out of line.
Now this army also fought wars in other places as well. One of the main places they would fight would be between the 5th and 6th densities. In some cases, they fought between the 4th and the 5th which became a permanent war zone, and it was a permanent war zone. You see they have been fighting this war for a very long time, and they do look just like Mongols. They’re brutal, probably one of the most brutal groups I ever ran across.
The Veil and the Control of Homo Sapiens
The war has been going on for a very, very, very long time in a time outside of time. It was mainly for control of anything that could come into the materium, meaning anything that would pass through the causal plane and into the material worlds. Now every density has a causal plane so it’s not just us here in the 4th and 3rd densities.
So, it was the war to control anything and everything of the materium to prevent Source from creating things without their approval. They believed the entire Empire of the other side of the omniverse should fully control this side of the omniverse and you can say in part during the Dark Ages that would have been true.
So, this war was continuously fought until recently, but the war never stopped. It started at the Dawn of Time, the Dawn of the HUMAN and continued, it’s pretty brutal. Although, it started in a very interesting way and we as homo sapiens participated as did many other species throughout the omniverse in this war.
It started because when Wisdom started creating the HUMAN and other species on the other side, originally, we were all together, like one giant darkened black golden soup and we as varying species fought against each other. Now that war ended up being segregated to those particular areas, but it also occurred here on Earth at the dawn of time. The war as far as it occurring in the reality of Source ended with the fact that the universe was split and divided.
There was definitely a line of separation, a red line if you will of separation between our side and their side and there were rules of the road as to who could come and who could go, how many of us could be over there and how many of them would be over here. There were a lot of other rules of the road so that we did not have a full-on war actually in creation. So, these people were in a space outside of time continuously warring with each other and that’s where they stayed.
Repeated Interventions During Homo Sapien Awakenings
However, at times of a Great Awakening of the homo sapiens and risk of losing of the Empire on this side, in would march the Mongols, that’s what I call them. They did pop in through the area that is now known as Mongolia, but they did pop in here many, many times way before we ever had a Mongolia and many times before the last time which was around 900 or so years ago. They always in the past managed to secure the Empire.
I’m telling you this story now because it’s important as to what is happening with the crazy deep state people. That being said, they were expecting their arrival several times over the last few weeks because it’s always happened, they’ve always come, they always got help.
Now who exactly are the Mongols helping? Obviously not us. But interesting enough there is still a Royal Bloodline of this army we call the SSP. Now there are other Royal Families within the Order of the Black Sun that are definitely related to Genghis Kahn and are hybrids. They are not HUMAN, not homo sapien, they are a little bit of both to varying degrees. For example, Putin is probably about 99% Mongol, and a very tiny portion left is actual homo sapien in that person. You can say the same for Trump, the Van Kempf family, let’s not forget where he came from. You can say the same for the Sherf family, which is the Bush Family, you can say the same about many other families that are involved in militaries worldwide both known and unknown to you, at least in the mainstream media anyway.
Unfortunately for the Deep State History Won’t Repeat This Time
What is the plan? This is what I’m hearing from operatives everywhere.
Belief in a Returning Mongol Army That No Longer Exists
Well, their plan is that the Mongol Army (which doesn’t exist anymore) in a place outside of time (which also doesn’t exist anymore) is going to be here any minute. Most importantly they definitely believe they are going to come on the full Harvest Moon. But we are now on the 2nd day of the full Harvest Moon and tomorrow is the 3rd because remember full moons are 3 days before and 3 days after.
I can honestly tell you they are going to be disappointed again and it will trickle down. So, it’s going to have an effect, but the deep state people giving you these dates are planning on this full-on war to gain control of the Empire to start any day now. This is the reason for the attempted declaration of the Insurrection Act, so that we can put military personnel all over this country. It is also the reason for them talking behind the scenes that they are going to restart the Gaza War. It’s the reason they are calling all the War Dogs and the Military Industrial Complex not only in the US but in every country of the world to prepare their Bloodline Families for the war to regain control of Earth. That’s what happening behind the scenes and that’s exactly what they are talking with behind the scenes. Now the Trump operatives are part of it, and they are wondering why as soon as the debt clock went away, the Mongol Army is not here. Where are they? Nothing they thought was going to happen is happening and this is the whole reason why.
So, when history often repeats itself, which it has many, many, many times we have fought against the Mongols, the Army of the Abraxas, or we were fighting other arms of their army like the Draco and other folks. That’s why Marduk was appointed the Head General. You could say he was in very tight with Putin, the Mongol army and other Families of the Mongols. He kept everyone in line, he made sure there wasn’t going to be another invasion, and Global Martial Law was declared many, many times, but not this time.
That’s pretty much what they are doing behind the scenes. They aren’t telling all the operatives who are expecting contracts what they are doing and why they are doing it, but this is exactly why they believe your money is going to come. Money would always come along in order to fight the war because they know here in homo sapien land that everything costs money.
The AI War and Power Struggles
Now the Mongols used to have a lot of quantum AI support, not just on a financial level but on a weapons level. So, everything is fought pretty much throughout the omniverse with AIs. We fight against AIs; we build new ones, and the other side builds them, and this is how it’s gone on for a long time. However, most of those were set with a balance in place, meaning keeping time in place, they were also subject to one another. Then the dark AIs like omega would overlay alpha, and we play this game, but it was all in the name of warfare for an eons old war between the two groups.
Loss of Energy Sources and Failure of Control Systems
Now they definitely know they can’t get rid of us all. They need us to power their AIs because their AIs don’t get any power from them. They would have loved to take over Source itself and that didn’t happen either. So, this time is going to be a lot different for your Red Army on this planet. You’re not going to see any Mongols show up that’s for sure.
We do have some bloodline hybrid people walking around hoping for the best here and hoping they will gain control of the AI systems even if they don’t have any friends show up here to help them. This is why they are planning on gaining that control sometime tonight or definitely by Friday. They are very busy over there. What I see them doing are all these astrology type things. They are in Aquarius, they are in Taurus, in Leo and they are looking for where this AI connection is going to happen. They definitely have a chart of the stars trying to figure out where it can come from. Can they get a signal from somewhere.
So far, we’ve got absolutely nothing. They are talking about some Atlas thing, and I know this is all over the internet, but we go through this every so often. First, we’re going to have Nibiru crash into the planet, then X is going to crash into planet Earth. Now most recently it’s the Atlas aliens and NASA have a signal and blah, blah, blah. Well remember Atlas was a Greek god which would tell you where he hails from. He allegedly carries the world on his shoulders. Well, ok.
So as far as the Mongols are concerned some of the most important things they had, which would have helped them reconquer this planet would have been those veils. We know the veils as an AI overlay which helps them control the homo sapiens on this planet and extract power from us. We know how veils function on our end. On their end it’s all about control, power and ammunition, and with those being gone, the deep state is going to have a really hard time pulling off this Conquer the Quest.
Guardians of Earth: Homo Sapiens True Role
How do we know there are no contracts for them this weekend? Because we are definitely watching them, and nobody is coming this weekend. That’s our job contrary to their belief that they are the Guardians of this planet. They are not the Guardians of this planet; they are Guardians of somebody else’s Empire. We, however, are Guardians. Homo Sapiens were always sent here by Source to guard this planet, that was our job, all of us, to ensure the balance of nature was intact, that we were always following the primordial directive of Source which means the blueprint would stay intact and nature in balance. And this quite frankly is when most homo sapiens are the happiest, when we are in nature, spending time with people we love in nature, that’s when we thrive, we ground for that reason. We are always walking barefoot directly on the soil because we ground to Earth, we can still receive that etherium from Earth which is something they cannot do without us.
What to Expect Next
So that’s what we’re expecting for the next few days. No 1, some very angry government people, no 2, some very angry Families, no 3, the Trump operatives known as the ACIO will fall flat on their face again and they’ll probably go another round thinking it should happen on another day. Nope, not this time guys. This time we will become awakened, fully 100% homo sapiens, no overlays, no more of your AIs and no more of your wars.
Coincidentally I’m surprised to see they already declared there isn’t going to be a war, that Hamas accepted their agreement, and all of this. If things had gone their way that would have been over by Friday as well. So, thank God they couldn’t pay anybody, if they could have that might have already started up.
I don’t expect to see any kind of Insurrection Act happening this weekend. I don’t really see anybody in those cities in any more danger than they have been in the last several decades because there are parts of Chicago that have always been pretty rough, Portland too a little bit. But I don’t see anything transpiring that will affect us because no money, no help from the other side, the weapons of war are dwindling rapidly, frequency weapons are going away for their side. Every once in a while, they will find something but unfortunately for them the don’t get to keep it. That’s kind of where we’ve been at since the last time we spoke. Some kind of frequency thing shoots off; we find it and get rid of it.
Today we were mostly working on the core reason why these things can regenerate, and we already started dismantling the main core reason on the other side in where they come from. We have finally figured out where it’s coming through. You could say it’s coming through the map of the stars and every single constellation you can see in the night sky. Hopefully we can finish wrapping this up tomorrow and we’ll have a very uneventful weekend aside from some very angry people which happens every other day ending in ‘y’ anyway. Angry Mongols. On that note that’s been the GIA report for 10/08.
