This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on July 28, 2023 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. I did not think it was still possible for another actual apocalypse at this point, but I was wrong. Marduk had yet another system hidden, cloaked that Kim could not find initially. She sought help from Source for the first time evidently and boy was Source angry about what Marduk had left for us. Kim said it was a first for her, to see the Creator angry. Fortunately, between Source, Kim and her team the system was dismantled. Some more non-repairable people were identified in the process and are no more. Kim then seized the personal accounts of those still remaining in the Order of the Dragon! So this should get interesting.

UFO Disclosure Program the Government is Running
We are starting to see in mainstream media how the government is talking about UFOs. It is a very limited disclosure, but they are letting people know that there is non-human biologics here. Kim said a lot of this has to do with the ultimate program, the installation they were running with a One World Government which is run not by humans. Not the humans from this planet (aka the Abraxas I believe she is referring to).
Is there a need for disclosure? Eventually yes. But these hearings that do not say anything are probably not the way to go.

Mitch McConnell Weirdness
According to Kim’s recent findings Mitch McConnell definitely had a different kind of chip. It was a special kind of implant and not really a chip and Mitch was not the only one who had one. There were about 30 people within the US government that she found having this which was tied to something much deeper. This implant was more about subliminal messaging rather than full mind control. This existed not only within the US but all governments around the world. There were a few select individuals in every government that would start these strange programs and input would be there from these implants. They were being told what to say and eventually that stopped. It was setup specifically for governments and control of governments on behalf of the original world government, which is why she mentioned the UFO disclosure. Obviously that did not take place and the people with these special implants have been located and she has rectified the situation.

Apocalypse Attempt 12.0 or is it 14.0?
After reporting the news on Wednesday Kim went back to her job to find Apocalypse 12.0 had begun. They had informed a lot of people within the government and a lot of the agencies this was going to happen and there was a real attempt at another Apocalypse. But whatever number attempt this one was, it is too many!
So Marduk left us with many gifts. He is like the gift that keeps on giving and never goes away. What he left in place for us this time, so they could ensure his programs was an Apocalypse 12.0 switch in the Prambanan Temple in Indonesia. The party that pushed the button was a family member of Sukarno. If you have been in the alt media world you would have heard about Sukarno’s accounts, Neil Keenan, and the Indonesian Elders. That is where that information comes from.
So, this guy goes in and pulls the rip cord and we are all allegedly going to die. For the first time ever Kim went to Source to figure out what is going on and why everybody was upset. And she was surprised to find that Source was mad, really angry. She said it was the first time ever for her to witness.
The Creator and Kim Cancel Latest Apocalypse
So our Creator started stacking up a bunch of equipment and stuff that he had found in this density, which obviously comes from the astral plane and then the etherical plane. Then it comes into matter, so you must get rid of it at the base root which also gets rid of it here. What Kim saw were almost holograms of things that were to come be in the future and she spent several hours cancelling Apocalypse 12.0. And this guy who pulled the rip cord is no longer us either.
I finally had a chance to watch that Lara Croft movie Kim mentioned not too long ago. The reason she pointed it out was because she was trying to describe a machine that they had, which they had no idea what it really did. The best she could find of that machine was depicted in this movie, Lara Croft Tomb Raider. Below is what they showed us on UNN and I included that screenshot in the below Situation Report.
But having watched the movie there seems to be even more connections to what she is now reporting. And I included another screenshot of the machine she was referring to below where the planets are rotating around. But before that scene in the movie the main characters were at the Prambanan Temple in Indonesia. It is the same place Kim pointed out in this Situation Report.
Then the characters end up going to Siberia where that machine Kim described was. The one with all the planets circling around.
And of course, they were waiting for an alignment, that comes around every 5,000 years.
I just thought it was interesting. This movie seems to have more going on related to the latest developments Kim reported on.
This Started a Steamroll of Events
The Order of the Dragon just did not want to give up on the dream. They are supposed to be a one world government. All of this is supposed to be taking place, they have been preparing for it and are to be the Kings of Earth with much less of us humans here. It just did not end. So, this was another one of those instances that followed yesterday.
Another gift from Marduk started the night before when China called and made threats that if the Chinese economy goes down the American economy is going to go down as well. Kim said okay, how exactly are they planning to do this? Then she started to figure something out, an additional gift from Marduk in China.
The Additional Gift from Marduk in China Based on Another Alignment
The major facility was based in the Chengyang Mountains but they had remote terminals for lack of a better term in all their key laboratories in China. Well, the system was not fully functioning yet. It was based on the alignment of the Sun-Mercury-Regulus Star-Venus-Earth. Once this alignment connected, which does not happen very often (I’m guessing every 5,000 years like in the movie) the system would have turned on.
System Features and Why We Do Not Want It
- Some sort of blue beam technology with features that would have allowed for fake alien holographic attacks to unite the world in a one world government with China at the helm.
- Financial Omega system reintegration.
- Weather weapons, scorch the Earth project. Extreme heat project which is why many parts of the world have been experiencing a heat wave. In part it is a climate change fundraiser and another part they wanted to do.
- Connections to mRNA from vaccines.
- Birth and death certificate control systems to determine how many people could live for ultimate population control, for those of us who did not die of the apocalypse or any other mechanism involved with this system.
- Central bank digital currency. It would have had more quantum computing power because it was not human produced technology, but it was not true quantum because there was no connection to the lower astral. If there was though, it would have been a true quantum remote system. She would say it would have had the capacity to launch some form of central bank digital currency if she allowed it to, but that really was not the worst part. It had some additional features like earthquake machines, access to the LOE (low orbiting earth) satellite system and it could have created a disruption in the microwave mesh.
- There were some ties to 5G and the Covid boxes they were putting in all the 5G towers. I remember seeing some memes of the chips that said Covid 19 on those boxes. This was reported on in the alt media.
- A special made in material was given to them by Marduk which would be in all electronics, anything they manufactured in China and places they exported to.

The reason why China wanted to take control of all the earth’s rare earth minerals had to do with the fact even if China no longer produced the computer chips, cell phones, satellite systems and other things these rare earth minerals are used for, they could use a supply of material, a special made in material into everything that they make. This special material was given to them by Marduk 50-100 years ago.
They worked very hard in the African continent and the US as well to make this happen. In the US it was under the Paris Climate Control Treaty that Obama had agreed to and she thinks Trump walked away from. Then Biden put us back in and that involved putting UN substations on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land in the US to control rare earth minerals within the US so then they could have them processed in China.
That means all their electronics, anything they manufactured in China and places they exported to like Taiwan who manufactures about 80% of the world’s computer chips, there would be a receiver for the made-in materials you inserted in every bit of processed rare earth minerals you sent around the world. Think about what kind of control you would have if you could control the world’s supply and were the ones doing all the processing that allowed access to nearly everything electronic in the world.
Status of the System Marduk Left for Us
So, this was the global control program that they would have had access to had Kim not found it and dismantled it with Source’s help. She would have eventually found it though, if they tried to fire it up. But now you can kind of see the overall picture of where they were going with the global currencies and mRNA.
Lucky for us they panicked when there was no apocalypse and they fired it up early. This was not supposed to fire off and launch globally until October. They would have had a few months to make sure all the stuff they were going to try to attach would have gone everywhere. And with their media narrative control they would have started the alien disclosure and that China is the best, the hero and are saving the world. And if it was not China then Russia is saving the world, so they are in partnership with the Red Dragon in Russia. This whole thing ties to where they were going for their survival if Marduk was no longer here and ties into the 5-year extension agreement Kim told us about last time.
Submissions Kim Received Since the System Was Dismantled
Since that system or machine was totally dismantled yesterday by mid-afternoon Kim’s time, she had submissions for several different things. Before she was having the archivists reject them, but now Kim thought she would respond and is adding little notes because these are near and dear to her.

But in looking at the world as a hole she rightly thought it was kind of a mess and there is no way they are qualified to do this. When their family originally took guardianship, meaning the entire Line of Solomon, they were fully aware that their job was to take care of the earth, keep balance, and not let us be overrun by demons from the lower astral. They were cut off from their major source of funding which was from the Alpha system and still they kept going. So that being said, Kim rejected their offer. Are we surprised and shocked? Why do they do this when they know they are submitting to Kim? Maybe they thought with this alignment that would be changed, or maybe Marduk promised them he would be back? Well neither of those scenarios happened and it is still Kim, not a Draco, not Anu or Marduk.
Kim described herself as just a human doing her job and unlike them, she understands her job. She understands the responsibilities she took on, and understands that included security. She understands like a mom what you need to do to take of someone, and in this case 8 billion someones. So, she gets it. She is not greedy, she is not here for power, she does not want to control the world, she does not want to sit on the throne and be called Queen. All she wants to do is her job and take a vacation, eventually.
China’s Ultimate Plan | Moving the Fed to Hong Kong
It was a big surprise for those in America who were in cooperation with the central bank digital currency that China had plans to move the Federal Reserve along with the FedNow system over to Hong Kong. Kim first heard about this in 2013. After they burned the USD to the ground, they would move it over to Hong Kong where it would manage the world’s digital currency supply. We’ve heard her talk about this numerous times but those in the thick of it still had not idea? Oh boy. Therefore, they would re-up the new central banking system and we would go right back where we started from more than a hundred years ago. The only difference is it is over there and not here in America.
So, all of you CIA agents and NSA people and all who worked really hard to install the FedNow system, that is what you were going. She knows a lot of them are patriots, they were sold a bill of goods, but they need to understand the truth if they are going to move forward. Do we need a Federal Reserve around? The only reason they want it is for power and control of the world’s allocation of money because the world runs on money, or used to. But this is not what we are doing here.
BRICS Nations | Expected Large Shares of USD
The BRICS nations were very disappointed this morning. Russia, India, South Africa, Brazil, they were all expecting their new part in this system which entailed large shares in the USD. That was another feature because the USD is still the world’s trading currency at the moment. It would have been a step. The next step is the whole world would have owned shares in USD or USN, and by the way it would have continued to be fiat.
So, it would not have been run by the US government or agencies as they were promised. It would have been run by all the countries that had interest in USD. Now initially that sounds fair, every country has a share. But in reality, when you tie it to a system that has birth and death certificate control, mRNA control, weather weapons and scorch earth tech, what would happen to your country if you didn’t comply with what they wanted with your currency? It is no longer a little IMF threat where they devaluate your currency overnight and tank it in the global market. No, this time they would have had the ability to turn your country to dust, all with the stroke of a keyboard which was provided to them by Marduk. A scary world we would have lived in.
Reports Coming from Operatives at BRICS Meeting
As Kim mentioned in the past, the agency people show up 2-3 weeks ahead of time and make all the deals before the actors come and shake hands a few weeks later. Well reports are coming in from the BRICS meeting that this is absolute chaos. As of today, when they found out about this system and that it did not come off, total chaos ensued because ‘where is the money coming from?’ They knew nothing about this system though and how deep it went and without central bank digital currency it is incomplete.
China Deep State’s Plan Regarding Money in C.A.R.E. Accounts
For China’s deep state part, now they are telling their people that if you have these C.A.R.E. accounts in your central bank you might want to use them. We will help you use them. Oh sure they will help them use them. If they are planning on doing that with the US Treasury Kim will be on it. That money will disappear faster than it showed up. She will ensure if you purchased a pen for the Office of Treasury she will reverse that money out back from the store. That is how serious she is.
If they intend on supporting China’s torch the world program, they have lost their minds. Those days are over, that is not happening anywhere. If they end up doing normal trade with China, be aware that any kind of made-in material is probably not what you want to buy anymore. It is the reason why everyone complains about the metals for example, in steel beams and iron that is produced there or processed there, because it is substandard. It is why things break. They have materials that do not belong there in these things. And think about how many buildings they built in the US lately and military bases in Canada and the Caribbean?
In Summary
The people who think Kim is the enemy could not be further from the truth. And by the way she does not need anyone to advise her militarily. She is pretty good at security at this point. And to sum things up, today was that Sun-Mercury-Regulus Star-Venus-Earth alignment which would have allowed a connection between all of these things she just outlined to power up. The full moon is coming up in 3 days and they also had a backup Saturn-Moon matrix that was hidden, it was cloaked. So, they did have a lot of big plans. She has to hand it to the Draco for all the evil they committed in this world and their attempts trying to re-up it.
Treasury Was Stalling, Now Kim Knows Why
Kim now understands why there has been a lot of shuffling of papers delaying the process of releasing funding and why all the hacking is going on at various places around the US, the ISS Lab as one example in Houston. American, British, and Chinese military were all involved looking for any bits or remnants of this system. They were expecting something to appear. They had to know what they were looking for otherwise you would not know that it was supposed to be there. Which means they must have known what they planned to do to us. Are they truly non-repairable? Or were they just afraid in case the Apocalypse 12.0 happened? Who knows? But Kim said they should have some faith in their Ground Commander. Not a grain of sand was out of place Wednesday afternoon despite the impending Apocalypse 12.0.
Order of the Dragon Broke As of Today!
In response to the latest Apocalypse attempt all the Order of the Dragon families woke up completely broke the next morning. That means not dime exists in their accounts and their credit cards do not work. She does not know who they are getting money from now, maybe their aids, maybe their maids, who knows. They were probably just trying to hold out until this went out like a hitch last night, but everything failed and they are still submitting agreements as she was talking. They are still trying.
I think we can all agree these people are non-repairable.

I am very happy with our ground commander from planet earth and her team. You just don’t have to imagine what all would have happened if they had not intervened.
Fortunately they also destroyed all those covid boxes in the 5 G towers and from what I understand the satellites they control which made all those who were chipped by the MNRA vaccinations
are now also saved from their future cyborg existence.
I really notice a difference in the people who have that alien technology in their system. After their jab(s), they started acting forgetful, dementia-like, zombie-like. I no longer recognized the people who had been coaxed into such a creepy shot. It was as if they had lost themselves.
And now see a huge difference taking place. They are becoming their own selves again. The forgetfulness is gone and so is the zombie behavior.
That is quite a lot of evidence to me because I found their behavior very worrisome .

I know you haven’t posted Aug. 4th’s Update yet…..but I can’t wait for that, because i am so very frustrated right now! I do not understand WHY UNN will not allow even their paid subscribers to share these updates! It makes no sense according to the Restoration Plan. Doesn’t she want people to learn the truth?! There is no good reason for this block. None. I have followed Kim for about 2 years now. And I happened to ask the wrong questions in the CARE chat on Telegram and am now blocked. So not only am i unable to share the updates, but my voice has been silenced on the only platform that is connected to UNN.
When i was blocked it forced me to see that something is wrong. Because, If this group was truly working with our Creator……they would handle people with LOVE! And i promise you that the only love being shown by those people in that chat room is to those that praise Kim, and prop up UNN. If you question Kim or their agenda……you are attacked, and if you defend yourself even kindly you are blocked.
Something is not on the up and up.
Because i have done my research into the validity of Jesus Christ…..and have also had my own personal experience with the power behind his Name….. She refers to God in strange ways that don’t portray a closeness with God. I have heard many many testamonies from people that have experienced our creator and they ALL speak of him with such love and respect…..that Kim lacks. why?
I wanted to just believe her when i first found her. But after falling for Trump and Q…. i wanted to believe that too! So much so that i refused to look at anything that contradicted their narrative. But when the simplest questions were met with shaming and being blocked from whatever platform i was using…..i started looking into all of it .And learning that i had been badly tricked…. freaked me out. Because they had done a very good job of hyping up the Q military crap.
The one thing that grounded me was experiencing being shamed and blocked for asking basic questions. I was accused of trying to promote fear, and of bringing negativity. And that is EXACTLY what happened in Kim’s Care chat on Telegram.
So pretty much i have no way of sharing the info that i hear on UNN. And silenced, forced to sit muzzled. my questions don’t matter? my concerns are hateful?
Something is not right here.
Maybe Kim’s ego ( and wether you admit it or not KIM HAS AN EGO!) has allowed her to be tricked….(even the Devil can present himself as an Angel of light) or the God i know is a lie…..sorry but i do not believe the latter.
