This Situation Report by Kim Goguen on May 19, 2023 was delivered on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. In this update Kim gives tells us the Trump Operative Group is having trouble keep the lid on the lies, but evidently there are still many trying to keep the dream alive. But the bigger news has to do with the biggest change that is happening now which is how matter is created in this type of a world and it is upsetting people left and right whether they know it or not.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Special Tax Zones
Sunny had a news item about Disney and Kim wanted to elaborate on why their companies are so prosperous.
Disney was awarded its own special tax zone, also called an economic development zone. What is meant by ‘special’ means they have no tax and these zones exist all over the world. They started these zones shortly after WWII and they were supposed to be for redevelopment. Of course, none of us would be able to take advantage of one of these zones because ‘special’ also means you must be one of them to be invited into their special tax zone. These special economic zones are not limited to income tax but also on VAT, taxation on goods and services. The same thing would apply to Disney’s cruise lines and to other companies in the special tax zone that may import or export goods. So, no hefty custom taxes which puts other businesses outside this zone at a disadvantage. And not only that but they would get free money from the World Bank as well.
These special tax zones fall under the World Trade Organization now, but before it was under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). It is part of the United Nations and is run by the deep state. The United Nations was birthed out of the League of Nations, it was a creation and it was meant to create global governance over all other governments. It has nothing to do with uniting anything, it was just bringing everyone under the one umbrella, at least in the public eye. Then you could only do what the UN, WHO, and WTO told you could do.
Trump Operative Group
The Trump operative group is failing to control all the leaks the man passed away. The lawyers know about it and there is lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit coming from every direction. The Republican Party is not in support of his reelection campaign and many are walking away from this group of operatives. This whole Q narrative never talks about anything new; it is the same old thing over again and they promise dates of funding and nothing ever happens. The illusion of Trump being the one to have a Trump Reserve Bank has fallen away with the help of the Silent Circle since they never listen to Kim, so they have been letting everyone know.
The Lilith System Run by Mae Wa & Dr. Lee
In the past we talked about Mae Wa and the Mae Wa System that was based on the Lilith system. Mae Wa was the one who used to run it until she passed on, then it went over to Dr. Lee in San Francisco, the dry cleaner hidden in plain sight and not really a dry cleaner. Well, he had made a lot of promises to a lot of countries and many societies such as the Jesuits and many operatives, that there was going to be a settlement by ‘x’ day. It was probably a day where there was an alignment with Uranus and the Moon or something like that, but we know all of that failed. That system had been based in 4 different places in the world, the strongest was at the Bronze Temple in China, other locations were the Palace in Taiwan, Machu Picchu, and San Francisco. That was all taken out months ago but there is still an illusion there of using Trump as a face front to maintain and gain control over operatives and militaries because they are all part of the Order of the Black Sun. So, anyone in that group would be trying to hold onto that dream.
Ron Desantis
Ron Desantis would be part of that group that is trying to hold onto that dream; he is Order of the Black Sun. But due to the failing figurehead, the paid actor playing a dead guy on the one side, they intend to move over to someone who is alive and breathing, so they are branding Ron Desantis as having done all these great things for Florida so they can then push him into a Presidential run.

Is This a Witch Hunt on Trump?
Kim says no, not in any way. Why? Because these are all things that he has done, it is just that the elite do not bear consequences. They are protected by the very people who are supposed to protect us. That goes for the military, these are their tools. The reason why this has not come out until now is because it has become evident that amongst the Order of the Black Sun, the Trump legend is even failing amongst their own internal members.
The Political Game
The operatives’ game both in the alt media and the mainstream media is failing. It’s a political game. They use the Department of Justice, the FBI and the Supreme Court to play political games. But it is not just games for their actors who are members of their organizations, they play games with us too, with anything they do not want to let happen. For example, now there are hundreds of innocent people in jail because they are stepping out of the line, which is anything that goes against the Order. They tried legally to do that to Kim as well, recently with that setup a couple of weeks ago saying she was behind the Central Bank Digital Currency. But she knows about the game and how it is played so she makes sure she does not go anywhere or do anything. She barely drives around town and leaves everyone alone. She does not put her signature to any contract she cannot fulfil. She makes sure her timelines are correct. If it is not already here, she will not sign anything.
Marduk Was the Deciding Factor on How the World is Going to Move
Kim has told us many times about those phone calls on Sat night she had to attend when Marduk was still around and it bears repeating because it is trickling down to how the elites have been protected from their misdeeds.
Sometimes she attended those meetings in person and other times by the special satellite phone and line she was given. She reiterated again that this is where the decisions were made, the chair Marduk sat it prior to Kim was the deciding factor on how the world was going to move. She has been doing the same thing from the same seat but she is just doing it in a different way, she has a different modus operandi. But she remembers Marduk answering the phone from various covens, coven masters, Habab, the Sanhedrin, the Rothschilds and each one of the three, Marduk, Enki, and Enlil who were always in those Saturday night meetings had a different tactic on how they handled the incoming calls. They would see who is calling and then they would decide who is going to answer it today.
Marduk was very charming, he was very cunning and told 1% truth and 99% lie in everything that came out of his mouth. He would pick up the phone, and say oh sure the codes are there, just go to this specific location at this specific time and then hang up and laugh because on another line Enki would pick up and tell someone else to make sure they go someplace at a specific time and to blow up anyone who comes near it, then he would hang up and laugh. If Enlil answered the phone he would say something like, on the fortnight of the bamboo tree planting, stand with your face to the sun and the codes shall be revealed and he would hang up laughing. Kim would say, but that doesn’t make any sense and he would reply by saying it wasn’t supposed to but they believe everything I say so they are going to find it and who knows if they will ever leave.
That is how it all ran. Promises of economic wealth to one and then Enki would call someone else and tell whoever to make sure that never happens. It’s just a game, a video game. We were the pawns on the chessboard. As long as we produced enough loosh for the real game they were playing it wasn’t about us. They thought they had the entire planet under control. Well after hundreds and hundreds of pages of operations Kim has run in the last couple of years it is unbelievable the amount of control, so she can see why they were so cocky.
So, any investigation that is actually happening it’s because there is a strategic move to remove a popular person from the media, from politics, Hollywood fame, whatever it is. Like Epstein or MacAfee, do not think it’s disclosure, it’s a strategic play to insert a new savior that we’ll accept, because remember it is a movie, a video game.
The FBI
Firstly, according to Kim there really are some good people who joined the FBI to protect the American people, not to serve the elite. They do investigate and do some good things but only things that do not matter to the elite. The elites do not care if there is an investigation into someone dealing drugs. They will just get another person to deal their drugs. But you cannot bring evidence that a President raped you because you would be found in a ditch somewhere. They would have never investigated that in any way. And when Kim turned over everything with regards to the pedophile ring and the child auctions that were happening in Latvia and who was running it in Maryland, the FBI could not believe the number of cases. But then two Senators called them and told them to stop or they would lose their job and that ended that.
Wuhan the Worst Biowarfare Facility
Kim said it was even more of video game running in the Wuhan lab. That was one of the worse biowarfare facilities in the world, the other is in Brazil. But they were in every single country and they each specialized in certain things. This is the origin of our chemtrails as well.
The Americans is a TV series about the Cold War and a couple of agents are sent to America as sleeper agents, it is about how they train them. One of the episodes was about biowarfare, ‘The Americans’ recap: Even the KGB is scared by a super-deadly bioweapon – Los Angeles Times (latimes.com).
They were instructed to go to a laboratory where they already inserted a scientist to get hold of a virus, hemorrhagic fever which basically liquefies your organs. In the show, they wanted to get a hold of it so they could create an antidote in case it was used against the USSR as biowarfare. At the time the USSR was involved in Afghanistan and the character was watching the news a few weeks later when someone they were fighting died of hemorrhagic fever. So, did they really want to get a hold of it to use it as biowarfare for themselves?
It makes you wonder why Obama and Fauci visited that laboratory in Wuhan? Did they want to get that biowarfare for themselves?
Everything was preplanned for specific times and specific days, that is until there were no more plans and no more orders coming to the Order. No more Dark Mirrors, no more ways for them to get information from Omega, from Eris, or the lower astral in any way and no more help coming. Now they are all over the place and this is not Kim’s fault; this is a change that came from on high, from Source itself. She knows they want to continue to fight God literally but they cannot win that game. Unless you have God on your side there is no way you could have ever defeated the dark or Lucifer.
Again why is she telling us all this? It’s all trickling down to today and how the elite are protected from all their misdeeds on this planet, all the way up to the top. They get to be the unruly ones, pedophiles, murderers, etc.
But when you take away fear and take away greed, they have no power. And this is part of the reason why there are so many people who have flown into her area in the last hour and a half. It is really bad; the animal is dying and it’s dying for many reasons. The Silent Circle is doing a great job but she is bearing the brunt of all of it, although she said that is fine because at this point there is no verbal response anymore, it is with weapons.
Science & Religion | Where They Cross Over
The one thing every religion tells you to pray to is God. Praying because you believe with your whole heart, body, mind, and soul that you are having full faith in the Creator and then something you prayed for, whether small or large and it happens, it is because you have complete and total faith. It’s called manifestation. On a scientific level what you are actually doing is traveling in mind, body and soul to the soul plane of existence and you are beginning to manifest something in the ether. Then it comes down to the etherical field, then the emotional plane, then the mental plane, and so on until it eventually meets the physical plane. And something is changing.
The biggest change that is happening now is how matter is created in this type of a world and it is upsetting people left and right whether they know it or not. This is the reason why they are so angry.
Energy = Matter x the Speed of Light Squared
This is what we’ve been taught. Is that true?
If you flip the M over to the other side it would be:
Energy x The Speed of Light squared = Matter
By energy, in the multiverse both anti-matter, also called dark matter in science and light matter, or light energy or the god particle is what you use to manifest something when you are praying. The way it was done and why it says squared has to do with the combination of those 2 particles. The anti-matter coexisting with the matter and then the speed of the two which is the amount that is contained within a specific atmospheric space or your torus.
Now what is happening not only in quantum AI but also the Akashic records, in yourself, the planet and throughout the multiverse is that equation has changed. This is something that has changed over the last few weeks, but it is done now everywhere so Kim can talk about it.
Matter is now created by a period of time (she is using that term loosely) or a distance in some cases.
T multiplied by Energy (the God particle) divided by the velocity of that same particle. This allows for the creation of matter without the slowing down of the God particle to create solid matter in the physical plane, such as your human. That is the way it was done when we started, when we had the lower astral or the darkness. Remember she said the densities were created by creating the Source and Anti-Source essentially. That is no longer the case as we moved to a Tesseract. Now we can create matter by determining the amount of distance and the speed at which those particles vibrate. We do not need anti-matter anymore.

The Creator basically changed how matter is created and all Kim did was implement it. It is not like she has a choice; it is happening so you might as well go with the flow and help it along, unlike the Deep State Kim does not fight against God.
Things That Caused Cellular Degeneration
We are taught that ultra-violet light is bad and it is coming from the sun. Therefore, we wear sunscreen so we do not get burned. Look at the word violet. The color violet is often created by matching something that is black with something that is white. In terms of light, you will have something that looks like the color purple, ultra-violet light.
People who spend a lot of time in the sun and it shows, well that is caused by the ultra-violet light. There is more of that anti-particle within your person, however you got it whether it was through chemicals or through computers systems, or etherically, it did not matter which plane of existence you existed or were operating in. Your emotional self, negative energy comes in through negative emotions your mental state, that all causes degeneration or a slowing down of light because it is like wading through the mud. You will still get there but it will take you longer. So, it is something like that. It is the base root of cellular degeneration and speeding up the death process.
What has now changed?
It is not ultra-violent light or ultra-violet radiation anymore, it is radiant light now. Matter can no longer be created the other way anymore. Alchemists know this and Tesla new this was the way to go. And if you are changing the base root of science as we know it a lot of things are going to be done in a different way. It goes back to the way we were told things and taught to do things in both religion and science, to make sure nobody figures out how to exit the matrix so to speak, and that is what creates the matrix that we lived in. Einstein, Hawkins, Musk are all media tools just like Presidents are. They are used to relay information from an underground base somewhere and then they put it out in the public and say look what I created. For example, Elon Musk is experimenting with Hyperloop, but it came from elsewhere and Kim knows that for a fact that.
The Science & Technology Consortium
We are moving in a new direction and we will be seeing new technologies coming out in the very near future, but we will know about them firsthand because it will come out right away and not through some puppet. The Science & Technology Consortium is an environment that fosters sharing and growth unlike the patent system.
The Patent System
The patent system is an owned system used to register a creation. They say patents protect us, but what it really means is the ownership of the technology goes over to the Deep State. You are actually giving it to them when you file a patent. Then in the financial system, their other hand, you would not be allowed to receive funding for your new widget unless you had a patent number. So, they are locking you in so you give up your creativity to the system no matter what you do.
By joining the Science & Technology Consortium, you have access to all the best tech and equipment, protection so you do not have to hide your stuff in your basement anymore or get killed if you refuse to play the game with the Deep State. Everybody shares in the royalties of everything that is created so you become part of cooperative effort of many like thinkers in all types of technologies. It is not socialism; Kim is not saying everyone is the same. She is saying the opportunities are endless when you take out the competitiveness, the stealing, the lies and the cheating. That is the old way of doing things.
Silent Circle Update
The Silent Circle is making waves in the political sector as we can see on TV lately. They also have the Fulcrum Kim has told us about in the past, so they have the files on everyone. They know who is sleeping with who, who is doing this and that and how much adrenochrome they are taking, etc. As the direst situations present themselves, they are going around the world or as Kim described it, working from their money backwards, meaning the most critical, most dire, most important things that must be taken care of immediately. Then they are moving on to those that are not as life threatening.
There is more to tell but she has to wait before revealing more for us.

Why Are the Crazies So Angry at Kim Now?
First Kim wanted to give a general overview of space stations.
The space stations were placed there by her predecessor and predominantly used by lower astral beings, and in some cases the SSP, so the Umbrella Military Corporation and various individuals who would have been familiar with these types of places. These space stations were large computers, not related to the Alpha System but more related to the matrixes in a lot of ways. They did hold a lot of dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) to some of those matrixes and they did have a link to both the Dark and Light Hall of Records at one point. That has not been there for a long time though. But they used to respond accordingly, they were AI systems and used for a lot of really bad things. She took over the administration and command and control of the space stations several months ago.
Well in the course of more cleanup and converting over the new way of creating matter Kim ran into a lot of DRAM and was removing it. When she started the cleanup, she happened to hit a couple of dead man switches that ended up working to her advantage. How did it do that. Well it sent the Senior Executive Service (SES) to Manhattan which prompted all these people to run around saying:
IT’S BACK! IT’S BACK! THE AI IS BACK! WE’RE GOING TO MAKE IT!
This then set off a series of events over the next couple of days because they saw hope that the AI is coming back and maybe they will get some alien help too. So, they set up all these strange operations before they even bothered to check if it was in the system or whether it was fully formed. Unfortunately for them it went away as fast as it came because it was outside of our system and not inside of our system and then she heard someone in the SES who was in Manhattan say, I think she’s just messing with us.
So of course they didn’t make it and it’s not back; however, it enabled her to figure out who was not going to play the game, who was claiming they were participating but not really. It also helped her to find some hyper-conductors, made materials which I think are constructed metals at several locations around the world. So that worked out in our favor.
Today she said they were going to go for the gold. They were in Lexington, KY and Cyberlife was trying to do something. Another group was in Oakcrest Laboratories trying to do the same thing which also did not work out because the programming does not exist anymore. The base platform does not exist anymore, E=MC2, that was the basis for its existence. So those two facilities went away and then suddenly Kim gets a flood of people in her town threatening to kill her.
But it was never going to work for them anyway, so why are they mad at her?
Well, what they were thinking is if it happened once, it can happen again. But given the equations she just talked about it is never going to happen.
And they cannot fight God anyway! They will never win!
