This Situation Report by Kim Goguen was delivered on October 19, 2022 on the United News Network which is available for subscribers of UNN. Kim delivered another interesting report. There really is never is a dull day for our Ground Commander. In this Intel update she reveals who the real POTUS is, who all the losers are in the game of the Rothchilians versus the Black Sun Generals, more on why the Red Line is so important to the Deep State, where the recent Dark Queen Mother story came from and some public service announcements for Operatives around the world and those in the Secret Service.

When I first started learning from Kim many years ago, before she started United Network News, I had a really hard time finding information about her. I’ve heard others say the same thing. So instead of sitting on the sidelines and complaining I decided to do something to help.
Given the serious situation humanity is confronted with, which is psychopaths are doing their best to carry out their ultimate plan of killing us all, I firmly believe the information Kim provides, what she teaches and her intel reports should be more public, more accessible. That is a good priority to have, at least in my head it is and even more in my heart. So, let me be completely transparent. I am just a human being who has learned an awful lot from Kim from listening to her. I’m a decent writer, so I’m trying to help by providing another avenue to share that information. This is where my moral compass has directed me during these difficult times.

Who is the Real President of the United States?
Kim started this Intel update off with a very interesting question. Who is the real President of the United States? I didn’t think there was one, maybe just in their world though. Anyway the real POTUS is Senator Mark R. Warner. Yep he’s the most powerful person in the political sector of the US now. He also has deep ties to the UN Security Council, he sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee and the Senate Finance Committee as Chairman. He also is involved with a lot military exercises not only in the US but around the world and there is a reason why.
In Kim’s previous Intel update she told us about the battle going on between the Black Sun Generals on one side and the Rothschilds on the other side. Well Warner reports directly to the Crown, the Rothschilds. He has gained immense power on their backs and they’ve given it to him. The Rothschilians who are not all people, are currently struggling to regain control of the political sector in the US and this is their chosen guy. Warner has had a lot of power for a long time and Kim has heard certain Colonels call him untouchable. That’s because of the Rothschilds’ protection.
However, over the last couple of days Senator Mark Warner has had a lot of problems, ever since Kim tied a lot of things back to him.

Rothschilds Team
The Rothschilds thought they would come in to the US before the midterm elections through Mr. Warner, guns a blazing. They had a lot of other things planned globally as well, including throwing their hat in the ring with the Saudis. There was talk of Warner ushering out the Black Sun’s waste of Space Force and bringing back the Secret Service on the pretense they would report directly to him and he would control the White House once again.
There was about 100 prominent Rothschilds worldwide attempting to retake control of the political sector. These folks were all involved with the scam of the super notes Kim told us about in a previous report where they were trying to revive the Fed and take back control of the financial system. While trying to do that they took out a lot of tools from their toolbox which Kim rapidly cleared out of the system. This is the group that was also trying to launch digital currency around the world.
In the Rothschild plan, given to them by Marduk, Kim’s predecessor there were only going to be 7 currencies it the world, 7 settlement institutions and Saudi Arabia was be the head of the GCC, the entire Middle East region currency. They had Hong Kong for Asia, that’s why the AIIB was there. There was another one for all of Europe, and there was talk about it being in Russia at one point. Brazil would have been the one for the South American continent but then it switched to Venezuela because they are so confused now on what they can control.

Order of the Black Sun Team
The Black Sun Generals try to run things like the global military and there was talk this week that they were hoping for Global Marshal Law. That is the reason the Space Force is actually in the White House right now.
The forty remaining Black Sun Generals are lower end generals because that’s who is left, the Alliance and the Trump people think they are going to take over the White House, and the Black Sun Generals also want to launch a digital currency, the XUSD with the agency folks, to compete with the Rothschilds digital currency.

Minus 99 Rothschilds | Warner is the Only Survivor
Well some interesting events took place the previous night, Oct 18th which left Warner as the only one still alive out of the 100 people on the Rothschild side. He’s the last man standing, all alone. About two days prior many meetings were going on between Warner and the Senate Intelligence Committee and the NATO Generals who were all promised a big payout by Oct 18th, which didn’t work out and they are all yelling and screaming at each other. Rothschild at the time refused to call Warner back but eventually they did call him to say they would get back to him in the morning. However dead people can’t return phone calls. So Warner eventually began to realize he is the last one left.
Hey Warner, Need Some Protection?
Kim had Tom Melville call Warner to offer him protection because he’s going to need it and the offer was only valid if he called back last night and accepted her condition. She offered protection if he agreed to stopped taking their calls. Apparently that offer wasn’t appealing to him at the time and now that offer is off the table. He never called Tom back. Should he decide to call today Oct 19th, he won’t be offered any protection unless he agrees to work for her and make that fact known. It would be wise for him to choose that since there are certain groups on the hunt worldwide. But what are the odds?
By the way Warner is a Democrat but he has been working with all the politicians on both sides of the aisle. What a surprise. So if anyone wants to know who has been driving all the agendas, deciding what is said on TV, where Pelosi is going to go next, etc., here’s the guy. Just another psychopath if you ask me.
Minus 40 Black Sun Generals | 0 Left
For new readers, a little reminder about the Order of the Black Sun. We are down to the lower General level. All the coven masters and covens are no longer here, the high level Generals have are no more and there is no support from Lucifer much to their dismay, but they thought they had a line in to the system yesterday, Oct 18th.
Kim said she’s been removing things from the computers system and there was a line called the Dead Man’s Switch. What is does is trigger an automated event, so no person is involved. Well there was a secret line installed by her predecessor’s group called Crusader and it was triggered yesterday, which sent off a message to the Deep State Generals, because they are who are left. The message was just a simple symbol which looked like an hourglass with lines on either side. Well this was the symbol for extinction. So these geniuses thought there was going to be a line into the system. So they immediately start contacting all their Jesuit friends around the world and operatives using a system they have to contact their people. They let everyone know they have a fail-safe in progress as they waited for further information from Crusader.
Now Crusader was tied to the 24 Space Stations that Kim took over months ago. She thought hey, I can go into that section of the system so why not send them a message via Crusader? Which is what she did. She told them Lucy is dead, there is no Dark Overlord or lower astral anymore and they need to retreat.

Well out of the 40 Black Sun Generals who received the extinction message as well as Kim’s message, there are zero left. That was a decision made by The Colony and not Kim really. She said they decided it because they are not getting anywhere and they are still trying to kill us all. I haven’t heard Kim mention The Colony in awhile. Other Losers in the Game
There is no money, period. The Rothschilds couldn’t fulfill those promises despite all their threats to different operative groups around the world to make this happen. What’s left is really bad management and no access to the red line.
NATO People & Operatives Are Left Holding the Bill
The person who was screaming at Warner the previous night was from NATO. He was crying about spending $18 billion dollars in Ukraine for that shit show. These are operatives and they borrowed money to play the game on the promise money was going to come on Tuesday. These people got credit lines against vouchers and all kinds of stuff from varying banking institutions for which they are on the hook. Why they still believe this money is going to come she doesn’t know. Perhaps it’s because they are seeing pallets of cash floating all around the country? But they are super notes and not real. There is another pallet due to come in a couple of days but it’s also just worthless paper, monopoly money.
Side Note: Their plan was to flood the market with US dollars and crash the market. So if you are a store owner check notes for authenticity and consider not taking $100 bills for awhile. Kim said everyone should be checking $100 bills from 2006 and 2013 especially.
Yesterday was the day to pay the groups who were promised money and Warner’s got so many people angry with him. Even NATO is on the hook for millions of dollars for the show in Eastern Europe and they cannot afford to do this much longer.
So if you are with NATO or the UN Security Council or you’re any other wingnut waiting for a transfer from Bank of America coming from Warner’s office, guess what? It’s not happening.
How Will Mr. Warner Deal With the Mess?
By the time this broadcast started Warner was still trying to connect to the Red Line. Why is the Red Line so important? Because there are nine different areas around the world that had access to pockets of currency that were tied to the Red Book. If you remember the movie National Treasure they talked about the hunt for the Red Book and the treasures associated with the Red Book. That was why they went to the Queen’s chair and all these different places in the hunt for the key to the Red Book. Eventually it was found in the Library of Congress, which Kim said was actually true.
They are all after the controlling the Saudis. Perhaps part of the treasures he is seeking has to do with Saudi Arabia. Who had full control of Saudi Arabia and how did that come to be? That would be Donald Rumsfeld and he got so much power because he had access to the Red Line, which is what Warner was trying to access when she was giving this broadcast.
The Red Line Controlled the Red Book
Below is a copy of the actual Red Book which Kim is in possession of. She said the cover is actually red leather. Inside she showed us a page of who had full control of Saudi Arabia. In the Red Book it goes back to the days of Kennedy, who was in the Order of the Black Sun, and this is the Kennedy’s Red Book tie to the Federal Reserve and the Treasuries Department, the Treasury of USA and control of the Treasuries system (not the Department of Treasury).
Down further on the page Kim showed us that it lists two huge sums which are in the Saudi currency which is the Riyal and are related to two different deposits of gold at that time. The CN at the bottom of the page stands for a vault in China or it could be underground gold of China. Rumsfeld would be in charge of releasing the money to Saudi Arabia. He was part of a group in the Order of the Black Sun along with Dick Cheney and George Bush who had access to the Red Line and Red Book.
This is why the remaining 40 Generals in the Order of the Black Sun made a bunch of promises about the big pipeline and told their people they still have access and control of this which is absolutely false.
On the flip side this is why Warner and the Rothschilds were also courting the Saudis and making all kinds of promises they will never deliver on either. Why? Because they don’t have access to any of their books either. For example, the British sector had a Blue Book. There was a matching color book for each of the Planes of Existence.

Actually every single account in the books Kim now possesses doesn’t even exist anymore. All accounts have been reallocated back to its respective country individually. So if any nation needs to issue more currency all they need to do is call Kim. Nations are no longer dependent on a global center of power for the release of their funds. The Central Banks are individualized. The underground systems of control, the SES and the various black lines that ran to the Order of the Black Sun are gone.
So who knows how long Warner will be around? Maybe he’ll give Mr. Melville a call which is the smart thing to do. Does he want to solve his problems, solve all the bills and everything that is due? If so he can work for Kim but he’ll have to tell every single person he deals with that he works for her now. No more hiding Kim under someone’s skirt or sending operatives her way to try and get allocation numbers.
Stealing allocation numbers cannot be done anymore. Why? Because by the time it hits the system all they’ll see is stars, it’s completely encrypted. Kim learned a lesson about two years ago when she made a deal with Santander Bank in Mexico. She sent money there and released all the allocation numbers but they never pushed the funds forward to the client’s account even though she had messages from the banker who said it would be deposited the next day. They ended up taking that money and invalidating valid money when it went to Citibank in New York instead. She had to pull it all back which just left them with fake money again.
Currency Underwriting Agreements
There are a few currency underwriting agreements the Rothschilds had that gave them some dominion over countries. They have been removed and replaced. This can be checked with the Archive Department. There are two of them.
Another one would have related to the security of currency and that also expired and was replaced. Currently the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) is responsible for all currencies on Earth and their security. Who is at the top the GIA? That is Kim. Also, on the flip side the underwriting has also reverted to Kim. She said as soon as it’s safe to do so it can be reverted to the responsibility of each individual nation. But right now all the governments, not just Saudi Arabia are still having their chains pulled by various members of the deep state. So countries are very confused about which way to go and how to get there.
Military Groups Are Trying to Replace Kim
A few different military groups have been running around trying to use ‘big diamonds’ in Bora Bora to try to find a way to replace Kim. I didn’t understand what she meant by big diamonds, maybe it is literal? But they are trying to find someone of the Rus bloodline, Kim’s bloodline. They did find some lady named Maria who they want to try and replace Kim with. This Maria thinks she is from the line of the Czar. Kim said she heard a little about her about 10 or 15 years ago. She was trying to convince Putin to make her son the Czar of Russia. Obviously that didn’t work out.
Where Did the Dark Queen Mother in Palestine Story Originate?
Kim found the origin of the story about raising the Dark Queen Mother in Palestine. The story came from a very unique individual who looks like a human but it’s one entirely. She said there are a few people in this world who are not part of either of the two faction groups, they could care less about being in one of those groups. Their sole motive is to create death and destruction. But if they did report to anyone in the world directly that would probably be the Tarzakiens, who are a level 8 in the lower astral.

Advanced / Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) Website
If you check out the Advanced / Alien Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) website they refer to five people and this guy was one of those five. Hum, I wonder which one? The other persons on that list are not in this time. They are in a different time and they can’t get back due to all the portal closures, etc. So of those 5 unique people the last one that remained here in this time was in Palestine. Kim said if you are with the ACIO, you’ll be happy to know the guy was found in Palestine this morning and is no longer with us thanks to The Enforcer.
She said they, which I assume are the authors of this website, are right when they refer to the Council of 5. Kim knows them very well. She speaks to them almost every day. They did jump in and give the right information so she could locate the other ones in Florida. That was one of her operational sites in Florida which happened months ago, in July. That is another interesting story she traced back. I’m not sure what she is referring to here so I’ll have to leave it at that.

Kim’s Public Service Announcement for Operatives
Kim wanted to inform the operatives around the world about Legacy Licenses. She said there is a lot of concern around these Legacy Licenses which are passed down from generation to generation. Some have been in existence for a very long time. These licenses allowed operatives to do their job. It allowed them to move black ops money from one place to another and no one would know where it came from or where it was going. Some move funds on behalf of the Universal Trust. This would be all black money moving back and forth to ‘laundromats’.
There is going to be a growing concern because Warner threatened all of them saying their licenses were going to be cancelled if they couldn’t perform this function. Kim said there are four on the chopping block that she was aware of, there are 32 similar licenses and in total there are 74 and the lines that connected these licenses to make it possible to function are disappearing rapidly.
Legacy Licenses Serve 2 Purposes
- Legacy Licenses provide actual access to the banking system to move funds and in turn block Kim. She understands the operatives were ordered to do it, but lines have been temporarily disabled and removed because she can’t allow them to do that anymore, for obvious reasons. Now some of the lines that they were using had automated features, which operatives might not be aware of. Those automated features caused Kim a problem as well. She cannot have those in there if she wants to fulfill some of the contracts and things that were discussed in the past.
- The other purpose of the Legacy License is to provide access to the global network of people that belong to the Rothschilds or Order of the Black Sun. Having this license would allow operatives to be able to call up a Central Banker anywhere in the world and tell them to do this or that and they had to. Now that’s quite a handy tool and it’s something of interest to Kim for sure.
Only Rothschild could have ordered the removal of those licenses because they were granted under the prior agreement which expired on 2018. But now, since dead people can’t remove licenses, operatives don’t need to worry anymore. Nor do they have to worry about Warner either.
Kim’s Message to Secret Service People
If you are of the Secret Service and listening, Kim does understand and agree that it’s very important they get back into the White House and back to what they are really supposed to do. They are saner than the Space Force is. The Generals should never have tried to run a country and their attempts at reviving narratives for Covid vaccines, etc., is ridiculous. Trying to normalize myocarditis in children. Really?
So let’s see what they do now without the Deep State Generals. There were some US Generals in the mix but the 40 who are gone were from all over the world. And given there are 99 less diehard Rothschilds in the world I’d say it’s been a great day!
